Once again, Robert Thorn (Umbra-Manis) was out and about, playing cards by himself. "Geez, I wish I could get somebody to play cards with me!" "I'll play cards with you!" said a mysterious figure. "Really?" "No." *BANG* "Mwahahahahahaha!" The day dawned, and the survivors regrouped, but this time Nick was no where to be seen! "Come on Nick! You need to get here so you can confirm James' alignment!" said Daniel Bartell (mostlytechnic) impatiently. "Sorry I'm late! Jafar's kitchen is all out of breakfast foods, except this one measly crossaint! I fear among us... there may be hiding a cereal killer." *collective gasp from audience* "Anyways, to the important stuff. James Cunningham (Bob) was HYDRA! Nice work! Deep in the bowels of the Helicarrier, Eugene Lawson (Forresto) was screwing around on the computer terminals... playing Galaga, of course. Unbeknownst to the hardcore gamer, a dark figure silently watched him from across the room. Suddenly, in a fit of rage, the figure lept towards Eugene... ...he never stood a chance. *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* Mr. Lawson was gunned down without mercy. Morning came, and the body was discovered... Director Fury promptly ordered a NPC Janitor to clean up the mess. "Yo! I'm a NPC! Names Mr. Windu. Distant cousin of Director Fury." The Mr. Fury in question gathered the survivors for an important message. "Alright guys, I have good news and bad news. Bad news first. As you may have guessed, Steven Schram (Khscarymovie4) was Loyal to SHIELD. However, this data chip I recovered from the late Mr. Lawson, has told me he was in fact a villainous HYDRA Agent! Excellent work, loyals! Keep at it! You have 72 hours to bring me another one. Please confirm your participation and receipt of a Role PM here. IF YOU SIGNED UP TO PLAY AND HAVE NOT RECIEVED A ROLE PM PLEASE CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY! Beyond that, this thread can be used as a general discussion thread, whether you are playing in the game or not. (For example, complimenting me on my wonderful characters and pictures you may see in the Day threads ) If you're dead, discuss the game mechanics on the deadboard, not here. That ruins the game for everyone else. Host (1) Nick Fury, played by mediumsnowman The director of SHIELD, Fury is a no-nonsense leader toughened by bouts of intense conflict with the Red Skull and the villainous forces of HYDRA. Beware. He can and will mod-kill you. NPC’s (2) Phil Coulson, NPC Despite dying during the events of the first Avengers movie, Phil is still here. Nobody’s complaining though- what would Director Fury do without his right hand man? Maria Hill, NPC A tough and independent woman, Maria Hill has not died yet. Her levelheaded-ness and logical thinking have carried her and the crew of the Helicarrier through many difficult times. Players (16) Daniel Bartell, played by mostlytechnic Daniel is a top-ranking executive, visiting the Helicarrier with his coworkers Margaret and William for a top-secret meeting with Director Fury. He’s very proud of his intense mustache. Don’t say anything about his mustache, as Daniel is known to have a fiery temper. James Cunningham, played by Bob James is the leader of SHIELD’s elite tactical squadron. He’s rather laid-back, but he’s the best of the best out in the field and has led several successful missions. Some have speculated he may secretly be a werewolf, as he refuses to run missions in the full moon, but nobody has been able to prove it. Eugene Lawson, played by Forresto Eugene is a technician and whiz with computers. If something is broken, Director Fury can rely on him to fix it. Eugene is fairly quiet, but when he does open his mouth, people listen. The secret to his success- yellow work gloves and a seemingly magical screwdriver given to him by a certain Dr. Wynn, whom he met long ago on a mountain far, far away. Jafar Masrani, played by JackJonespaw Jafar is the ships cook. He can make anything, anytime, for anyone – the very definition of a short order chef. He is secretly jealous of his wildly successful cousin, who used to own an amusement park. It could have been him with the riches, but instead, he’s stuck flipping patties for a top-secret government organization. Hailey Coleman, played by Comrade Commander Hailey is a research scientist for SHIELD’s R&D department. She worked