That eagle mold seems pretty awesome. And are those olive helmets ?

Pretty nice. Did you use the classic space helmet on that fig? Because it looks significantly different (flatter?) than the "normal" helmet.

Heh, a D2C Space set. That could be pretty great. That would be a great opportunity for a larger Insectoid set plus some more architecture.

I would have really prefered Stringer getting the jetpack. That would have given us another, not-overused character for this year, plus, it's Stringer! And you can't really go wrong there.

It looks like a great set, but compared to what I was expecting...it's a bit of a let-down. Still seems like an awesome parts pack, though.

Pretty nice, although I would suggest giving the chest more bulk. It doesn´t look too good, especially with those one-piece legs.

It´s kind of a generic arachnid (spider)-like creature.

I think he just took it apart. There are some great olive pieces in that set.

I'm guessing we might hear about sets and storyline in late summer at the earliest.

The only reason I would get Jet Rocka is if he includes rare parts/recolors.

Apparently, Jay Vincent's site states that the new series will begin in late 2013. And that artwork is pretty interesting too.

Compact, spidery and utterly awesome.

I've had to cancel all of my planned Chima and most of my Ninjago purchases to get what I want from Galaxy Squad (ie every single set). Then again, it's my all-time favorite space theme, with the possible exception of either Rock Raiders or the original Insectoids line.

If this is your first LDD MOC I can't wait to see what you come up with in the future. The engines and that dome-concept (under the radar dish systems) are especially awesome.

I'm excited about Dragon Bolt too. Let's hope that when the reviews come out they'll confirm it's awesomeness. PS: I've been experimenting with different builds and skeleton modifications recently. Any ideas for a good solution to allow Savage Planet paws to be added onto the back legs of a quadrupedal MOC properly?

I'm starting to like that model even more now. With a bit of work to fix up some of the spots, you'd have the perfect titan build. I'd really like to see something like this as the big set of 2014.

Awesome. The connections are real NPUs, and the overall look is very techy.

Well, Rocka is pretty simple build, but he gets you a nice visor, another Brain Attack Chestplate, plus a golden shield and the new sword mold. Scarox is pretty much only useful if you want gold parts or his two tr. green claws/fangs. Bruizer has some nice bley parts and the new rock armor, but the rock armor isn't that interesting a piece and he suffers from a strange back as well. Ogrum is the best parts pack of the wave, with both brown and dark green parts. Definitely get this one. Furno XL has lots of parts that are useful for more complex HF building, plus a sem-exclusive shield mold, the fire piece and the new sword in silver and a great tr. clear and smoke visor. I would recommend getting Rocka, Ogrum, Furno XL, but I would also get Breez if I were you. She's got a silver sawblade, an awesome new helmet, a great visor, the brain attack chestplate in silver, some tr. green armor plus silver Ordeal of Fire (right name?) blades.
