    I share your hope; how many times I needed 8 studs beams I don't want to mention...since my mocs are always based on tire size very often I had to abandon project because there were no space using 4 studs beams or 9 stud beam which was "over the top"

    Perhaps you could look them not as arches but shirt tubes...i just mentioned my experience, but it is not 100 certain, as @Milan pointed only test is relevant.

    You should face holes in direction of impact. Example: if it is heavy model than turn holes to be visible from top (and bottom). At least my mocs (that are bigger) were more sturdy with beams placed to make holes oriented upwards

    Small attempt to make smaller scale (1:18) chassis... Plan is to make chassis 17 studs wide with 19 studs wheelbase. Width over tires should be ~~ 18 studs with Battman tires

    Very nice Michael, I suppose noone will count treads on shrinker tire (Class tire has 20, Zetros has 18 and Jeep has 16), so shrinking is acceptable

    I assume that (if we are optimistic about price) two XL motors drive central differential and the rest is like on 42070 set with 42099 hubs

    Well it is difficult to be sure, but my feeling (and reasoning based on rimm, tread numbers 18) says that it is 81.6mm tire The ones you showed in posted image ...

    What is the size of your tire? Do you have some more info about upcoming tire size on Zetros or just rough calculation?

    Looks recognizable from the front. I hope to see better suspension images. If I remember correctly original didn't have central differential and 4wd was oy for slippery ground, or asphalt due to missing central differential mechanical failures due to different axle speeds happend often.

    Impressive for such small scale. And I was hoping to make Mack LR in 1:18 scale (62.4 tires and 17 studs wide) with features like yours (just with suspension and...) and you made this even smaller.
