Amazing. You've actually managed to make a SHIP that looks sleek and agile.
-
Well, the building looks pretty good anyway.

The translucent plastic apparently has a lot of friction. Actually that could be an interesting part, tr. friction joints.

Legends of Chima 2013 (Action Figures)
DraikNova replied to DarkSurgeXL's topic in LEGO Action Figures
Someone uploaded a review of Gorzan. Turns out we are getting a flying ape as the combiner. -
That goes in the action figures topic. I'll add it there for you.

I like it, although I feel the back part should be extended, as it looks a bit front heavy now (ridiculous as it's in space, I know).
-
I think it's 60, actually.
-
Well, they're looking good already (the ones that don't need further painting, anyway).
-
Well, the posing is pretty good, although some more decor would help. And now for some ridiculous nitpicking: since that's an arthropod, shouldn't the blood be a sort of blue color?
-
Pretty good engineering. I'd change at least some of the tr. blue to tr. red though.

Yup, mine looks like that too.

The skeletal waists actually work pretty well here in my opinion. It contributes to their overall look.
-
I still think it looks flat. In all the pictures. Anyway, is there a set (apart from Chi Laval) that has 5-length tr. blue shells?
-
I think this is in the wrong forum, but it's still a pretty good sculpture.
-
I'd simply remove the nose piece. A blunt front looks better and is actually more realistic. Nice little MOC, anyway.
-
Beautiful. The platform on top is interesting, the asymmetry works well, the train cow catchers are a real NPU and all those little details add up to a great build. EDIT: Oh, and the link doesn't work.

These are great. Hilariously googly-eyed, well color-coordinated and fully articulated.

Propeller 1 Blade 16L with Axle
DraikNova replied to Corydoras's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
I think so. Some factory rapport or other. -
Thanks for the review! The tr. neon canister parts look really nice, and the set itself seems pretty great too. Anyway, the "second escape pod" is actually supposed to stay on the mech.
-
When compared to the 2004 Bionicle sets, these sets are the best ever. I'm actually planning to use the official set as an adolescent form of the MOC I'm making. I have to disagree with you about it looking like a sketch, although I've got to admit that we need a specialized wing piece. Some sort of piece that can be folded out, connects to several ball joints (so it stays stable and the folding works well) and actually looks like a wing.

I think you made a slight mistake in one of the early sentences: "Ogrum brings yet another green...". Anyway, I've got to say that, even though I previously thought this was the best set of the line, Cragger has surpassed my expectations. The blades look awesome, he includes one of the relatively rare Stormer/Speeda Demon connectors and he actually has a pretty creative build. I'm definitely getting this set. EDIT: I forgot to mention that the combiner model for this guy looks absolutely spectacular.

You do know Ninja6 stuff is completely fake, right? EDIT: Aaand, we've got confirmation: In the first minute the instructions show a teaser for Ninjago.

Good idea for the parrot stand.
-
Very nice. Famine is particularly well done. You do know it should be "Apocralypse", right ?

Let's buy every single set twice to convince LEGO to continue (I envy your wallet if you're capable of seriously doing this).
