  1. Very well designed, I would love to build one! Did somebody already ask for instructions?
  2. What happened to this MOC on Rebrickable? I remember seeing it there but now I can't find it anymore... http://rebrickable.com/search?q=designer-han&exclude=0&official=1&custom=1
  3. https://service.lego.com/en-us/replacementparts#WhatIndividualBrickBuy/64782
  4. Thanks for the tip! I ordered 4 L Motors at www.brickshop.nl right away! And they are even cheaper: € 12,95 instead of € 12,99 !
  5. You can download the .bsx file of 42030 from www.rebrickable.com (one of the export options). The thing is you need 5 L motors, so 2x9398 + 1x42009 (or 5x42009 ;) ) It is a pity that the L motors are hard to find in the shops!
  6. You have to open both models in separate windows by opening the .bsx files. NOTE: Before subtracting items you have to change the condition of the parts of the GMK6400 from Used to New. Then use 'Subtract items' to subtract the items of the Ultimate from the GMK6400. If negative numbers result they are indeed shown in red. You can easily remove those records with the 'Delete' functions. The remainder you can export to a BrickLink wanted list. You will find out that you miss 1354 items with an average BL value of €305. Subtracting another 42009 model (use Import and than subtract again) results in 639 items with a value of €223. The most expensive parts are the missing motors and the new steering arms/portals.
  7. When you download the BrickStore .bsx file from Blakbirds Bricksafe space you can easily subtract 42009 from it using BrickStore.
  8. I can confirm that it is really fun to build this new supercar! When I look at the video it might be an improvement to motorize the door mechanisms... And Paul, congratulations with the acknowledgement of being a Top Designer by Rebrickable ;-) http://rebrickable.com/designers
  9. Add time to this! I always thought that Americans had very little spare time since they were always at work...
  10. You could also build it in Yellow like I did: https://plus.google.com/photos/105613139724773367616/albums/5730247727431409329
  11. I suggest this excavator http://rebrickable.com/mocs/jurgen/zorex-220-pf-excavator A great build and a nice looking and functioning excavator! With the sets you have you won't be missing a lot of parts.
  12. Sheo, thanks for this masterpiece! I see that you use a lot of the thin liftarms which I own a lot but not in LBG. These LBG thin liftarms are quite rare and expensive on BL nowadays. Can you indicate how many of each type are actually exposed on the outside? The ones on the inside I would like to use my odd colours for (purple, teal).
  13. May be the moderators could merge the topics into one? And Victor should provide free building instructions as a punishment! ;)
  14. Rule #1 of each contest/competition: don't change the rules if the contest/competition has already started. And since this one already started I wouldn't change a thing about the rules but just explain them when they are unclear. So I agreed with Erik: stick to 45x15
  15. Rebrickable indicates old grays and since it is from 2003 that makes sense... http://rebrickable.com/sets/7471-1/mars-exploration-rover-discovery-2003
  16. Looks like a great model, is on my to-build list too, just waiting for the "months from now" Just kidding, will order the instructions as soon as I have time to build it!
  17. Will this also be implemented for the models currently listed? In that case I will wait to order the instructions for the Ferrari Spider... I am really looking forward to building this model but having to do it behind my laptop turns me off..
  18. @Kumbble: I think this has to do with the fact that some think/thick liftarms are not available in red/blue/orange/green and that you need other pins to connect the alternative solutions (eg. 2x thin liftarm 2 with two axle holes instead of 1 thick liftarm with pin holes). Interesting to investigate if other color schemes are also possible (like a black or red one). On the other hand, I think white is quite refreshing! We Dutch particulary like the red-white-blue combination. May be you, as German, can build a black-red-yellow version BTW: How do you feel after the 7-1 win last night?
  19. Looks like another great project, congrats Jurgen! But now I have to decide which truck I am going to build first; this one or Madoca's wing body truck... I wonder how many parts these two trucks have in common.
  20. This looks like a great challenge to build! Could you send the CAD file to ... as well? Thanks in advance!
  21. Nice work again, Alex! I see a lot of resemblance with the partslist of 4958 Dino which I already own so I may give it a try! Thanks again for all your effort Alex! And now hurry up with that large crane! ;)
  22. This is great progress! And I really love the fact that these instructions are a bit more challenging than the one-piece-at-a-time instructions that LEGO produces nowadays! Is definitely on my to build list! Now just find the time to work down that list :-(
  23. If you throw in 42009 and 2x 9398 (you need 5L motors...) there are not that many parts left. However you still need a lot of relatively new parts: 20x http://www.bricklink...tem.asp?P=15459 14x http://www.bricklink...tem.asp?P=48496 14x http://www.bricklink...tem.asp?P=11954 10x http://www.bricklink...tem.asp?P=11949 This could be a nice project for the Christmas holidays...
