Advice on displaying a layout at a local train show

the local train show should be able to answer your questions about barriers keep minifigs and cars away from the edge, little kids WILL take them\ don't do the raffle as the others have said, 8 hours is a long day, get a friend or 3 to help Enjoy -

Cool, glad he is happy you have to remember, a kid does not mind it if a passenger loco is pulling freight now you have to buy more track and build up some sidings, freight trains need to pick up freight and deliver it

Ha, I had had a similar idea to do this, even with the oversized figure on the roof though I would not have gone and made the building out of old bricks Nice work

look around where you live, are there interesting buildings? I would build a hardware store or a pizza shop, rather than a grand theater(that can come later)

I seem to have bought a few Star Wars sets the ones that have not been parted out are the USC ones (x-wing, B-wing, R2D2), and smaller space ships I guess I like SWOOSHING them around Parted out are the playsets, Hoth, Jabas sail Barge I am not a kid, I am not pretending to be Luke on another adventure -
