  1. Out of curiosity... are you able to divulge in the details of what you sent?
  2. He left his Email address there just waiting for LEGO Pirates fan to contact him? Well, better not disappoint him then - if he's open to communication I'd suggest find out all you can!
  3. Thank ye! Another theory is he's actually holding a plunger
  4. Plot twist: Steve's name is actually Samarth! You could aim for a small entry but if it ends up more than 200 pieces you can submit it as a large entry.
  5. Good work documenting ye old LEGOLAND! It's nice to know that pirates still maintain a presence there. Here's some things that stood out to me... Forbidden Cove has always been presented as a "free standing" set as though its just a structure atop of a cave. However, in this version it's actually the facade of a volcano - looks active too! The mix of old and new Islander parts... When I first saw this ship appear on screen I thought it was the Renegade Runner... Then I noticed the sails (or lack of) and thought it was the Cross Bone Clipper... And then it dawned upon me it was a MOC... or is it a set prototype that didn't make the cut and now it gets its time to shine?
  6. What beautiful photography! The lighting has been masterfully executed with that sharp contrast between cell and bars in the foreground. Also, congratulations on submitting an entry early - we now have our three entries for the Featured Threesome!
  7. You don't happen to have a link to this commercial?
  8. The recolours worked well! Also, congratulations on submitting an entry early - it qualifies for the Featured Threesome!
  9. Now this leaves a question for a follow up entry... After Steve get off the tiny island, what happened on board the Skulls Eye Schooner? Congratulations on submitting an entry early - it qualifies for the Featured Threesome!
  10. What a delightful backstory - Steve sure has gotten around! I also note that your Steve appears to be completely 3D rendered. Do you have any close up renders of Steve? This is an exemplary example of how one may overcome the "I don't have a Steve minifigure!" phenomenon that seems to be popping up.

  13. Congrat-ye-lations! It's also first entry to be submitted in the contest. You and your daughter make a fantastic team - you've successfully distilled The Imperial Trading Post into a microscopic masterpiece!

  15. Thank ye for your kind words! Your Adventurers creations from last year were phenomenal! When I first saw them appear in Google Image Search, I immediately assumed an official Adventurers set was being re-released. Only after I did a little research, I discovered they were MOCs - that's how outstanding the presentation was!
  16. Yes, at noon, but not high noon. I agree! As you can see from the above screenshot, it's showing me two different dates - that's very confusing!
  17. In English speaking regions it usually means 12PM or 12:00. I assume they mean Pacific Time, which according to the time.is website, is UTC -7. So it's currently 1:44:34 AM / 00:44:34 on Thursday, June 13 Therefore, it's closer to 34 hours until close of voting (at the time of writing this post)
  18. I'm confused about the voting deadline! On my end, the Series 5 Main Page states both June 14 and June 15 as the deadline - is this what everyone else is seeing? Or is this just on my end?
