Don't forget to include a bunch of pickpockets robbing the zoo visitors and some animals' thieves (somebody has to provide Lego pet shops)

I would prefer to pay a little more and have printed parts. Stickers look ugly even in the LEGO official pics.
-
I calculate about €70-€80. For that price I prefer to buy the gas station and a city or speed champs vehicle set.

It's a four wall building but you can takeoff easily the rear wall to access to the indoor. I'm searching in my stock for pieces for creating a big burger similar to the Corner Deli. But depends of how much are missing, I think that I will go for a tile with a custom printed sticker. The only proposal was to build a 16 wide building inspired into corner deli, and this was a first attempt.

Some new (and little better pics)

Big engines and oversized exhausts are the kind of thing that kids love.

It's a good idea and a great creation. I see these karts very assumible for LEGO to release them.

Nice MOC, I hope LEGO goes in the way they started with the 60128 and takes more 6 wide cars (they can find so good inspiration in this forum).

When I heart about a new LEGO Ferry what I had in mind was something like this one of Playmobil http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51USP7jIKFL.jpg or a minifig scale adaptation of the 4997. The new 60119 is a good set but a bit simple (like most of the city sets). Your creation goes in the line of what I have in mind and as other have said, the final result and the color combination are great.

Meanwhile the Corner Deli arrives to the toy shops of my town, I have built a custom Deli with my stock of bricks. It's a 16 wide building with 4 walls, but I don't want to call it modular. In a future I will probably start to work in the indoor deco. Now both floors are empty.

Work in progress Backdoor: I'm looking for the 2 windows missing into my stock P.S. Sorry for flooding but I'm writing from my tablet and I only can post pictures as attachments (with the limitations that it means).
-
I'm working on this. I have to check my stock because I don't know if I have enough light blue bricks.

I have built a prototype of wheelchair. It's a bit high, but I haven't found any better wheels. Suggestions for improve it are welcome. Any idea of how attach bicycle wheels to an axle or to any other brick?

The 2:1 sets it's a new selling formula. Some times the altenative models of a creator set are awful, but sometimes they are wonderful and due to it we buy more than one unit. With the gas station, both models looks great. And this only means that more of us are going to buy 2 units of the set for building both models together.

Seeing how oversized are some sets (not only on creator theme) I think that somebody in TLC is designing sets for the Mega Bloks' Call of Duty figs he has bought in secret. Adding some thoughts: Are we expecting some surprises for NYC Toy Fair? or is it all the stuff revealed yet? I have found this set from 2009: It could be nice that TLC would include some citizen starter sets in their near future catalogs.

Seeing the new releases of Playmobil I have seen this: As you can see the crock is dressed as a prisoner with a vest. If you take him the vest he becomes a regular citizen. I think TLC could design something similar to avoid the overpopulation of crocks and evaded prisoner that our cities have nowadays. But please TLC, if you do it, do it well and avoid strange neck effects like this:

This piece of roof is new? https://scontent.fsan1-2.fna.fbcdn.net/hphotos-xpl1/t31.0-8/12615710_988161471241556_2549265667426306125_o.jpg (I don't post the pic directly because it's a bit big)

When I saw the new baby "piece" the first I thought was that TLG has been inspired in Kre-o for designing it.

Desilutionated about the hot dog truck. Seems built by a 7 years kid. Who took the pic? I don't want to say what it seems what the minidoll has in the hand because there are kids reading. The watermelon slide is great (it's a half or a quarter round tile?) Since now, when TLC don't know what accessory add they add a sausage. From now, we are going to see the hot dog bun everywhere.

The park is like the advent calendars of 10 years ago the ones with 9 or more minifigs. It's also similar to some LEGO education sets. I read that the price could be between $35-$40. Seeing that a advent calendar cost $30 and LEGO education more than $50. I find the price reasonable. also, if we get them as CMF, we should have to pay $3-$4 per minifig and surely we don't have the hotdog cart and other "big" accesories. The airshow set for me is the best. The other airport sets, I have to think more about them, because I don't know what to do with the big planes. The Gas station is a must.
