  1. THERE IS NEW MATERIALS VERSION UPDATE (v20151015) at the top of this topic in my first initial message...
  2. First off I have to say that I am actually so glad seeing more and more ppl using my MODs now (brick semas, logo on studs, ...) having still on my mind all those uncouragging comments before I really introduced them saying it would not work, it's not worth it even to try to make them etc., haha - superb, very pleasant feeling, thank you guys! Now to your "problem": I got good news for you - you did everything right, the reason for that color misbehavior is ME MYSLF as I was some time ago using that specific color for a gray baseplates as I never using it and simply forgot to change it back to its original color...I will upload new version of materials with the right color, sorry, my mistake.
  3. Thank you both guys, appreciated! @danth Oh, my friend, I don't know how you do it but you always make me feel like Freddie Mercury (Queen) during his great LiveAid'85 performance at Wembley...
  4. Thank you...it looks like later today I will add one new smaller addition to this subtheme called "Caterpillar Spacecraft" (kind of modular spaceship with foldable tracks and wings with removable satellite in the front and two small flying mini drones at the end of each wing), just making renders.
  5. Thanx - sure, we'll try to keep it up and going...
  6. Thanx...actually I wanted to stay as simplistic as possible just like Cs always was so tho I said they are "guarding turrets" they can be anything else trivial, it is I just needed to come up with some explanation as what it is.
  7. Thanx, you can bet I definitely will, of course, and that even more if you consider I am basically doing it primarily for myself as LEGO MOC-ing is playing once again such a big role in my life latelly (after my quite long DarkAges period). + there already are some new rather small improvements but not for download yet, you can see my latest MOC and notice it yourself I guess (hint: baseplate & 3039+3040) - better click those images for FullHD so you can see those changes much better, here: http://www.eurobrick...howtopic=115870 BTW nice small build
  8. This is first MOC from my new LEGO Space pseudo subtheme called C.S.Neo - that is, basically as the name suggest, neo Classic Space build except I used that still considered new green CS minifig appointing that it is meant to be in the same line or kind of continuation of their Ideas set "Exosuite"...I hope you'll like it. Click images for FullHD resolution... Find out story plot behind this model and even more on set's official webpage: http://lego.queryen....681501.php?j=en You can see it also at MOC Pages here: http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/420528 LEGO Ideas direct link for those interested:
  9. Yes, his .sc is fine - I tested it under Win7 x64 and all was rendered as it should (that is: white bg, white bp)...I guess you should definitely test BR under Win10 (ehm, if you can, of course) as he is not the first one complaining about the combo (BR+Win10)
  10. People on the Moon? Ah, definitely Sci-Fi...no doubt about it at all, wisely chosen forum! Besides: very good scenery indeed - I like how you have managed all that camera studio setup stuff feel vs. actual lunar modul - good job. On the other hand: the only thing I would suggest to change would be removing of those stars from the bg as we are told there are none visible there...
  11. Very nice small build
  12. Beautiful concept, my friend - very very nice!
  13. Thank you...yes, I always pay attention to have as much modularity in MOC as possible.
  14. If it is like that then no, only outer part of the arm can be decorated unless someone skilled enough would be willing to make mesh with UV in .sc for it...
  15. Well, you believe in wrong things then = ehm, yes, it is your fault, sorry. The point is you did not get it right: for things that already have UV mappings in LDD (that is parts that are already decorated inside LDD) have different method than bricks that do not have UV mappings so from what I see you just mistakenly applied the wrong type of my "hack" (you should go read the right tutorial once more if you will - specifically: TUTORIALS > Change/replace existing decor to anything you want), therefore to tell you exactly the reason of the problem and how to solve it I am telling you for the 3rd time in a row I have to see your files first...see I am not magician and cannot tell from here just like that, you know.
  16. UPDATE: * renewed all renders in much better quality/more realistic and all in FullHD
  17. Yea: for DOS definitely it was!
  18. UPDATE: * renewed all renders in much better quality/more realistic and all in FullHD
  19. So you did something wrong but for me to know what exactly it is I need to see your files first (*.lxf + *.sc + yourDecorFile - can you zip/rar them in one file and post it so I can download it for testing, please?) and test it myself, then I can tell you the reason.
  20. You can add it somewhere at the top of the .sc file right above the image{} block, so you'll have it like this: system { brickseams_adjustGap 0.000022 } image { resolution 1920 1080 ... }
  21. I am starting to think there probably is some problem/incompatibility beteween JAVA/BlueRender and this newest Microsoft's OS as you are not the first person having problems with this combination. No problem - I am glad you like it. Basically it needs some more time to fine tuning some bricks seams individually if needed, for example today alone I have adjusted like 5 other brick seamsmthat was too small or too big respectively so in the end most of them (if not all) would have the right amount of seams width between each other, anyway what you can do is adding this to your .sc file: system { brickseams_adjustGap 0.000022 } That is basically my own default value (I used it with your model and it looks superb, much realistic than with the default value) - it will lower the overall brick gap a bit so it looks more accurate cos the default value makes really big seams making it look like "loosely connected bricks" effect which can be useful for huge models taken from the faraway but when some close-ups are made then it will most probably look like I said above.
  22. Can you provide all your testing files (*.lxf + *.sc + yourDecorationImage)?
  23. TESTED When I rendered it nevermind the actual AA settings (I tried "disabled", "aa 0 1" and "aa 1 2") everytime all was OK as it should, that is white baseplane and white background, so I guess there is some problem inside your OS or JAVA version/instalation...suggestion (in case you did not do that already): try to uninstal, restart and then install again your JAVA. BTW what is your OS?
  24. Why he would be upset if the talk is about Nexo Knights? Citing his own words: * This thread is for discussing the 2016 LEGO Sci-Fi sets...Nexo Knights is sci-fi set for year 2016 (mix of Castle and futuristic features, question may be if that means scifi or not, but I guess unless we are specificaly told that Nexo Knights is not scifi than we are still inside the brims of the topic, right?) * Stay on topic. Do not post fabricated information, which could lead to your account being banned...we are on the topic - Nexo Knights is set for year 2016 and it is not fabricated info, it is already official * If you find images stamped with a 'Confidential' mark, do not embed them...no, images we (ehm, I) posted have no 'Confidential' watermark I think he was upset because of our previous talk about what RR & AZ are or are not...sorry for that, Bob. Anyway I have no problem if it is moved elsewhere as my only point was telling my feeling about the upcoming 2016 theme Nexo Knights which I already did.
