Looks like I for in just in time with my red connectors.. On the red flex axles, I was too late..... Availability from stores that ship to Australia was very poor and prices has risen significantly so I used red rigid hose cut to length and it turned out great. Prices were cheap also :-)

I just got one of these in a bulk lot too!!! Waiting for a couple of missing pieces to arrive from bricklink. It's a keeper :-)

I just finished building this last night!!! And I completely agree, a truly outstanding MOC Complex and elegant. A classic.

Cheers for the kind words guys The rims definitely complete the colour scheme, that was the deciding factor when choosing the colour i was going to go with I have other plans for a heavily modified version of the base model, gotta find the time to build now........

Here is my version of Doc_Brown's 1932 Ford Hot Rod. I love the hot rod in black and i did build it in Doc's original colour scheme but i really wanted to put my own spin on it so i played around with the parts list in Brickstore to see what colours would be available. I settled on a dark bluish grey chassis with white body and brown (leather ) interior. I also added the light bluish grey window surrounds to break up the all white look and i think it turned out looking pretty good It was a little bit of a challenge building it in white but with a few small substitutions and minor modifications i think the result is great. The instructions were really well presented and clear to follow whist still providing a nice fun challenge. The mustang is brilliant and quite a size too! I have a large volume of red at the moment so I may give this a go :-) Do you have Brickstore installed on your computer? You can export parts list from rebrickable to brickstore, remove items from the brickstore list that you own then upload to bricklink as a wanted list, well at least that's what I do..........

I had a faulty servo in one of my 9398's Only went one direction just like you described. Lego customer service replaced it without hesitation.

I just had a bit of a play with it on my ipad. Thumbs up, very cool. I like the little animations and the ability to rotate the part that you are building. The ghosted images are pretty cool too.

Hey Grum, I have a set of the eBay ones on mine and the colours are very good. The silver cannot be printed though so it is a very close grey colour. The size of them is perfect.

Spewing the 1H technic sets are scheduled for March, from all accounts they will be out in January everywhere else in the world . Looks like an O/S reseller gets my $$$ again...,
