  1. With HNGK: Volume 2 finished up, I have decided to start making fantasy effects. Many of these are similar to abilities you would see in a fantasy game. Most of these builds will be relatively small, but I hope to start creating better effects with each one I add. I'll also hope to add about two each Monday. Anyways, enough of my ranting! ----------------------------- Ability #1: Back-Stab - With a small enough/thin enough blade you can easily lift up the minifig's torso and slip a blade through. A small stream of blood adds a nice "bloody" effect to being stabbed. Ability #2: Heal - This one is also a rather simple one by using trans-yellow plates. The picture above is demonstrating lesser heal, but greater forms of healing could be made by increasing the number of trans-yellow pieces. ------------------------ Additional Pictures Hope you enjoyed the MOC. As usual Decals by Saber-Scorpion C&C is always welcome and appreciated!!!
  2. While dark plans are in motion, King Leos follows his daily routine. It usually begins with a good morning to his daughter and the beloved family pet. Compared to most of the rulers, he actually is a rather good person. Perhaps that is why I've been assigned to drive a knife through his heart. ---------------------------------- Additional Pictures Hope you enjoyed the MOC. As usual C&C is always welcome and appreciated!!!
  3. Once more with a freebuild: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=97605
  4. About this Build: So, I felt the need to create something new today. I didn't know what to build then I remembered this big guy (the image is pretty huge): http://img4.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20130817165910/darksouls/images/0/0d/Iron_Golem.png Feeling inspired by Dark Souls, I created the following MOC. -------------------------------- This is the Iron Golem. Currently, only one of these exists, but rumor has it that it is going to become a certain guild member's worst nightmare. The golem is very resistant to physical attacks, unless they come from ultra-heavy weapons. It also holds great magic resistance as well and possesses relatively good speed for its size. The core of the Iron Golem acts as its brain, allowing it to act without commands, but if a rider is seated on it, it will follow the rider's commands. --------------------- Additional Pictures Quite a menacing looking spellsword eh? ------------------------------ Hope you enjoyed the MOC. It was a blast making this guy; I just wish I had Axon's axe for a weapon As usual Decals by Saber-Scorpion C&C is always welcome and appreciated!!!
  5. Just a peaceful night for a couple of guild members. ------------------- Additional Pictures Felt the need to try making a scene in darkness and working on POV pictures. Hope you enjoyed the MOC. As usual C&C is always welcome and appreciated!!!
  6. Tip #20 - Be Brave. I have addressed you on many situations where fleeing or finding different options to deal with an opponent as necessary, but it is time for me to level with you. No matter where you go, you will never be fully prepared to not get killed; sometimes, you have to make the most out of some situations. You might find yourself backed into a corner with no escape, and a horde of undead facing you. Fear might set into you as you look at a cave with corpses as its decor. If you looked at every tip in the two volumes, you'd probably just turn and walk away. However, the reality of being an adventurer is that you will always be close to death. Keep your wits about you and be ready to act when necessary. The best adventurers are the brave ones, who are smart enough to determine when entering a situation is not a good option. --------------------- Additional Pictures Hope you enjoyed the MOC. As usual C&C is always welcome and appreciated!!!
  7. For three days, I waited anxiously to arrive in Hislith. Port Rakkis was a small city, but still had its secrets. When I arrive, I need to make for the capital. With any luck, I'll have a couple of days to plan for my attack. After all, killing a king is no easy task. ---------------------------------------------- Additional Pictures Hope you enjoyed the MOC. As usual Boat design by Kai NRG C&C is always welcome and appreciated!!!

  9. While Lukan rested at the house, Djun made his way to the shore only to be ambushed by a dark knight. --------------------------------- Additional Pictures Hope you enjoyed the MOC. Ship design courtesy of Kai NRG. As usual C&C is always welcome and appreciated!!!
  10. Member (s): Karith Azheri Rank: A A small settlement in Ankora has hired us to protect their home from attackers. Upon further investigation, the assailants were found to be vampires. A holy expert was dispatched to deal with vampires. - Kain Talon, Guildmaster -------------------------------------- Additional Pictures Hope you enjoyed the MOC. As usual Decals by Saber-Scorpion C&C is always welcome and appreciated!!!
