  1. These look very nice! Good job! These do look a bit chibi though, especially in the heads. I think it looks cute, but I'm not sure if you were going for that look or not.
  2. "You still play with Lego toys? Grow up..." To quote Will Ferrell in the Lego movie; "It's not a toy! It's a highly sophisticated, interlocking brick system"
  3. Well, R.I.P wallet These look great! Definitely picking up the one with Groot and Rocket
  4. I love the way you built the floor for Donatello's lab, it looks great! :D
  5. Got Mrs. Scratchin-post and Abraham lincoln today, luckily some kid had ripped open the top of one of the packets slightly, so I peeked inside and saw it was Mrs. Scratchen-post! :D Lincoln's hat/beard is super easy to feel for too. Just 5 to go!
  6. This is a great review, as always! But the problem with these figures, is that due to the character's simple and 'cartoony' style in the show, the figures don't have many details, thus looking out of place near characters outside of the Lego Simpsons theme. I'll definitely be buying a couple of these after I've completed my Lego Movie collection.
  7. Only 1-ish month to finish the collection
  8. Only need 7 more, this may be the first series that I actually complete!
  9. Wow! I never noticed that! If you're correct, then that's really smart of the movie designers...
  10. This looks great, I'm a little disappointed about the inaccurate cape and missing staff, but I guess it'll be easy to make with existing parts. I really hope this will be available in the UK too, which it should, seeing as all of the other Lego DVDs which included special edition minifigures were...
  11. That's great news, I was really hoping for this figure, as I was intending to buy the triple-pack anyway, time to start saving! I hope this is available in the UK as well as the US though.
  12. This topic is for you to post which your favourite Minifigure from the Lego Movie Collectable Minifigure series is, and any reasons why. I don't know how to add a poll, so just leave your opinions below
  13. Ah okay, that makes sense now, thanks
  14. I'm not sure if this belongs here, or the Lego Movie Videogame discussion, but whilst playing through the 7th level of the game, I noticed that Milhouse, whilst visible in the movie, is blurred out in the videogame? (Next to the Panda suit guy in the background) Does anyone know why?
  15. I got the full game on wednesday, and it's now working fine Seemed to just be an error with the demo
  16. It's just a standard USB controller, it worked perfectly fine with Lego Marvel Superheroes too
  17. This looks brilliant so far, keep up the good work!
  18. Nice, cheers! After playing the demo for a while, I may have been persuaded to get it! Only problem with the demo is that it's nearly impossible to assign a separate USB controller to the actions in the game, for example when I press a certain button for 'Jump' then nothing happens. Can anyone with the full version on PC please let me know if they're having problems too? Just if I did buy the full game, I'd want to use a separate USB controller. Thanks
  19. Thank you very much for the help guys! I have decided on getting either The Red Beard Runner, Brickbeard's Bounty or possibly the LOTR pirate ship ambush set. Thanks again for the help!
  20. Hi and thanks for the responses, they've helped me a lot with deciding In response to PCvando's question, The faction I'd want most is the Pirates as I have a few loose pirate minifigures with nowhere to display them and I'd prefer a sort of 'classic' or 'standard' pirate ship, like this: http://partyman.co.u...hip_jointed.jpg I don't really mind about the cannons though, as long as it has some artillery
  21. Ahoy maties! My first post in this forum. I've recently gotten into the Pirates theme and I was wondering if anyone had a recommendation for the first pirate ship to buy and the best and cheapest way to get it, I'm hoping not to have to spend more than £120. Cheers
  22. I wouldn't really call it fraud, as the buyer is receiving exactly what they're paying for. I think it's just the seller ripping people off by saying it's 'Benny from the Lego Movie', thus jacking up the price. Blue classic spacemen only cost between £2-£4 on bricklink too...
  23. Thanks very much, that's exactly what I was looking for, and I sure will!
  24. Does anyone know where I can find instructions for the mini Metalbeard? Thanks
  25. Also, I think that a sequel would be a bad idea. It could be good If the directors can think of a good enough storyline and pull it off well, but I'd rather it would end with just the one film, it had a perfect ending and I wouldn't want it to be ruined by potentially bad and unnecessary sequels... But it's a long way of so I guess I'll have to wait and see...
