  1. OK people, can we please move on from the two bucket world problem? It's clear that it was a cost saving thing, just as the trailer was thinned out from the preliminary model. At the end of the day we can always replace the part with an existing older bucket.
  2. @allanp The LRV's fenders are not pearl gold, but the new reddish orange. But you're right about the printed flags.
  3. @msk6003 Nice! Always love heavy machinery in City and the crane truck doesn't disappoint. 8 axles is crazy.
  4. Well, some countries have public holiday on May 1st (Labor day) so that explains it...
  5. Luckily only the excavator is "electric". A nice piston engine is always cooler to build and listen to. Wonder when we will finally see some new pneumatic parts. A compact air tank, a medium cylinder, etc.
  6. By dedicating the whole day for it. You can find a lot of details from the images alone.
  7. Thanks! Yes, without that new part this mechanism would not have been possible. The crab steering is pretty cool with the small joystick. Seats consume a lot of parts (250).
  8. What you see is just an optical illusion. The middle clearly has a wall and the slot not running all the way down is just that protrusion the buckets have on both sides. Here is a rendering from the same angle in case you still don't believe what everyone is saying:
  9. No, you can see it's available for pre-order on JBS with delivery date set 1.8.2024.
  10. No, it's the newest 60 tooth turntable without the bevel gear teeth. Search for part nr. 88738.
  11. @Jim Could you please move the last posts from General Parts and 2024 Set Discussion about 42182 here? Didn't notice somebody created a separate thread here this morning.
  12. Unfortunately it is. You can see the wall in the middle of the bucket.
  13. https://www.alternate.de/LEGO/42182-Technic-NASA-Apollo-Lunar-Roving-Vehicle-(LRV)-Konstruktionsspielzeug/html/product/100044213
  14. No, I'm positive it's a new perpendicular link.
  15. I think that the Rover uses a new 6L or 7L steering link with perpendicular ball sockets in lbg color. The folding mechanism is pretty ingenious.
  16. You could place any of the buildable figures in the seats if that's what you mean. The vehicle is too large for anything else to fit scale-wise.
  17. It's pretty bare bones, but hey, at least we see a double wheeled axle after centuries. The cylinders for the excavator are too short and too few.
  18. Sorry. It was more of a joke. The transformation, separation to modules and the 4 UCS plaques is the alternative model. Well I guess it's "compatible" with other UCS type sets especially the Icons space sets like Shuttle, Artemis, etc.
  19. 90€ and no motor, lights, remote or magnetic couplings! At least we don't have a giant gap between platform and train again.
  20. Btw, the Moon Rover is compatible with the CREATOR 3-in-1 31152 Astronaut. I find that pretty cool.
  21. Me 2. What I don't get is why we charge with 5V but the battery can only go up to 3.7V-4.2V max. Is there a transformer built in or what?
  22. Too bad a unicorn had to throw up inside and mess it all up. A 10+ set with just 800 pieces and you need this amount of color coding? How dumb does TLG think kids are? And sorry but, a six spoke wheel at the front and an ugly 5 spoke sticker for the rear is just a slap in the face.
