    I have an idea for a model that i'd like to propose to lego. However, i need to know which wheels that lego still produces are suited for the new wheel hubs? I am looking at smaller wheels, the new crane wheels being the biggest i'd consider.

    allanp: it is not. Blakbird: I have searched bricklink. I have bought the set from there just now. It is complete and in very good condition, just lacks that plastic cover. I have not seen any set with box on BL that has it.

    Sorry to revive an old topic... I have acquired a 8848 in very good condition with box, but it's missing the clear plastic cover that covers everything on the inside. Where would i be able to find one? Does someone have it?

    There is only the red one. I don't have a dark gray car, and the black defiant has no drivetrain and wheels without wheel adapters, so it's not gonna drive anywhere.

    The new suspension links probably for a new suspension setup, the part with the 4 balljoints... i don't know.

    It is not possible, because the steering links are 6L . It is only possible with the newer 6L suspension arms.

    I'd say the rarity can be determined on the market availability. The less sets for sale on the net, the rarer it is.

    The roof is a stud too high, and the beltline is a bit too low in my opinion. And the kidneys would look better if they were not angled.

    Yeah. My big issue with pf if the light sensitivity of ir, which has caused several crashes of my cars before....

    I'd prefer something that works over something other than IR. LIke bluetooth for example. Or even wifi..

    Oil is unnecessary. The pistons are extremly hard shocks as they are. Why do you think i drill the inlets for my engines? Even the pistins i use as shocks have drilled inlets, and they are plenty good enough.
