I've always wanted more ski area sets. Definitely supporting.

Great work! I'm a nurse, and that Cardiac Monitor tile is incredibly accurate! And better still, shows a stable patient.

Great build! Clever snowmobile and heart-shaped jacuzzi! Welcome!

Absolutely beautiful. All of the details are amazing.

I want a cigarette-smoking Ray working under the hood of this thing! Can you imagine how $4,800 would compare to today? Edit: it's about $13,000...for a 25 year old car in the movie canon. Venkman was right with his facial expressions. Definitely buying this set. I was about to drop the same amount on the 1989 Batwing, but this (the original Ghostbusters) is one of my top five movies off all time. I love the Ideas set as well, but this just looks too good to pass up. The Batwing will be next up in the queue. I missed out on the Firehouse...hard to swallow that price tag. I won't make that mistake again.

Excellent part usage with the jester and the clear bracket piece. We need another official Castle series!

[MOC] 2020 International Workstar Rescue Utility
Htrag replied to CastleBeachFire's topic in LEGO Town
I've seen a lot of your stuff...I used to build a lot of Fire/Rescue years ago...dipping my toes back in. My favorite part of this is a bit subtle, but it's perfect for the chassis...the doors are literally perfect. Enough to overlook the illegal moves on the grill, which also looks great. -
Ideas for new Lego themes! (Non-licensed)
Htrag replied to The lego fan's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I've wanted to see a ski resort theme since I was a kid. I think it offers a bunch of possibilities. Chairlift, snowcat, apres ski, ski school, ski patrol. I think it would be fun! -
Thanks! I've building these kind of vehicles since I was 7 or 8 years old. Just like with anything, expanded parts selection has made this even more fun.

They could use a redesign. They do sag in the middle. On the real thing, they would be a little tighter.
-
Yeah, I think I got the inspiration for the color scheme from that service. Thanks for looking!

Hello, again! Here is my Prinoth Bison snowcat. Its features include: fully posable blade and tiller (just like the real thing), opening doors, rear hatch to access the engine, and moving tracks. Snowcats are some of my favorite machines, and I hope you enjoy my creation! Thanks for looking! Hello! I am finally getting around to posting pictures of an MOC I initially built about three years ago. I was lazy in getting around to ordering a couple of parts, but it is now complete! My helicopter is based on Eurocopter models, but is no particular model. It features opening rear clamshell doors, "sliding" side doors, and a winch operated by turning the gear on the underside. It has space for a pilot in the front, and a patient on a stretcher in the back. The colors, and helicopter in general were inspired by other works seen on the internet, however, I cannot remember which builder(s). Sorry. Enjoy! I'm guessing that all of the blue pieces came from a bricklink order, as there are none in the original photo. Great perspective on how different things are now. I bet the instructions were about 2 or 3 pages long! Thanks for the new series.

Great Mod! I love the layout, and the two bays.

Great idea! I would have thought there would be more mountain bikers, but I guess that's not as much fun as a bunch of offroad MOCs. Love the Unimog, and the Park Service trucks!

Great work! I love the details on the interior. Nice job capturing the shapes of the originals too.
-
Thanks! I was really excited when I realized I could fit a detail like that in there.

Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion
Htrag replied to The Jersey Brick Guy's topic in LEGO Town
Can't wait! It looks amazing. I love the different sizes of the buildings, as well as all the details. I agree that it is a departure from the previous modulars, but it looks great. -
Thanks! I can't take credit for the truck, though. It is set 4434 from a couple of years ago.

I like the use of those different tires on the green "Wanderer." The grille on both is my favorite part. Nice work, and clever title!
-
I love rotators! I might need to check out this show. Good work!

lightningtiger, I will have another snowcat, and a Medivac helicopter as well (waiting on parts for both). I am also working on a tracked undercarriage for this machine.

Thanks, eurotrash! I knew I had done this correctly before. Just couldn't remember where that post was. The "hydraulic" was necessary to keep the boom from falling, but I think it is a great addition to the machine.

Thanks! The forum said that the file extension could not be used. They are all JPEGs, but very large, so I couldn't attach them directly to the post. What did you do that worked?
