  1. Congrats to the other winners! Captain Cookie is certainly celebrating!
  2. That is my most favorite entry! Excellent stuff!
  3. Captain Cookie and his pirate school class are celebrating their 3rd place in the sandcastle contest! They celebrated with champagne and banana milk. It was not sure, however, which of this the monkey was drinking. But they all had a great time and lived happily ever after.
  4. You need to see the cat b entry to see where the water thing is going Thanks. Yepp this entry is about those footsteps thanks
  5. Thanks. Please feel free to put it on the front page too To be concrete it is a sand castle
  6. It is a sand castle. Who said something else? Thanks, Count! Looks like a summer vacation... (which I did not have)
  7. Funny. Fine marching crew. How much are those birds distracting the men?
  8. My Cat B entry: Pirate Training Group Exceeds Expectations
  9. Captain Cookie: Keep Watering! The moat must always be filled with water! Jack: I've got a question! Captain Cookie: Yes? Jack: Why are we watering the castle? Surely the walls will come down. Captain Cookie: And? Have they? Jack: Not yet. Captain Cookie: Doesn't that make you think? Captain Cookie: Remember the monkey I met some hours ago when we started? Jack: Yes. He gave you some powder. Captain Cookie: Right. And that is what they call cement. That is all you need to know. So keep watering, you landlubbers. It looks good!
  10. My Cat A entry: Pirate training covers fortress construction
  11. Captain Cookie took the pirate class on an excursion to Tortuga. Topic: Fortress Construction Captain Cookie: Ok, this place is perfect. Captain Cookie: You have probably heard about fortresses. They are important for pirates because... Young Pirate: ... we need to build them? Captain Cookie: No, we need to know how to attack them! ... or avoid them. Captain Cookie: So, do you know what is necessary to build a fortress? Armies? Lots of workers? Brick and mortar? A defendable place on a hill? A mad king to finance the thing? Captain Cookie: Wrong, wrong and wrong. What we need is sand and water. And optionally a monkey. But that is for experts only. So get going!
  12. Quite nice. Looks like a place to go to on vacation. That is, if you are decently armed.
  13. It has monkeys. And it is funny. Now what am I supposed to do?
  14. Thanks. I want to change some more - but I am currently distracted by castles... Thanks - the ship would be nothing without the baboons.
  15. I am seeing this again and have to comment again: it's perfect. That's what my kids and I were after when we were playing pirates some ten years ago ....
  16. That's the way to go! The new ninjago sets seem to be pretty ok, but turned into piraty sets they are perfect! More!
  17. Great ship. Makes an impressive start for you here at Eurobricks - Welcome!
  18. A well crafted scene - with custom printed torsos? Impressive. (And also custom printed leg pieces? How did you do that?)
  19. Fantastic pirate layout! And I should get myself such a photo background!
  20. This makes me think that I haven't done forts in a long long time. I like it!
  21. A fine and funny MOC and dialogue! And it is all my fault Just like Shakespeare said: "A scene looketh good, whence it hath monkeys in it." More!
  22. Yes, Sir, it is. The set comes with one baboon I would have added more bananas, if I had more of these yellow round tiles... Thanks! Ok, I take this as "praise" Thanks - in this part of the forum, the ship is called "Three Seafaring Monkeys"
