  1. I love this. It is the kind of building you see in coastal cities in southern europe as well; the concrete, mass produced residential kind. You've used some great techniques. Good job!
  2. Holy smoke, that is huge! And to read that it is going to get even bigger makes me look forward to your future updatea!
  3. This is a beautifull build. I love it! Spot on in terms of architecture, style and overall atmosphere. Great job!
  4. This is an awesome modular! Great job!
  5. Looks great from afar... Could you post more close up pics?
  6. These are all very impressive but for me the Coffee bar steals the show. Really nice rendition of the industrial building-turned-retail trend that you see in many larger cities. I als like the way the grey mason bricks seems to make the red walls also more bricklike. Really cool!

Great stuff! So much to see here!
  8. Hi Vincent! Really nice build. I like how the offset placing of the frame work really makes it look like the walls are being build around the beams. Really cool. One suggestion: a dixie toilet behind the house perhaps?
  9. Guys I'm signing of. Can't make the contribution to the cause that I demand from myself. I'm going back to my backwater planet and sit on mount fail! Cheerio!
  10. Words can not describe how much I am digging this! Really great!
  11. These are great. Imho some of the most creative stuff in years. I am not even a mecha fan but these are alle so incredibly well 'themed' that you've got to love them. Can't wait to get my hands on them!
  12. This is an incredibly cool build. Well done sir!
  13. Thanks for the advice everyone! I'll tinker around with the roof and windows of the grey building and go go with a flat roof on the sand green one! Hope to show you more soon!
  14. Simply wonderfull. I love the crookedness of it all. Great job!
  15. Hey everyone! I am currently working on my second modular cornerblock. I wanted to ask your advice regarding the roofs on two of the buildings. The first has a roof but I am not sure if I am allready happy with it. Seems like something is missing. What do you guys think? Wip cornerblock 2 pie shop For the second building I just can't make up my mind about which way to go. Flat roof, pointy or something in between. Again, advice or ideas are welcome! Wip cornerblock 2 perfume Again, thanks for looking! Hobbythom

  19. Hey Badgogo, wonderfull build. It's like a postcard. I've spent quite some time looing at it but can't figure out how you've made the windows. Could you explain?
  20. I really like the arched window's used sideways. Good idea! Personally, because of the roof being the same colour, it is a bit to gray to my taste. However, It is well constructed!
  21. I have a question. I will have to use LDD because I don't own the allowed sets. But how can I add my sig fig If I can only use the palette provided? Does LDD allow this?
  22. That's a rather interesting roof design! Might use that technique one day!
  23. Hi Kevin, you have some amazing details in an allready fabulous modular. Inspiring!
  24. Thanks everyone for the kind replies. Most of the choice made in terms of size are a consequence of the ammount of available bricks!
  25. Hi all! I would like to present to you my first modular build! It is a block of a butchershop with an apartment above and a small bank branch office. Having just come out of my dark ages it is a build of many firsts: first modular, fist use of many new pieces, first use of pieces ordered trough bricklink etc. Anyway, without further ado: Slagerij (2) Slagerij (7) Slagerij (18) Bank (12) Bank (7) More pictures can be found here Thanks for looking!
