Looks awesome! But you will need more tires or less body work. I have done a lot of experiments in this area and I'm also working on a monster Rolligon to Check out the proportions of my small Rolligon to get an idea what you will need. My advice is lose the propellers as well, they don't do anything at all towards propulsion from all my tests and you could probably make the drive-train more simpler. Also try crawler tires as they hold more air. Air tanks are useless too, each one only displaces 31grams of weight! Boat hull would be cool! Deff give that a try. -
Is your promo pic allowed to be in an environment like the "triple" contest was encouraged to be? Like photographing on dirt or rocks or in the sky ect?

Thank you for your comment, and honestly this has bugged me a little too, but I just came up with a much better solution by removing a bush, and discovering that the whole axle actually slides back and forth with the with the cable reel remaining stationary. I could not believe it that removing a part made it so much better and easier to use! Much more like an official set! I also will be taking pics again, this time using "RAW" format, which I have never used before. WOW what a difference it makes. THAT IS BLUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reading the title, I had no idea what this was, but now I do! This is awesome, just a few more tweaks here and there for the body work should be sweet, just the top view really. I really like the front bonnet and I can definitely see the shape there, great job. -
Thank you so much! Looks like the turntable is ok. That's exactly what I thought too. Thanks Jim, TBH I think my monitor is a bit off, but I will give it another try, still got to do the promo pic anyways. Also my LED lights means I sliightly over expose and that seems to be washing out the blue, and correcting it I have gone over board a bit, showing purple.

That's so cool! It's basically a mini transformer! Great job! -
OMG.... New half connectors holding the wheel hub too. nice. Doesn't look like it steers tho. Shame its on those wheels tho! Lets not forget those wheels spin inside the tire like mad! They look amazing on the tumbler, but are a little too wide in my opinion, good for F1. People will be modding the hell out of this thing!

This is looking really good! I can see a lot of work has gone into this. I'm not too familiar with Bluetooth versions, but will this work with older phones? If you need help designing a case that is my specialty, I'm a professional 3d modeller with a decade now of experience, and of course I love Technic.

So only newish phones or devices supporting the newest version of bluetooth will be compatible? For example my trusty old phone with Bluetooth v2.1 + EDR wont work? Thanks for the reply.- 771 replies

MAN TGS Tipper Truck
Doc_Brown replied to M_longer's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Beautiful truck! I really like the clean design, very accurate shape too. I would like to see it drive with 1kg in it too. My only crit would be the side door seems to stiff, needs to swing open more easier. Apart from that great job! -

Awesome rod man! If you don't mind me asking did you use more than one video source? Like from 2 different cameras? I have noticed 2 of my videos have done a similar " frame rate" issue, and it really is annoying! Was it at 25 frames per second or 24? Personally I would pull the vid down and retry again, frustrating I know.
