  1. Thanks! Unfortunately, I don't own that set, and that chassis is not available in LDD. Perhaps I'll make a mock-up of it in LDD one day, incorporate it into an MOC, and then post it here. -Toa Of Justice
  2. Thanks! Speaking of the minis (if you could call the GT-J "mini," that is--it's twice the size of a Tiny Turbo, but still small compared to some of my other Racers--perhaps "midi" might be more appropriate), I just updated the GT-J with a cockpit and an engine. The revised pictures are below the original ones. -Toa Of Justice
  3. I just added a new MOC to my Racers topic--the GT-J! GT-J by Toa Of Justice - LXF -Toa Of Justice
  4. Thanks, -R8-! Sorry it took me so long to reply to your post, but I just added a new MOC to this topic--the GT-J! -Toa Of Justice
  5. I'm sorry to hear that you lost your model. However, I was able to successfully replicate and bend the structure in your post. Here's an LXF file of the structure. -Toa Of Justice

  7. I got a crash as well. I hope this bug is fixed in the next update. -Toa Of Justice
  8. Are my eyes deceiving me, or is that a 1x5 tile with a printed pattern on the mini Café Corner? -Toa Of Justice
  9. Thank you. How's this? Click the image below to enlarge it. LXF File -Toa Of Justice
  10. Thanks for the suggestion regarding the middle part. Where exactly should I put the plates on the middle part, and what kinds (e.g., small, large, wing) of plates would you like me to use? Thankfully, the legs you suggested are available in LDD, so I used them, but kept the colors of the parts the same to stay within the Ice Planet minifig color scheme. Click the picture below to enlarge it. LXF File -Toa Of Justice
  11. Thanks, all of you! You're welcome. I thought about using SNOT slopes instead of wing plates (which would have taken care of the studs), but then my wings would've had jagged edges (due to how the slopes would've connected with each other). I'm not sure which legs you're talking about, nor am I sure they're available in LDD. Could you please provide a picture? Thanks in advance. I'm glad you're pleased with my wing/body ratio solution. I see what you mean by my model being out of the civilian role, given that most of the models in the theme don't seem to have weaponry. I'll say that the engine compartment contains a hyperspace module--it looks like it does to me. Mach 9 is the Icebird's top speed from the thrusters. I agree with you and the others about the color scheme. Personally, I prefer the trans-orange one, but I'm glad to see that someone else likes the trans-blue one. I wonder if any other color scheme would look good on the Icebird... As for the fighter jet appearance, I agree with you. As I said before... -Toa Of Justice
  12. I updated my Hero Factory 3.0 sets. Click here to see the updates. -Toa Of Justice
  13. Hey, everyone! I believe Pick A Brick and DESIGNbyME been updated with HF 3.0 parts! -Toa Of Justice

The only thing missing on each model is the printing on the trans-green armor piece. EDIT Sep. 15, 2011: All models in this post now have proper printed armor elements. -Toa Of Justice EDIT: 2282 - Rocka XL - Theme: Hero Factory LXF File

  16. Thanks! In addition to standing in for the original trans-neon green parts, the trans-bright green parts in my model also seem to stand out better than true trans-neon green parts in LDD (which look too much like trans-yellow to my eyes... ) -Toa Of Justice
  17. This model is inspired by the Insectoids. It has 8 laser guns, pincers, a stinger, and pointy legs. It also features a detachable scout pod. Also, this is the second model I built combining Hero Factory elements and classic bricks--the first one can be found here. Click any image to enlarge it. LXF File - Brickshelf Gallery If you want to see this model in real bricks, you can buy its parts through DESIGNbyME for USD $42.20, or perhaps a little less through Pick A Brick. NOTE: I had an issue with the visor and helmet in this model--see this. -Toa Of Justice
  18. I think I found a serious bug. It is impossible to attach the Atlantis visor to the normal helmet in LDD 4.1.8. I'm sure it is possible in real life--see this picture. But it seems LDD has removed this ability... LXF File -Toa Of Justice
  19. I received the September-October 2011 LEGO Club Magazine yesterday, and I scanned the Hero Factory content for everyone. Witch Doctor Feature: Page 1 (683x860; 1.24 MB) Page 2 (675x860; 1.25 MB) Full Spread (pages 1 and 2; 1328x845; 2.93 MB) Rocka XL Feature (back cover; 646x860; 1.04 MB) -Toa Of Justice
  20. Thanks everyone! I haven't planned to build any of these in real bricks. However, the Torpedo and the High Tech Racer are the ones that are most likely to be seen in real bricks, since they only use parts available from DesignByME. As for the others, I could post them on LEGO CUUSOO, and if they get 10,000 supporters each and pass the LEGO review, then the bricks could exist to build them. However, I have not seen the 2012 TT-R's front grill element in any set yet, so I am not sure if that one would ever be done in real bricks. Out of all the models I have posted so far, which one(s) do you most want to see in real bricks? Please keep in mind that I am in college now, so it may be quite a while before I have a chance to photograph and post any real pictures. -Toa Of Justice
  21. Fantastic work, harakiri! Once again, I'm tempted to build your creation from my own bricks. -Toa Of Justice EDIT: It seems the rear propeller tends to collide with the black 1x3 slope. I'd recommend raising the propeller assembly by inserting two of the silver 1x1 round plates from the set between the black 1x3 slope and the white 2x2 plate. See the picture below: LEGO Digital Designer LXF File
  22. Awesome alternate model, harakiri! Since I own the set, I'm tempted to build a copy of it for myself. :dcool: I look forward to your next alternate model! -Toa Of Justice
  23. Racers MOCs by Toa Of Justice I made some of these months ago. Unfortunately, I had more inspiration to create than time to publish, so I just kept creating these models until today. I might add more MOCs to that topic as I create them, so stay tuned! I'll try to remember to make a new post in this index topic if I update my MOC topic. Click on any picture to enlarge it. #1 - The Torpedo: An extremely sleek Tiny Turbo. This model was made in DesignByME, so it can be bought as of August 29, 2011 for USD $17.45. LXF File #2 - 2012 TT-R: My vision of a 2012 Tiny Turbo. It features a new grill element on the front. LXF File #3 - High Tech Racer: A race car made with Hero Factory elements and classic bricks. This model was made in DesignByME, so it can be bought as of August 29, 2011 for USD $49.30. LXF File #4 - Formula A Racer: A F1-style racer with a heavenly design. It features a removable engine cover. LXF File #5 - Alpha Angel: A beautiful racing machine designed to resemble an angel in flight. It features front wheel steering and pop-up boosters. Inspired by the Kamata Angelus from Ridge Racer 7. LXF File #6 - Nitro Rebel: Last, but sure as heck not least, I give you...the Nitro Rebel! This is a large-scale racing pickup truck with lots of fire. It features opening doors, tailgate, and hood. Also, check out the interior! This was supposed to be a revamp of the Team McQueen Mater combo model, but it ended up taking more inspiration from Off-Road Power instead. LXF File -Toa Of Justice
  24. UPDATE - October 13, 2011: Check the end of this post for a new Racer, the GT-J! UPDATE - December 14, 2011: EM4CZ has made four new awesome Police versions of the GT-J! Go to this post to see them! I made some of these months ago. Unfortunately, I had more inspiration to create than time to publish, so I just kept creating these models until today.
