I should have addressed the "pack of brats" comment a while ago even though it wasn't mine. Many of our characters from the movies were part of what was considered the "Brat Pack", after the more famous "Rat Pack" of Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis, etc. My character name is played by a very famous Brat Packer in Molly Ringwald.

I don't dispute this at all. I am sure there are wrongly accused and scum jumping ship with those and saying "yeah, that guy is scum". You are at least defending yourself, we still have a lot of time to ask questions and get answers that may change our vote. Why are you interested in my shoes, anyway?

I don't feel that I am personally pointing fingers, though I don't think the statement was directed at me. I was trying to drum up conversation early in the day with the little information we knew about each other. In general, those that are helpful and vocal are going to align with the town. Those that are defensive and uncooperative are not. It's not 100% obviously, but as a general rule, it works. The students that have come up the most in conversation as being scummy have been the ones that were acting like this and have only gotten more defensive about their actions, bringing even more doubt to their towniness. Simone is correct is saying that nobody is an obvious town at this point to the entire group, but actions speak loud and those with little action and a bunch of tough talk generally have a reason for it.

Wow, just got caught back up after a nice nap. It still appears that the number thing has struck a chord with some around here. Something that I thought to be harmless has really put some on the defensive. PING! There are still some relatively quiet students as well. I realize not everybody wants to talk too much, but absolute silence is just as bad as acting scummy. Since we have the ability to unvote, I will: Vote: Bud Fox (Tohst) There are others that I am very suspicious of, but Bud you have been very uncooperative and your penalty votes make for an easier lynch than some of my other suspects. Questions are asked because they are simple and no answer to them has been given. I don't believe we got your number either Simone. Since a large majority have shared them, it's the small minority that haven't that gain suspiciousness, and the more defensive they get about it, the scummier they look.

Meh, I really don't think Ricky is the worst thing around. Confused at this point? Maybe. Scummy? Not sure about that yet. I have others that I believe to be way scummier right now. We still have some voting time, so I'm going to sleep on my info right now, but I think there are a few of us leaning the same direction with our votes.

Since nobody thinks the numbers mean anything(and yes, I'm still keeping track of them), what about the names we have all be given? Do they intrigue you at all? I am enough of a movie geek to know most of them off top of my head. I don't know if they correlate to anything, but we have suspiciously popular retro 80s names.

Not hiding anything, I already said my number was 18. I'm trying to see if everybody else has one and if there is anything to derive from it. Those that are unwilling to even share this slightest bit of information about them is interesting to me. You may think it's dumb, but it's all I have to go on right now. I notice you are yet to post yours as well, hiding anything?

Exactly, which so far is not being forthright with the little bit of information that we have or being completely silent, which a handful still are. Many scenarios like this have some sort of puzzle or clue to put together, which while in and of itself may be of little consequence, we can deduce who is willing to bring forth their information and who is not.

My number is 18. I wanted to see how many numbers were given out and to see if that number correlated to the number of students. It was possible to find out how many scum Black Mesa we have here. I know it's a longshot, but I'm looking to drum up some conversation here and we have nothing to go on at this point. I thought it was possible that since my name is las in alphabetical order, that I may have the highest number. Since it is lower than the total number of students, it was possible to figure out how many insurgents we have.

I called her a couple hours after her listing posted and assumed they would be gone already. But she hadn't received any calls and I told her I'd be there asap. I kind of thought they would be pretty beat up with figures missing and the old grey to be really yellowed but they were in amazing shape. I couple tiles with bite marks, but very easily replaced. I almost felt bad about the deal, but she said she was making money as well.

Ever found a piece that doesn't belong in a set?
LegoDad replied to Sir Walter Maugham's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Only extra I have ever received was an extra sticker sheet in one of the Superheroes sets. My Fire Brigade was missing a couple pieces as well, but they were easily replaced from my inventory.