  11. Tip #19 - Remember to bring a torch with you! Although torches can give your position away, sometimes they allow you to see dangerous traps or get a better grasp on your surroundings. Only the unwary adventurer travels in the darkness (well unless you're one of those sneaky guys). ----------------------------- Additional Picture Stay tuned for the final tip next week! Hope you enjoyed the MOC. As usual C&C is always welcome and appreciated!!!
  12. I'll keep that in mind; thanks for the feedback
  13. As a master of the shadows, I must blend in with my environment and strike when the time is right. The Shade has provided passage to Hislith and was kind enough to stow my equipment aboard the vessel. I overheard the captain state that the wind was in our favor; the voyage should only take three, maybe four days. ------------------------------------- Additional Pictures Hope you enjoyed the MOC. As usual C&C is always welcome and appreciated!!!
  14. I'll hand it to you, it's a small build, but with good detail!
  15. Unfortunately, I don't have that piece in reddish brown or dark brown for that matter. I'm still very limited on pieces.
  16. Just another freebuild: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=97116
  17. Thanks to some helpful advice, Djun and Lukan managed to find a place to stay to avoid the coming snow storm. -------------------------- Additional Pictures Hope you enjoyed the MOC. As usual C&C is always welcome and appreciated!!!
  18. Rank: A Member(s): Kain Talon, Fenix Vae - Avarian rangers have tasked us with providing a distraction long enough for them to rescue caravan from Altrairian trolls and orcs. With any luck, taking down a small watchtower should provide enough of a distraction. Taking down a watchtower could prove more difficult, with those new orcs running around. Kain Talon, Guildmaster -------------------------------- Additional Pictures Hope you enjoyed the MOC. As usual... Decals by Saber-Scorpion C&C is always welcome and appreciated!!!
  19. A lot of information has been covered up to this point. Now is where we start looking into some more advanced tips for adventurers. I can think of no other place to start than with the story of... Falcon Knight, Borkus the Blue. Borkus was originally a wandering knight. Throughout two years of adventuring, he became a falcon knight and was close to becoming one of their higher ranking knights. In order to do this, he was sent on a quest to obtain a sacred flower, which was said to be in the oldest part of the forest. So Borkus set out on an epic journey into the forest and one day found the area with the sacred flower. Unfortunately, he had run out of food while traversing the forest, and was forced to rely on his instinct to find food to eat. Upon finding the flower, he saw that it looked clean, and even smelled wonderful. Its scent was akin to a ripe fruit. He shrugged then took a bite of the flower. What followed was one of the worst stomach aches, followed by a surge of paralysis. Borkus fell over and laid down in the forest. To make matters worse, he was not aware that the paralysis was permanent. The forest wrapped around him and absorbed him. It was almost six years before his remains were discovered. According to druids, he was alive for four of those years, feeling the forest slowly absorbing him. This brings us to... Tip #18 - Be careful of the herbs or plants that you decide to ingest. While it can be helpful for those aspiring alchemists out there, it is generally a dangerous idea to do this. Many herbs and other gathered plants bring bad side effects with the worst being death. Not everything you find is edible. ----------------------------- Additional Pic Stay tuned for more HNGK: Volume 2 Hope you enjoyed the MOC. As usual C&C is always welcome and appreciated!!!
  20. Yep! The kingdoms/lands I use are part of a fantasy/mythic-fantasy universe I created 8 years ago.
  21. The life of an assassin is always filled with surprises. The Black Hand has always been feared across the lands, but lately people are forgetting that we are a threat. The Shade of the Savadjik has spoken; once more I'm to spill some blood for the Black Hand. My new target is Daniel Leos, King of Hislith. ------------------------------------ Additional Pictures Hope you enjoyed the MOC. As usual C&C is always welcome and appreciated!!!
  22. No it isn't based off of WW1, but the name does come from TES. I just figured it was an evil enough organization to stick with the name. The scroll piece is from BrickWarriors.
  23. With news of the Black Hand in Northshire, it was clear that there was no time to continue fighting each other. Someone wanted both guildmasters dead; whoever it was, would have to face both of them. It would take awhile, for true peace to come between Hislith and the Northshire, but at least the war had ended. --------------------------------- Additional Pictures Hope you enjoyed this MOC. As usual Decals by Saber-Scorpion C&C is always welcome and appreciated!!!
  24. He's nothing more than a friendly Mitgardian! They seem so extraordinarily rare these days. They are meant to be young trees, but I fully understand what you mean. I'll make note of it for my next build. As for everyone else, thanks for the feedback. You don't know how much I appreciate it!
