Some things that come to my mind: MILS: Lego knows that people elevate the sets, using MILS platforms Lego is using elavorated bases in some of their sets like the community center of friends Double height baseplates like the ones of Downtown The building of the teaser could be a modular or a new big city set in the line of downtown or the creator's main street
-
An another Easter egg is that they close the doubt if Wanda about was the street performer of Downtown, but not, because the street performer appears at the last episode as one of the citizen
-
I like this episode a lot
-
The first episode was about bytz van There are minifig parts for building a custom Just Jason? I have bytz and Max, and I can use the street performer as wanda But I need a Jason
-
I hope the next one has Wanda About as main character

I made some changes into the hospital
-
Thanks for the comment It's exactly what I see, it's a bit flat and lineal I'm building a hospital and I don't know if balconies fit on this kind of buildings And in addition, I find that the 16 studs wide wall with 3 windows frames looks better (less ugly) than the two 6 studs windows

You are right, I have seen some quick building videos of belville sets and were focused on the indoors
-
What about the the new Lego sets concept? Lego was based on the outdoors and facades and usually saved effords in indoors But in the last years, they are improving the indoors of the buildings But recently they are focused into creating good indoors, but only indoors, bypassing the outdoors The set 60365: Apartment Building has based on shipping containers modules and the outdoors have become quite basic (replacing some walls by "scaffolding" parts) But this year they go to the extreme with some friends sets (the rooms) and the Gabby's Dollhouse thar they have outdoors because walls have 2 sides, but if you watch the construction by the outside what you see is horrible What do you thing about this? Do you think that this could become a trend? Some examples of not outdoors sets
-
I was working on a Shipping container style building (8x16 plate as a base) using the 60330 pieces (and some extras) and this is what I got I like how the indoor are looking, but I'm disappointed with the outdoors Any suggestions?

How to blend baseplate roads with MILS plates
El Garfio replied to Redteamrocks's topic in LEGO Town
Some solutions: 1. Create some pillars with bricks small 4x4 squares with a technic brick in one of the sides The problem, you probably need to cover the squares with tiles to improve the stability and that means 4 studs high 2. Create the pillars with 1 o 2 studs deep plates Advantage: you can do it 2 studs high Problem: you can't attach the pillars to the regular MILS modules 3. Use new road plates Problem: expensive 4, create grey stickers with concrete or exposed brick pattern and cover the laterals of the mils modules Problem: it's very shabby -
