  1. Two barbarians go head to head on the desert sands! Who will survive this deadly encounter? --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Additional Pictures With the release of the CMF Barbarian, I just had to do this! I hope you enjoyed the MOC. As usual Decals by Saber-Scorpion C&C is always welcome and appreciated!!!
  2. That is quite the design! The variety of colors and angular building is great!
  3. Here is a good example on covering up the BURP's http://mocpages.com/moc.php/64972 http://www.classic-castle.com/howto/articles/landscapehowto.html (go to the part on Rocks)
  4. Task 5 done: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=88380 I think that's all I can get finished.
  5. This is a pretty impressive build! Just a couple of quick tips: 1) Try to use dark gray/dark bley slopes to mask the BURP pieces along the back of the MOC. It adds some more detail and can mask the usage of BURP's. 2) The water looks good, but since the stream/river is being formed by a waterfall, using clear tiles along with the blue ones can give the appearance of moving water. 3) The tops of the keep/fort/building could be fleshed out some more. Maybe adding some flags or even adding some form of cover could make it stand out a bit more. 4) In terms of minifig posing, since the figs are moving towards the dragon, you could try positioning their legs to make it appear as though they are running. As it is now, they are just standing still. Now then, cool things about this build (because there is a lot going on here): 1) The waterfall design looks pretty cool. Nice addition of the clear pieces to show the impact of the waterfall 2) The foliage is pretty well spread out and the rock work in the river/stream is pretty good. 3) The angular corners on the right most part of the keep/fort/etc. are pretty good! 4) Nice recolor of the Castle catapult! All in all, it is a good build! Keep working at it, and you can make it a great build
  6. As soon as we were notified of the BotS's attempt to poison the water, we quickly dispatched one of our mages to put down any BotS mercenaries that were traveling through the sewer. We only sent one mage, as not to draw attention to the sewers. You'll find that our magic users are equally as ruthless as our samurai and shinobi. Knowing him, he'll probably attempt to eliminate anyone and bury them in the sewer. Do not worry my friends, they will never make it close enough to poison the water. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Additional Pictures Task 5 for Raising the Dead: Family Heirloom Sorry to say it, but I don't think I'll be able to keep up with any remaining tasks. After all, Challenge I is now up! Anyways... I hope you enjoyed the MOC. As usual... C&C is always welcome and appreciated!!!
  7. I really like your stained-glass technique and the plants climbing the tower. Nice MOC
  8. The building looks pretty good! I'd love to see the inside of it
  9. This is looking pretty good! The play-ability of this build is pretty amazing. I think adding a giant gate and maybe a few defenses (such as a catapult) might add a couple of neat little features!
  10. Wait in which state!? I'd love to get my hands on those!
  11. I'm liking the eagle design! Can't wait to see more
  12. I'm liking the samurai guards. Good to know there are familiar forces out in Kaliphlin. On another note, Task 5 for RTD:FH should be started and finished sometime next week.
  13. I'd be active a bit more, but college work is keeping me down. Even if I do finish work early, I don't feel like building (even though I build small) .
  14. Is that the Sin'dorei emblem on the shields!? That is freakin' awesome!!!
  15. Curse you all and the outrageous amount of bricks you have! No, but seriously, this is a sweet layout. Is that Sir Gideon I see along the top of the castle?
  16. Yeah I'm all about the small builds. Even though something tells me that I'm going to have to shell out an insane small build.
  17. Tops anything I've built! Some more white in the water could help give the appearance of a moving river. It looks a bit too peaceful.
  18. I'm only going for the smaller challenge. I definitely won't be using my sigfig unless I'm aiding the already established Nocturnus leads. However, if I am on the other side, I've got several evil characters lying around that could do it.
  19. What the heck, I'll give it a shot! Sign-me up
  20. That is quite impressive! The varied display of colors is just too good. Edit: I just realized there is a CMF bat on the ceiling
  21. I wouldn't do that. Attempting to push anti-Nocty laws could actually encourage Nocturnians to speak up against us. Besides, it could possibly lead to having allies in dark places (which is never bad in my opinion).
  22. That's good to hear. I want to do another build with magic in it just to experiment with different effects. Currently I have an effect for a magic shell, push, and the usual flame connecting spells. Hopefully I can pull something really cool.
  23. On the topic of magic, how "inventive" are we allowed to be with spells? I've got an idea for my next RTD build, but I don't want it to be too ridiculous.
