  1. I really think there should be some purple construction equipment. I would also want orange, and yes orange is expensive, but it's available, and available enough to build an 8043 and a 42006. Purple on the other hand, doesn't have such a variety of parts, and it looks really cool. Maybe purple and orange, that would be a dream come true.
  2. I was looking on S@h at 42009, and I saw that it says: Also includes a rotating superstructure, 8-wheel drive, 5 axles, 10 wheels and a detailed V8 motor with moving pistons, and 8882 LEGO Power Functions XL-Motor. What's up with that? It seems pretty deliberate to be a mistake.
  3. Nice minifig scale Jeep. Can you please tell me the BL ID for that double clip piece?
  4. Good job! I don't know, I think it is really smooth (compare to my stop motion at least ). Also the deeplinked video doesn't seem to work, maybe just my computer. Sorry for the OT, but you should post your Toyota Hilux on EB!
  5. I think this would make a great lego set, very nice and simple. Just wondering, what are the two a-arms on top for? Oh nevermind, sorry for the stupid, they're for the shock absorbers.
  6. Yup, sure can. Says it in the description: http://sariel.pl/2013/08/avengers-helicarrier/
  7. I went on S@h (way too late) and it said it's out of stock, but will ship on the 16th. Does that mean I have a chance, or is it a lie?
  8. Sorry if this comment is a little late, but that is a great MOC! I really like the way you used the mini suspension hubs as 3l links.
  9. Wow what? I might want to get EV3, but I have quite a limited budget. Maybe I'll just get some motors for moc's.
  10. Oh, sorry. I'm surprised though, I just don't think of that as something Lego would use...
  11. I totally agree with SheepEater, 8258 is not the set to buy. I highly recommend the Unimog as it has pneumatics, suspension, PF, and all kinds of crazy stuff. Actually now you can get it for 156.00 USD instead of its 200 USD retail price, which by the way was already a good deal. How about 2 Unimogs and some PF from the Power Functions section of S@h? Edit: Hmm, maybe a mog and 42009, depending on what kind of parts you want.
  12. Really? I guess it depends on the sets you have or if you just don't plain buy sets. Do you have a lot of red parts?
  13. Hehehe... Thanks for the picture! Whose is that? Is it yours? Why does it have the 42006 claw in the other pic?
  14. Cool moc! I love how the all the motors are in the back and transferred to the front end via u-joints. If you want to build it, a cheaper solution for the 24t gear is to take apart a 24t clutch and take out the metal plates.
  15. 750ACE, I think that is the perfect idea! White is great and it would make Lego bring back chrome. Technic Gearhead, that excavator is beautiful.
  16. I love the studded exterior and the functions, it would make a great display model for any Lego fan! Is there any way to attach Iron Man to the rotor?
  17. Never seen grey construction equipment, it would be cool tho.
  18. Nice job on your trial truck! I really like the use of those bionicle claw pieces.
  19. I have found that practically every single technic construction vehicle is yellow, and even some of the awe factor from the functionality is lost because of the color... You know, construction equipment isn't all yellow in real life. I would love to see a blue and white mobile crane or a purple excavator... I also often see sand green construction equipment and many other colors. So what do you think? What color do you think the next construction equipment set should be? Maybe orange..
  20. Thanks Blakbird! That black chrome does look really cool.
  21. I don't even own 9398, and I really want to modify it. Can somebody post a link to the LDD file?
  22. The 8070 ones are expensive, but I think you should just bite the bullet and get them. If you put towballs in the pinholes, it will be 5 studs tall and you will get lots of camber when the suspension is compressed. Maybe if you change the mounting points of the non-towball ends of the A-arms.
  23. Go to Rebrickable.com, and search for the set you want. Click on it, and it will take you to an inventory page. Right above the parts inventory is a chart that tells you what sellers have the most parts. On the bottom right there is an add to bricklink wanted list link, click on it and it will create a window. Wait a while, and the inventory of your set will appear in XML format. Click on the BL mass upload link on top and in that window paste the list into the text box, then verify and add them. Hope that helps!
  24. Did you use 2 RC motors or just one?
