  1. Hello, all! I am posting a new creation of mine. It is a wheeled excavator, modeled in John Deere-ish colors. It has a working arm (obviously), blade on the front, stabilizers in the back, and access to the engine compartment from the side door and by removing the panel on top. It ended up a little bigger than intended, but I am pleased with the way it turned out. Comments or questions are appreciated. Thanks for looking! 2. Really like the plow truck. Nothing else really grabs me at this "Preliminary" stage.
  3. Great work! I love all the SNOT in so many directions.
  4. I really like the size of the truck. Wheels are nicely sized in proportion to the rest of the build, which a lot of people don't do as well. Great work!
  5. Love it! I worked for the US Forest Service for several years, and have been waiting for enough "Sand Green" pieces to appear to make a fire engine. One tip for your rangers: they wear green pants. Awesome work!

That is great! Love the mini (or perspective-ized) train, and tram. On belay!
  7. Great RV! The slider is great, as well as the interior and stairs.
  8. Got the Logging Truck, and the Race Car in the mail the other day. Really like both of them, but I think I'll have to mod the logging truck to accept bigger tires. The stock model simply looks funny with the small tires. The race car is most excellent all around. Oh yeah! The Logging Truck introduced a part that is new to me. It's a 3x3 plate in dark bluish gray. I hope to see more of them!
  9. LOVE the logging truck, and oddly enough for me, the new race car. I just wish LEGO would build their trucks with bigger wheels. Especially when they seem to put the same size wheels/tires on a lot of cars.
  10. That floor is mind-blowing! Everything else is great too, but I can't get over the floor. Great work!
  11. Awesome! I still have my copy of that book, and will read it every now and again. I may have to build a Katy from Katy and the Big Snow now!
  12. Great review! I can't wait to pick one up!
  13. Love the RSO's in the pool! You'll have do a scene with them fleeing too! The original model home looks great.
  14. Great story! I love the tumbledown look, and the broken concrete. Such realism!
  15. Great SNOT work!
  16. We'll have to agree to disagree. I've never run a Prinoth Leitwolf (also I've never seen one on our side of the pond), but I have run a Pisten Bully 600, so I'm a little partial. That is incredible that he gives away instructions...Bricklink may be calling my name.
  17. Without doubt the best, most accurate LEGO Pisten Bully I've ever seen. I've done a lot of snow grooming and love these machines. Your creation is an incredible reproduction. I love the details in the cab, the extra wings on the tiller, the depth change on the tiller, the movement of the blade. My constructive criticisms would be: 1) The blade seems a bit wide overall 2) The blade should be all black, no gray. Other than that, mind blowing. Thanks for sharing!
  18. The Chaffee is on my short list to build. Great work!
  19. Great job! I'm definitely inspired by your work.
  20. Great job! Do you have a link to more pictures of the linkage of the blade to the tractor?
  21. I'd love to see the vehicles (and the scene) brickbuilt. Great work!
  22. That is incredible! I always wanted LEGO to come up with a theme like this. I think my favorite, though, are the ice climbers. I ice climb too, and I've never seen it in LEGO. Great work!

I love your overloaded car! Gret work.
  24. Something like a Deere 60D or 75D. It was really hard to keep the cab height down, but I think it isn't too tall for the relative scale.
  25. The tipper was just a side project...I've never actually seen any vehicle like that. Visit my Flickr site for more images of the excavator.
