  1. I just PM'ed squiddster about the pics, though I doubt I'll get an answer, as he's been off the forum for more than a year..
  2. @SNIPE I honestly think it would be better to wait for a first party lego part as it will benefit the lego company as well as.. you know... not being third party. I'm glad lego finally made them tho.
  3. TwentyLeggedMan? They will probably be available through bricklink soon, as the EV3 has been released. I'm not sure about about the tracks just by themselves available officially, but look out for maybe a service pack for them in the near future.
  4. How did you get that set for $35? The best deal I can find is $80!
  5. Unless you use Mr. Sarcasm: It's still better in real life. Sorry if it's late, but that's a great looking MOC! Those plastic plates are not Lego, correct?
  6. I know, it's beautiful! Well I wish you luck on finding the LDD file, tho I couldn't find it. Can you PM him?
  7. 1x4 gear racks have anti-studs. I think the ring is so the bushing doesn't rub the brick/liftarm, as I have many bricks that are worn down by the old bushes.
  8. I guess the sliding pillar suspension works, but is not very common and gains massive camber when one side is compressed.
  9. I can only see a realistic solution by modding pieces. I admit, Tyler Reid's design is ingenious, but the angular displacement of the trailing arm moving causes a lot of friction. That isn't the same if you want it to function correctly because the u-joint version won't line up correctly without placing the a-arm 1 stud outward. Also the one with all the gears and the two half beams won't work anyway because it's not lined up correctly.
  10. You got the yellow shock absorber? Dang that's lucky! They're worth a lot of money (even more than the grey ones).
  11. Nice MOC MacGyver! What made you choose the 1x1 smooth studs for the trailer? I don't see anything like those on the real model.
  12. You could try to fit your lenses in them.
  13. There are some pieces that will hopefully be available soon (well, just not 1,28€ apiece) that are just rubber inserts for those tread pieces. I also hope they will be available in a color besides red.
  14. You might want to check the date on that comment... Good job though, interesting use of train motors!
  15. Great job on the 7 axles! Is it just the pic or does the 2nd axle have a sharper turning radius than the 1st axle?
  16. Yeah, well who isn't? I don't even want it anymore.. Sorry for the late comment, but that's a nice crawler. How about something model team style, maybe like this: Is it too big?
  17. Maybe you should try this crawler again, with NXT (or Ev3 servos) and figure out some half stud offsets for the links so you can use these. I have tried and failed many times to damage or take apart these things.
  18. I found their store, ile9os, and they are 10 USD. Actually, that store has much better deals than any lego site (except Ev3 bricks/sensors), especially with pneumatics and chain links.
  19. Dang, I can't wait for these pieces. I probably don't have the parts for it, but I would love to see some huge cranes with these pieces, they seem like they would be perfect. Too bad that store doesn't sell the rubber inserts..
  20. Nice work on the instructions! I noticed you also changed the seat as well as the roof, it looks much better now.
  21. I wonder what's for dinner

  22. Hehehe, finally some available trans-purple 1x1's! Wonder what kind of moc's people will make...
  23. That is amazing work! By the way hi guys, this has been my first post in quite a while. Little tires? Hahahaha, that's a knee slapper!
  24. I forgot about dark red, that's a great idea! I have never seen dark red construction equipment, but that would be awesome. Also sorry for the total OT, but I'll be off the forum for about 10 days, but I'll be back.
  25. Oh yeah, you're right. It's funny because Lego described 42005 Monster Truck as: with extreme 4-wheel suspension, all-wheel drive, flame detailing and monster-size rubber wheels! and it doesn't even have any wheels driven!
