A tumblehome is not bound to the use of hinge plates, besides, hingeplates can also be used in SNOT (though it may get complicated). These however are valid arguments I definitely agree with, a tumblehome always results in reduced space and I love the deck of your ship, this ship is good without a tumblehome

[Brickshelf find] Pirate Island by globe2000
Sebeus I replied to Capt. Stabbin's topic in Pirate MOCs
Interesting... the ship is flying... Perhaps this was a contest entry with a limited surface (32x32 baseplate) and there wasn't enough space left to add a ship in the water so he made it a flying ship I love the rockwork. -
RvB - Enter of the Headhunter - You can run but you cannot hide
Sebeus I replied to Mazin's topic in Pirate MOCs
Headhunting looks profitable, must decapitate some redcoats too sometime, nicely done -
Nicely done, I must say the redcoats do look a bit like pirates here. Quite a big map for such small minifigures

Tournament of Retribution III Headquarters!
Sebeus I replied to Captain Blackmoor's topic in Pirate MOCs
I knew that even this nice spacy bar was not big enough for both bluecoat And redcoat. I love it, nice Idea with the flags on the steering wheels -
Very nice, I really wonder how you got a glass in th center window of the stern I'd like to see some other picture angles, like a castaway-perspective (camera on the table). Keep it up.

Nicely done, I love the layout Oh you'll have white epaulettes in my comic, making you unable to deny any of the horrors you'll face in there

The banana did it, I think there's room for one more redcoat in my upcoming comic

Nicely done, I really like that fight-cloud. technically this is a great comic, the story is understandable even without the text. Nice background as well. ...Now, I do not agree with the outcome of the fight

9 by Captain Nemo - 1 point 11 by def - 1 point 20 by Cobb - 1 point Some very different entries -
I have no Idea what you are talking about, perhaps you mean white letters on a blue background ? Either way, the only thing that hurts my eyes are those nasty redcoats above

Your guide to Tournament of Retribution III
Sebeus I replied to hjmediastudios's topic in LEGO Pirates
Haha, nice, no wonder the redcoats are difficult to aim at with a rifle, drunk like that they make unpredictable moves -
Tournament of Retribution III Rules and Entries Overview
Sebeus I replied to Admiral Croissant's topic in Pirate MOCs
Considering this is a comic contest, not a building contest I suppose it's all right if I recycle some MOCs to use in my comics ? -
Good Idea, I can imagine a lot of people would choose the Eldorado Fortress over the Brickbeard Bounty
-
I can't remember which one I voted, I can't even decide which one I like most now, the imperial flagship may not be a flagship but those sails are nice, on the other hand I like how the CC has two courses of sails on the foremast and the wide cabin is cool. Agreed, it's very confusing, I even think the poll is not accurate anymore assuming that a great deal of people who recently voted had the new imperial flagship in mind

Deck 2 ? Nice, good thing you used car roof hinges, I think the bow looks a bit chunky, some hinge bricks/plates could help. As for the curve; I like it better when the lowest section is closer to the front of the ship but that's just personal taste. Keep it up, it's gonna be huge Shop ? no wonder you think the curve is heavy, oh well, it was to be expected from a redcoat

A suspicious Redcoat I saw two things on the homepage, Xmas raffle and Tournament of Retribution III. Xmas doesn't mean much to me but one thing's for sure, I had fun

Which LEGO Pirate captain is your favorite?
Sebeus I replied to Captain Roger's topic in LEGO Pirates
The 'junior' pirates don't actually count in my opinion, Correct me if I'm wrong but these line (Jack Stone-similar) was a subdivision next to System..I think -
He was a privateer that went rogue which earned him the title 'pirate', atleast that's how I see it. Interesting to know

Which LEGO Pirate captain is your favorite?
Sebeus I replied to Captain Roger's topic in LEGO Pirates
Someone should take a group picture of all those captains for the new forum skin (http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=75434) I would if I could but I only have Iron Hook and Redbeard. eh yes, you're right
