I got a FO General in a goodie bag at a ToysRUs event in Norway, so it's not just Hong Kong.

That would be great if the price is right, how much do you want for it?

On the off chance that anyone ends up with an extra 30603 Mr Freeze polybag (current S@H promotion) before Billund I'd be interested in one.

I really need to get started on this soon... just need to get this Florence/Venice vacation out of the way first.

I got it since I was assisting with the event through my LUG, but they were also giving them out to the 100 first customers each day during the two-day event. No purchase requirement. I think it can vary a lot from store to store how well the staff is informed about how the promos should be handled though.

I got one in a goodie bag at a recent TRU event in Norway, so most things point to it being a TRU exclusive.

If you can still get a hold of these I'd like one (sorry for being so late to the party)! @Bricktect: I'd like one of those Rocket Raccoon polybags, if possible. Are you selling or is there anything you want to trade for? @Quarryman: I'd like one of those Blacktron torsos too. Also, anyone got a Hulk minifig polybag up for trade?

The figure looks nice enough, but as a May 4th exclusive it is certainly disappointing. Any other month of the year I would probably have though it was a pretty decent promo. Upside: no need to buy SW sets at close to full price from S@H to get it.

As long as it's $450 of awesome I'm in. Sounds like the DS, although I'm very interested to see how $50 extra will make it much bigger and more detailed...

I am glad LEGO makes sets in a wide range of prices, that way there is something for everyone. I agree with 8BrickMario, price/value is a big factor when deciding if I should buy a set or not; If I'm blown away by a set I'll probably end up buying it. If I don't fall in love with a set right of the bat I will certainly take a closer look at what unique figs/pieces and consider price/value more closely. I don't like the "I can't afford a set over $50, therefore this set is too expensive and LEGO shouldn't make it" line of thinking. This was one of the point TheBrickHitHouse was making (but maybe a bit too harshly). Calling a set design lazy is (IMO) lazy. Take the time to say what you don't like about a set, or what you think would make the set better. Attacking a set designer directly is uncalled for IMO. We don't know what parameters/limitations the set designer works within, for all we know a set could be exactly what "the boss" asked for even if we picky AFOL's don't love it. As someone who never saw the original Batman show, this set is not a must have for me and I will probably only get it if I can get it at a discount. I would probably enjoy building it though, and I really like the office w/wallpaper, as well as Catwoman and the civilian figs.
