  1. Really nice build, the colors of the landscape look really good together and I like the bits of light grey rock a lot! Great job on the hovel too!
  2. After a few moments of silence, punctuated only by the snores of Captain Argentum, Esterhazy de Troir stood. "On behalf of the MCTC delegation, I am pleased to state that this motion meets with our unqualified approval, and we would be glad to see it put to a vote at once. It would be a great handicap to our representative government should a province find itself with out adequate representation."
  3. Great series Garmadon, I really like the coachman, milkmaid, and smuggler - but there's lots to like about the others as well! Great write-up too!
  4. Hehe... everything matters in BoBS... especially if you're a Corry.
  5. Overestimated? Do you mean underestimated? If the distance between the Sea of Storms and Nelissa is as wide as the Atlantic, then the whole map should be considerably bigger in comparison to the map of Earth. Huge? Compared to what, Ireland? I think they'd be pretty small compared to the US or Canada or Russia or Greenland... the scale looks about right to me.
  6. Great build SK, I really like the birch trees! The roof looks really good and so do the inside details, especially the chest and goblet!
  7. I love this and I hate it!! I was kind of looking forward to being forced to finish my entries this week, but I could sure use another 15 days!
  8. This is a very nice little ship, I really like the dark tan for the deck and the whole thing looks fun to play with!
  9. I really like the use of white telescopes for the tree! Great job on the plow too. Don't feel bad, it really isn't necessary to use the guild colors in every build. As you say, sometimes they just seem out of place!
  10. Very nice ship Legostone, super impressive size, and I love the angles and details of the stern! Great job!
  11. Great variation Capt Wolf, nice job on the stone base and all! Good to see Weelond continue to expand!
  12. Very elegant little scene, I like the patriotism of using a green quill.
  13. Great job here, especially on the foamy water! I'm not entirely sold on the sails but otherwise the ship looks really nice. Seems like the crew might get sucked down in the whirlpool as it sinks though...
  14. Neat bamboo forest! Looks really good, a fun little scene!
  15. I'm with those who have already commented - the white here looks great, very elegant! I especially like the angle of the second picture!
  16. I don't know if I can claim to be active, exactly, but I certainly do keep up-to-date on what's being posted in the forum! Haven't built anything for GoH for quite a while though - I really should get back to my storyline, which is almost finished, but I've been procrastinating on that for probably over a year now! I do hope to get an entry in for the Safe Haven contest. Right now I'm working on building a LEGO treehouse. I've also got a couple other WIPs on the back burner, too lazy to take pictures right now though. I'm always building, as those who follow my Flickr know! Oh, and I'm a member of the great guild of Kaliphlin! (Down with the DK! Ulandus forever!)
  17. Nice little ship Garmadon, I really like the flex tube over the stern! Great little interior too! Not a lot of room to turn around in though...
  18. Way to start off your GoH adventures! The layout with the bridges and all is really good, and I very much like your lush vegitation! And interiors on top of that! Great work!
  19. Great build Ayrlego, the colors look really nice, but what I really like is the vines there! The profile bricks backwards for the sand green sections give a great texture!
  20. Okay... hmm, tough choice. I think I'll say good-bye to my little dwarf though.
  21. Congrats to the other winners, and especially to @Ryushi - well deserved! Thank you! I am going to maintain that it was my vote that put Ryushi over the top. I already have six tags (well, kinda seven...) so I don't know if I actually get another one. But if I can I'd like this one: If I can't have more I might be interested in switching one out, so let me know please! And thank you to Peppermint for the fun little contest!
  22. A pretty please to the leaders of your faction! ( @Capt Wolf and @Legostone ) They'll probably place some restrictions on you... you're hardly likely to get a letter of marque against Corrington, for instance. You may also be able to find another faction willing to offer a letter of marque too. Corrington would probably issue you one against the WTC...
  23. Yep, the Falcon flew in 1974, about 1 1/2 years after the Eagle's first flight! If you mean will I build it next though, don't know, if I decide to keep going I'd probably do a different one actually! I can't figure out what exactly the F-15 replaced, I'm not sure it repaced any specific aircraft, it seemed more to close a gap that was missing in lighter, more maneuverable attackers. Thank you!
  24. I like where this is going. P.S. It's gaol, if you mean jail...
  25. Thanks Captain Dee! That's real sneaky, flying up behind the tractor... I've been considering doing another one, it would be fun to have a whole collection! Thank you! I found this to be a perfect scale for accuracy... big enough for there to be lots of options, but small enough that I could spend time fiddling with all the sections!