closely with Dr. Banner before he… well, you know. People keep telling her to tie her hair back (apparently it’s some sort of fire hazard in the lab) but in her own words, “I’m a strong independent woman who ain’t gonna listen to the haters.” Nobody argued, probably because she was holding a flask of potentially dangerous chemicals at the time. Todd Castillo, played by Tariq j Todd used to be a run-of-the-mill guard at a SHIELD warehouse, until he saw something he shouldn’t have and Fury was forced to either silence him or keep him closer. Being the kind and generous soul that Fury is, Castillo got a job on the Helicarrier. He’s a bit of an alcoholic, and is rumored to be descended from the legendary Upswich clan. Jasper Heinz, played by PirateDave84 Jasper is another technician, and close friends with Eugene. While Eugene specializes in the electronic side of things, Jasper can fix just about anything else, from jet planes to the economy, with the help of his trusty wrench and glorious beard. Cecilia Reed, played by Darkdragon Cecilia is a flight technician and part-time pilot. Though normally a focused and hard-working individual who lets nothing come between her and success, she has recently developed a bit of a crush on Jeffrey, another flight technician and wannabe pilot. She’s also an avid X-Men fan, even though they don’t technically exist in this universe. Jeffrey Brown, played by Dragonfire Jeffrey is a flight technician who aspires to soar through the air in a fighter jet. He’s a spunky and energetic young individual, who’s sense of humor has helped him through many hard times on his career path. He’s also completely oblivious to his co-worker Cecilia’s feelings for him. Walter Williams, played by jluck Walter is another executive visiting the Helicarrier for an inspection and meeting with Director Fury. He is by far the oldest on the board, and has an obnoxious tendency to refer to everyone else as “youngsters.” He tends to start every other sentence with “Back in my day…” Robert Thorn, played by Umbra-Manis Robert is a middle-aged man full of ambition. He has played second-fiddle to James all his life, and is poised to take over the leadership position when he eventually retires. Despite his harsh exterior, Robert is actually a pretty nice guy at heart. He donates to and volunteers at several charity organizations, in honor of the wife and son he lost when the Chitauri attacked New York. David Leffel, played by fhomess Leffel is a member of SHIELD’s extraction team. His sole job is to get other agents out of sticky spots. No one is sure if they’ve ever actually heard him speak. He’s gained a reputation as a “passive participator” or more accurately an “active non-participator.” No one is quite sure what to make of him; he’s a bit of an enigma. Steven Schram, played by Khscarymovie4 Steven spends all day in the Helicarrier workout room, which has led to the well-defined muscles on his plastic torso. Either that or the host stole his torso from a more comic-book figure. No one is quite sure. He is quite fond of scary movies, particularly Scary Movie. Alyssa Turner, played by CallMePie Alyssa works in the Helicarrier medbay and has saved the lives of countless agents. Optimistic and cheerful, Alyssa is always smiling. It’s almost like her face is printed that way. She’s constantly bugging Jafar to make her the one food he can’t master- the taco. Kinjobby O’Laughlin, played by Junior Shark Kinjobby might be the most dedicated pizza delivery man this universe has ever seen. Somebody ordered a pizza from his business in Scotland, and he chartered a private jet to get to New York and the Helicarrier, which was the address given. Yes, the Helicarrier has an address. Kinjobby is an oddball, but he has pizza, so nobody is too off-put by his presence. Margaret Corrigan, played by Lady K The last of the executives on a trip to Fury’s mobile base, Margaret is stern and uptight. She gets along well with Walter, as they both tend to lean towards the old fashioned way of doing things. When you put Margaret on the job, things get done. No exceptions. The Rules! 