[ENTRY] 6277 Imperial Trading Post Remake
Rogue Redcoat replied to Rogue Redcoat's topic in Pirate MOCs
Unfortunately, I never made any instructions for this, however I can get you the .io file. -
I was just about to search Eurobricks for some German train cars! Anyway, I was wondering where you found the dimensions to scale your model to. Is there a book that you used? I tried a quick internet search, but it did not reveal much about the dimensions or blueprints for German 1930s-40s freight cars. One last thing, can you link your Flickr below? I can't seem to get the link to open when I click the image.

The frigate sure is a beauty, I might mess with the color scheme a bit, but it looks good as is. Details look amazing, the cannons got a nice upgrade from the proposed ones. Minifigs aren't that bad either for a BDP set. Sails seem to be the main gripe. Personally, I don't care. I want to be looking at the main part of the set, not something hidden under sails. As for the price, I don't really see a problem at 350 USD, surely it's a bit expensive, but for the 4087 parts, 20 minifigures, and a great design its not that bad (not quite sure why at the current exchange rate european folks are paying 50$ extra but...). Anyway, I'm very much looking forward to purchasing!

Yup, you can use them, and I would love to see some pictures of your other pirate-themed minifigures :)

Rogue Redcoat started following New Minifigure Factory
-
The new Minifigure Factory from Lego was released online in the U.S. and here is the torso I designed ;) When it comes I am planning to swap out the arms for red, and I will add some photos. Here's the back of the torso the design is not perfect since in order to create a design like this you have to add letters and then reshape them to size hence the cross belts buttons, buckles and so on. Here's the link to try :D www.lego.com/en-us/minifigure-factory P.S. I know I have not been very active on Eurobricks but I have had little time to build in the past few months I will see if I can be more active in the following months :)
