    @Malek83 this is best "modification" of 42083 set so far. It is very good that you teach your kid from that early age to use visual real things to play and not virtual ones. Excellent

    It is question of particular seller, not politics or taxes; they are just excellent excuse to cover sellers greed. I have same situation here; there are always taxes or even dead politicians guilty...until one day one lady (who is from Croatia) but works as taxes consultant in Austria and said to saleswoman that total taxes are a lower in Austria on particular product, but the same product Itself is some 30% more expensive in Croatia than in Austria. Similar thing is with LEGO... As about 42099 set, I have decided to see if there is a way to make PF elements work with PU. At this moment there is much flexibility in usage of PF elements and PF powered mocs work just fine...then I'll wait for some discount.

    I think front tires are facing the wrong direction ...but IMHO new PU system does not allow mocing so far, PF system is more flexible so far... Mods look functional, but there is one stud stitching out both left and right from H shape frame...

    So far it looks very promising and since Rolls Royce uses (relatively) simple boxy designed cars (with clean lines) it should be great Moc.

    You have a point...if I remember, there was mentioned using rechargable box in future, so perhaps unused port on hub could be used for recharging so you do not have to take (smart not wheels) hub out...

    That is the worst news I heard whole year. To loose someone special like Ingmar is priceless, not only scale modeling forum but whole U.S. truck scale building community has lost the most influential personality. The hobby would never be the same and now question arise by itself: to LEGO or not to LEGO? Rest in piece my friend

    Dragster tires are usually for streets, not to mention they are slick. In my previous post I was thinking loud in similar direction, perhaps mini Xerion and Ententeiner set have same (tractor) tires, just that Ententeiner set has some kind of ramp...but we are now in area of speculations...

    Since it has winch, ladder, coffin...it is just additional equipment for expedition version...just wheels are not ideal IMHO for that...

    Let Man's racer is very cool I think you can put even ordinary V6 or V4 LEGO fake engine inside...

    Micha unfortunately I can not find apropriate video with him (Unhygienix). I'm unhappy with myself when ordinary pin broke and to see that ...but I like this set it looks very playable, and has 4 of my favorite tires

    Thanks buddy, I can only make older version like Fastrac 2155 with flat silver rims to make it realistic.

    Now I have updated chassis in black as much is possible with my parts inventory and I hope that even Victor (@sirslayer) would like it... As you can see I use yellow connectors to be battery box holders because I have very limited amount of blue and plan to make blue attachment for Fastrac. At the end there will be total 11 black frames 5 x 7 (four of them in both axles)