1. Each player will be given a character to play, who will be aligned with either SHIELD or HYDRA. To win the game, SHIELD must kill off all the HYDRA agents, while HYDRA needs to outnumber SHIELD. Somewhere in upstate New York... In a poorly MOC'ed control room... ...the occupants, members of a top-secret government organization known as SHIELD, were doing absolutely nothing, as per usual. "Ar baap re! Why is this pretzel the exact same color as my hand!" exclaimed Jafar Masrani (JackJonespaw). Meanwhile, Steven Schram (Khscarymovie4) showed off his weight-lifting skills, and Kinjobby O'Laughlin (Junior Shark) sprouted out an incomprehensible stream of gibberish. Hailey Coleman (Comrade Commander) chased around her mutant spider (a reject from a former experiment.) "Come back here my pretty! We can't have you running around making more Spider-Man's! Spider-Men! Whatever!" A Plot Device (NPC) watched disapprovingly. And then, Director Fury (mediumsnowman) returned with the board executives... "Listen up, scrubs! I just finished taking these executives on an exhausting tour of our massive Helicarrier and I'm tired and cranky! It's late at night and my camera died! Get in an orderly fashion. I have an important announcement." Because nobody wanted to face his Fury while he was tired and cranky, they listened. For the most part. David Leffel (fhomess) continued to lurk in the shadows, like he always does. "I've been reviewing some archived security footage and lab files, and I have chanced among something rather... disturbing. Myself, as well as agents Hill and Coulson, believe that among us, sinister forces-" Plot Device (NPC) didn't let him finish his sentence. He elbowed through the crowd in a mad rush for Director Fury... "SHIELD isn't a peacekeeper, it's a monster! You are the sinister forces here. It is our duty to liberate humanity from-" ...but Agent Hill was quicker on the draw. *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* The assailant went down in a pool of plastic blood. "...Hail HYDRA..." were his last words. Director Fury seized the moment to speak. "It is as we feared... they are among us. Speak among yourselves... decide who within your ranks has been corrupted by HYDRA. You have 72 hours. Bring me a HYDRA agent or face the consequnces of a Day 1 mislynch." It was late at night, and Robert Thorn (Umbra-Manis) was sleeping soundly. He awoke to a suspicious noise from far across the carrier. "Hmm. Looks like dark suspicious figures are up to something tonight!" He removed his helmet to reveal a glorious mane! "Much better." Then he went back to sleep. Elsewhere, Jeffrey Brown (Dragonfire) couldn't sleep and was wandering around the control room. "Wow! It really is a lot more peaceful here at night without anyone else around." He almost didn't notice the dark figure sneaking up behind him. But he did, and turned around just in time. The figure spoke. "Hi there Jeffrey! I've got some fruit for you. You know, all this sneaking around makes one really hungry." "Sweet! Thanks suspicious figure! I love fruit! Much better than anything Jafar can come up with. I can't stand curry." "Hey, that's racist." And they both went their separate ways. Meanwhile, Kinjobby O'Laughlin (Junior Shark) was taking his nightly stroll. "Aye, ah just loves me mah nightly stroll! Thos' fooles in der' just don't understand mah and mah mad pizza-making skills. Nah, they just don't." A dark figure crept up behind him, this one with less benevolent purposes. The dark figure brought a mace down on poor Kinjobby's head! The pizza maker was no more. Morning dawned, and the group reconvened in the control room. They couldn't help but notice one of their own was missing. Nick Fury spoke. "I regret to inform you we lost one of our own last night. Kinjobby O'Laughlin (Junior Shark) was Loyal to SHIELD. Please, end this killing and bring me a HYDRA agent today. I beg of you." "You have 72 hours." ¬From the Journal of Dougal Logan, 19 of May, 2018 From the eighth to the fifteenth century, Norse settlers traveled West from their Scandanavian homeland and came upon what is now known as the British Isles. With them, they took their ways of survival as well as their cultures and beliefs, and lived out many long and prosperous years on what came to be known as Scandinavian Scotland. Any Norseman with a boat and a will to survive traveled West to these new lands. War, of course, broke out between the Norse and the Gaelic peoples who populated the lands, but the Norse, as they always did, prevailed. It was as if the gods themselves wanted the Norse to keep hold of