  1. No technic here in USA walmart stores. Curious if Toys R Us is the reason.
  2. 2 questions - Rebrickable says I am missing the L motor if I want to build the 42009 yet I own the 9398. I noticed the 9398 L-Motor part number is 99499c01 and the 42009 L-Motor part number is 99499. What is up with that? Second question, why are the 8T gears red, stronger plastic?
  3. I wonder why they keep changing the wheels on this model. Dark grey to light grey to no pully at all....
  4. I agree with your comment. The topic title is irrelevant as the new model hasn't even been released for the general public to review. At least the 42009 actually looks like a crane.
  5. Yes, solid as a rock with only a very small application and dried clear. Note plumbing glue has extremely strong vapor trails. Don't glue indoors near furnace.... just a thought.
  6. I picked up two off ebay both below 5 cents per part as well. The A model is one of my favorite models. Very solid chassis, great part count and variety too.
  7. Gsia17 created the truck in the link I provided. If you scan through it he has a link to the chassis photo. You can also see an updated version later in the post.
  8. http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=82820&st=0 This person started his project with the same type of suspension.
  9. Wow, I like the industrial design. It gives technic a more serious and tough look.
  10. How about the rare 68.8x24 wheels from the 5571. Now those would be perfect no doubt. Good luck getting them at a reasonable price though.
  11. Why do some have a yellow rear shock?
  12. I bet they are waiting until sales are complete for the boss crawler before individual sales.
  13. I am no longer buying second hand lego thanks to this.
  14. I wanted to bump this post due to the fact that Cheng Fei created this masterpiece; Heavy Duty Tow Truck nearly 3 years prior to the upcoming release of the new Lego 42008. http://bricksmal.com...7bf8d0a150acdf0 I am curious to know what everyone else’s thoughts are. Personally, I wish I could own Cheng Fei’s Tow Truck or have a 8258 to convert just to keep on display.
  15. BMW M5? I ask because there is a 51.3 mile world record drift with one.
  16. Aren't all of the wrc competitors all wheel drive?
  17. Will you post a parts list on rebrickable?
  18. I would buy instructions for the black jeep if he made them. The S2000 is really nice too.
  19. Just curious why do tatras have the extra piece on the wheel or rim? Is it a type of lock on the real life tatra?
  20. Pretty sweet. I really like the smaller scale and engineering.
  21. Why not just create a blogspot for all of your WIP's and post final finished mocs here on EB. Sifting through pages and pages of posts on a single thread is very tedious.
  22. The pictures were posted but must have been larger than 800x600 so the post got edited. I'm sorry but in this day and age the standard is larger than 800x600 even on mobile devices.
  23. Pretty sweet. I bought the same tires a few months ago and am happy with the grip, rock crusher XT 1.9. Glad you took the shock housings apart, the black looks good.
  24. Can we throw the 8674 into the mix? I am interested in how it compares to the other two in build quality, part content and realism. Average resale price seems to be more than the williams and less than the silver champion.
  25. Thanks... hope TLG is listening. We need new tires!
