  1. Sweet buggy man, well done! Video is awesome too :-)
  2. So I pulled it apart, cleaned it, then built it as per the instructions. It appears to be in decent shape but its missing the charger so I can't test it :-( I just ordered one from BL so I will see if it works when it arrives in a few weeks :-D There are plenty of pin holes on the body so I might mess around with it a bit if I can get it working.......
  3. I just sorted a bunch of Bionicle myself. I stripped out all the common technic pieces and sorted them into my trays then piled all the Bionicle bits into one tub, if I need a strange piece one day I can always open the tub and see if something will be useful.
  4. This thread motivated me to clean up my work space so I took a "before" and "after" photo LOL
  5. G'day all, I recently acquired a rather used 8369 Dirt Crusher RC and I have been looking at it to see if its parts are useful or not... Its basically just a simple RC car without much effort required to build the thing. The only thing noticeable that I think would be remotely useful are the fat 11.5L Shocks (x2) I have no experience with the RC products at all so I was hoping someone could shed some light on this simple but tough looking car.. (I know the panels on mine are incorrectly mounted, that's the way I received it) Cheers Ben
  6. I got an awesome buy off Gum Tree back in January 8274 Combine Harvester + 8275 Bulldozer + 8285 Tow truck for a total of $120!! and this lot below turned up yesterday, long story how I came across it, a case of "cant hurt to ask" A bunch of Bionicle (good for connectors and pins) + 8458 Silver champion + 8369 Dirt crusher RC (the subject of a new thread I'm about to start...) I payed $50 for the lot.....! I'm always on the lookout for a bargain to help fill the parts draws

  19. Still "in process" A reply email from Lego customer service told me that means its ready to be packed at the warehouse and will be delivered within the quoted 13 business day timeframe.
  20. Mine has been in process since I ordered it August 1 and my orders page was lost for a day. I contacted CS and they said all good, in process means my order is at the warehouse waiting to be shipped. I imagine that being in Australia they would bulk ship them to save some $$$$ My orders always arrive in an Australia post shipping carton....

  23. nope, RM8 your design of the boss crawler would have to be one of the most eagerly anticipated Lego sets and many Technic fans like myself cannot wait to see it in the flesh!! I don't know about NZ but I have to pay an "overseas exchange" fee.....
