  1. What an awesome model Nico! You certainly have many great ideas going on there. Very impressive!
  2. WOW! You certainly build some amazing creations!
  3. Nevermind with my last post. It appears that I was wrong
  4. How much $ are you expecting to get for this?
  5. At first glance, I really didn't notice that, but now that I look over these pictures, I am really dissapointed with how the interior of the car looks. The seats look too small for the car because they have them raised up so high to fit the mechanisms underneath. Are those worm gears in there too?
  6. Not only that, but then if you decide to build the alternate model, it looks stupid with the stickers on the panels.
  7. I don't know if I like all of the stickers on the 8070. I think it looks great without them. Also if you look closely, you can see sticker pictures of the functions on the gearbox. The alternate model is ok I suppose.
  8. I can't tell if it is actually part of the rear panel and flips up and down or not. I bet it is because you can't see it in the picture where it is not there. It looks really awesome though. OK, from the new pics you can see that the spoiler is actually under those long panels in the rear and slides out from underneath them.
  9. After looking at the preliminary pictures of the 8070 it appears to be very different. Then again it would be about impossible to build an exact replica of the 8070 just from the few pictures that we currently have. I wonder if he'll motorize this or not. I also wonder if the Lego 8070 has a working driver's steering wheel? I cannot wait until March to find out.
  10. I would like to know more about this model myself and if he ever plans on making instructions for it. I thought that he said in a thread over the summer that he was going to start a thread for this great model. Perhaps he still isn't finished with it?
  11. Wow! What a great model and packed with so many working features. I love everything about this design from the opening doors to pop up spoiler and especially the convertible top. You can tell that this model was not rushed and was very well thought out. The wait was definitely worth it! The studless transmission change over plate was a very clever design as well as it makes everything line up properly and just pops on and off. That trick of his will definitely help out the amature builders like myself who have struggled in the past with attempting to build supercars like the Pros Great Job Nico71!!! Can't wait to see what awesome creation that you come up with next!
  12. This Mustang HERE is still the best that I have seen done.
  13. This guy HERE managed to squeeze suspension into a low car of the same scale. People have also modded the very low 8653 Enzo with suspension, so it can definitely be done.
  14. It's really nice! the chrome wheels look great on it. I think the roof is a little too flat though.
  15. 750 grams is 1 pound 10 ounces for you Americans
  16. Yeah, I am still on the fence over this whole using designs for profit situation. So if you sell someone's design without their permission, but credit them, then it makes it alright? No matter how you look at it, you are using someone else's idea to try and turn a profit for yourself. The comical thing about this is that most of the creations that I have seen people trying to sell on Ebay look to me like the seller ends up going in the hole because the models don't fetch enough to even make a profit. Which makes you wonder why they even keep trying.
  17. Someone from brick busters actually alerted this thief that his creation had been entered in some type of contest by another theif. It is in the comments section on the first picture of the Gallardo on Flickr. Now I can see why crowkillers is so suspicious all of the time. People are stealing from him left and right. Hi, Brick~Busters group found your MOC has been swiped and is being used on LEGO Universe Creation Lab pages to gain prizes. This Screenshot below contains a LINK to the swiper's page where you can submit a Request for Removal comment -- be sure to include a link to your original photo. [http://www.flickr.com/photos/legomymamma/439 9250282/] Thanks!
  18. Are everyone of those little contraptions creations of Isogawa Yoshihito? Some of them look like variations of creations that I have seen before. Of course he could have been the original designer. Are any of these books available for download or just hardback books?
  19. Yeah... I don't think that the crowman will have any instructions for any of those models. 1.) Because he has personally told me (through E-mail) that the Gallardo was the only model that he had instructions for and 2.) Those model are without a doubt not his. I actually think that I have seen instructions for the Big Foot Truck on brickshelf. It looks like the word for the week here at the forum is STEAL. I can't believe that crowkillers would claim someone else's work That is not cool at all especially since he is claiming that someone is stealing from him.
  20. I would like to chime in here. I also bought crowkiller's instructions earlier this year as well, but the only way that anyone could claim that they were "scammed" would be if you paid for something and never received it. Yeah he may be offering them for free now, but if you wanted them earlier in the year, they had a price. It's like if one of my kids wants a new PS3 game for $60, sure I can wait a year until it is in the greatest hits collection for $19.99, but that isn't going to feed the desire now. And as far as this whole who is stealing what, I think crowkillers should wait until there is hard evidence to support his suspicions. But if he is correct with his assumptions, I know that I personally would be P.O.ed if someone was biting into my ideas like that. I also remember seeing something about crowkillers not making much money off of selling kits(Which is understandable because collecting all of the needed parts is really expensive) so if in fact someone is going to try and market his kit for profit, then they are more than likely in for a big surprise. Just my 2 cents.
  21. I think using the technic cylinders would have been way too large. This is a pretty small scale car for that, or for suspension. This is a great model team MOC.
  22. Personally I think Paul is crazy. His Murcielago or Gallardo Models would be hot items on that site. The problem with his Gallardo is that he has already sold many kits himself and God knows how many people have downloaded instructions for it. Plus the Murcielago has some extra features with suspension and a working steering wheel.
