  1. I was thinking more about salt spreader, but having more attachments is not a bad idea after all. Since it is all manual it is easier to implement. Currently state of salt spreader build caused to add another PTO directly from engine (at the back of engine). Today I was looking at Mulag grass cutter but it is complicated to transfer rotation from PTO to cutter... I was planning to install crane on U5023 because of bigger wheelbase.
  2. @Jundis, classic tractors fit this scale, but Fastrac, Fendt Vario 9, 10 series, John Deere 8 with ILS bigger Deutz Fahr Agrotron, Class Jaguar, Lexion and other harvesters have smaller difference between smaller and bigger wheel. Nevertheless it is nice to become this 81.6 tires
  3. Now I see that they are really big; @Rebel_Lego I have pasted you right example in my first response, so I've hoped that you have used that way...just relink smaller images
  4. No problem, there is no alternative to truth and to help someone in need. You can put more pictures if you want
  5. You can open in new window second option (800 x 601) on every picture and paste the like here. After posting link picture will be automatically displayed (link must end with jpg). just one your example (https://bricksafe.com/files/Rebel_Lego/daf-xf-105/IMG_20210330_174504488_MP.jpg/800x601.jpg)
  6. Cab is finally finished, but the only thing that bothers me is what to put at the back; for tilting bed pneumatic pump is in the way... @Thirdwigg what do you think?
  7. I agree with @Thirdwigg; IMHO instead of 81.6 there should be about 90mm tire and about 75mm to fit proportions of modern and upcoming tractors and combine harvesters...
  8. The only thing that makes me some headaches are rear mudguards that are bigger than ideal because I use arches. So I have to put fuel tank one stud forward...and as result tilting bed would be smaller. In the meantime I have installed pneumatic pump ar the side of chimney and pump takes additional place if I want to make it easily accessible...due to steering system HOG can not be moved anymore to the front. Perhaps I'll make salt spreader fur upcoming summer time
  9. I have blue and lime...and they are beautiful
  10. Honestly I work on few projects simultaneously and first thing I'll sort out what I plan to do and what parts Iike tires or pf elements I need; of course red wheels technic racing small 43.2 x 26 is a dream for one project...but now I look for 42124 tire.
  11. on the bright side, so we can got some parts that are interesting in black color like 11 x 5 "H" frame... Sarcasm: now we have the answer about various shades of lime (CLAAS Lime is not Lamborghini lime )
  12. That is good to know Since I mostly make agriculture machinery; brands are often recognized by unique colour combinations
  13. It is always question of contract details, perhaps there is just license contract with Mercedes Benz Trucks or Daimler Trucks https://www.daimler.com/products/trucks/mercedes-benz/
  14. I have made lots of rescaling during the past because I can not use @Sariel's scaler on mobile phone (or my fingers are not made for it ). Looking at your 437 I got an idea to make (fully manual) U5023 with crane. My plan is to use Fishertechnic tires on it...but (most likely) first after U423 I'll go to work on 1:18 telehandler
  15. Honestly I'm not particularly good photographer, but when I put model over technical drawing in 1:18 scale cab fits; difference is about ΒΌ stud. Model is 37 studs long, wheelbase 21 studs, width over mudguards 17 studs; over tires 16.5 and height (not included beacon lights) is 21.5 studs. Nose is 3 studs tall and 3 studs long, whole cab is one stud lower than on 1:15 model and has overall length 17 studs; perhaps panel on drivers door is to tall because I do not have extra 1 x 9 lift arm and no this arch in orange. https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=6005#T=C
  16. It could happen; I also neglect parts that I do not use for MOCs, so (looking at your vehicles like GAZ that do not use this tire I assume that you don't plan to make model based on those tires). But I like that you put spike tires from 42124 in chart
