Some very good insight there my loving friend. While we know that not all silents are scum, they are usually hiding there. Of your list, the NPC seems to have the oddest behavior, the talking animal bugs me as well, but I'm not sure that makes him scum.

Official Eurobricks Straightshooters List

+1 for jFox -
Ok, back to the action, just got back from watching the ball game, yeah, there's actually a tv in the corner if you didn't notice. I can't say as a lot of the chatter has come off as particularly scummy, and I don't want to jump down someone's throat yet for making a comment. I've tried this tactic, it doesn't particularly work. I think a lot of people are overly paranoid right now because what seems to be pinging you guys right now is really just some Day 1 banter. We still have a bit of time, no need to go crazy right off the bat.

Wow, mind blown.

Deep Space Pill please. I really wanted the Dickhead Galaxy pill just for sheer name sake, I mean, that HAS to be a good one. But Deep Space is close, so it will have to do. Mmmmmmm........pills. Now that I have my lover as my Werewolf protecting human shield, I should be good to go.

Good point, I may have to hang close to my lover to keep me safe.

Oh, well if it's painted on, I can look past that(and have many times apparently). This seems like a weird place to try to find scum, a plain grey floor with a man-eating werewolf, but whatever it takes.

Mafia Mafia - Confirmation and Discussion
LegoDad replied to Zepher's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Hmmm..... That's disappointing. I can see why you would be working on the telephone now, a face mark like that would kind of pigeonhole your career choice. I'm surprised you haven't had that looked into, they have laser treatments for that type of thing now. Well, he is filling his role pretty well so far, I would say. I mean, you have to admit, he's got the treestump thing down pretty quickly. -

My Female Lover, does that headset ever come off? You really shouldn't bring your work home with you. -

A pizza slinging loverboy, too bad my wife is ugly, sorry honey -
Yeah, that part of the game I found weird. Frisky Fabuland animals was freaking me out. I'm sure Hinckley was laughing his megablocks off though.

I wonder how many boxes of upcoming sets will have the pull tabs. Is Lego going away from the tape? I am split about it. I like to keep my used boxes pressed and in good shape with little destruction, but on the other hand, I like to KNOW that my box hasn't been tampered with in any way, and I think this box version does a good job of that. Good review, I look forward to getting this set, even though Yoda looks weird. Dooku and Poggle look great.

This is the set that would complete everything for me regarding Lego Star Wars. A real Cloud City that would rival 10188.

Vote for your favourite Category 7A entries
LegoDad replied to WhiteFang's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Definitely hard to get a final 3, but here goes: 2) Grandma's Visitor Entry (sgeureka) - 1 point 12) Hippie Entry (pillpod) - 1 point 19) Ocean King Entry (badgogo) - 1 point On #12, I loved that mini VW Van, that was excellent. Instantly recognizable from the set. -
I really like the Cargo truck and plane sets, will probably get both at some point since I missed all of them the last time. The Advent Calendar is nice too, would be the first City version I'd purchased.
-
If you purchased any Collectable minifigures you got that poster as well. My box had both the Yoda poster and minifig poster since I had ordered B-Wing and some Series 10 on the same order. My son was very happy with his Chima freebie as well.

I happened to see it on their website. It was only for LotR I believe. Other themes had other discounts like free shipping on Star Wars over $50, though if you have a Red Card it's free anyway, plus 5% off. I am going to see if they will honor it in store, as they have had nothing around here for sale recently.

The oldest set you have ever found in a toy shop?
LegoDad replied to legotrainfan's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I'll tell you in a few years when all the Cars 2 sets are still sitting in TRU. -
May the 4th, S@H I got (2) Orc Forges, S10 minifigs, Sopwith Camel, B-Wing. Target.com, with their 20% sale on LotR, picked up (2) Orc Forges, Shelob, Uruk-Hai

Excellent church with amazing detail. Unfortunately, it has a huge rodent problem. Going to have to call in the exterminators, although at that scale, it may eat them for lunch