these lands. They bid their creations to construct vast halls in their honor, some on the highest mountains, some in the depths of the caves. Every god chose where his hall was to be built, and by whom it would be built by. Of course, these are just legends. In the present day, the Scandinavian culture of Scotland is minimal at best, extinct at worst. Today, tiny areas of Scotland, such as Shetland or the Highlands are being quarantined as numerous disappearances in the thousands have taken place. These areas are off-limits by all until the source is discovered and destroyed. These disappearances has been going on for nearly two years now, and it does not bode well for the future. It seems that nearly everyone who dares approach Scotland is driven off by some mysterious being. Everyone except us, of course... ¬ End Journal Entry - JackJonespaw and DannyLongLegs Proudly Present - Hey, we're hosting again! There are a total of 25 player slots, so don't feel shy in signing up - everyone is welcome, even if you haven't done a Mafia school! Of course, know how to play before signing up. We don't want a bunch of people confused all the time. Sign ups will end in a few days. So from like 3 - 19 days. Somewhere in that range. Plenty of time, basically. I'd love to fill up all these slots! Also, we'll be taking a break from the game (if it's still going on at that point) on the week of the 22nd. We'd rather have you spending time with your families and friends than us. Signing up is easy, just answer these questions: 1.) Have you played in a Mafia game before? If not, do you get how it works? 2.) Will you be pretty free to play for however long this plays out (excluding the week of the 22nd, of course)? 3.) Rate, from 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest, how upset will you be with me if I don't get these pictures and days out on a totally prompt schedule (these pictures take a long time to edit)? 4.) If, in case you get angry, take it out on Danny, yea? 5.) If you were in a plane crash, what magical destination (like in Lost) would you prefer it crash on? 6.) Is Scotland, or is it not, the most peaceful and beautiful place in the entire world?

It's happening! To sign up, please answer the following questions: 1) Have you played a Mafia game on Eurobricks before? If not, what steps have you taken to make sure you understand the game? 2) Will you be able to actively participate over the next 1-2 months or however long this mess goes on? 3) What is your favorite MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) film? Few notes: I'm super excited to be hosting! I've made up some great characters and my set turned out better than I expected! Come sign up! It'll be fun! Standard rules will apply, mandatory voting and all that. You can see the full rules when I post the C&D thread. Not much has changed. Don't worry. I'm looking for 21 players but I have setups prepared for 17 and 19 players, in case we don't get that many. I hope we don't have to use those.

ANYONE CAN POST IN THIS THREAD, NOT JUST PLAYERS! Night fell, and the carrier was silent. Margaret Corrigan (Lady K) stood in the darkened conference room, ready to meet her fate. She turned to face her assailant, a gun in hand. “I was beginning to think you weren’t coming.” “Hail HYDRA!” *KERPOW!* She kicked the gun from their hand! “Now let’s find out who you really are.” She ripped off the mask to reveal Cecilia Reed (Darkdragon)! “Yep, I was the vigilante! And I would of gotten away with it too, if it weren’t for you meddling kids and your dumb host!” What Margaret didn’t know, was that Cecilia always carried a spare gun for just such an occasion. *BANG!* The lights came on, and the Margaret went down in a bloody heap. “Hail HYDRA…” The town block arrived, led by Daniel Bartell (mostlytechnic), with Walter Williams (jluck) in chains. “Nice work Cecilia! We’re pretty sure Margaret was the last scum.” “I’m sure she was. Why didn’t you execute Walter like we voted on?” “Well, hosty forgot all about the day conclusion, so we figured it was better to just lock him up and deal with him in the regular conclusion!” Suddenly, the director in question appeared! “Nice work! I see you caught Ms. Corrigan. She was a HYDRA Agent all right. Now, let’s deal with Walter.” “Any last words Walter?” “Yes! Actually quite a few! First of all, @$ you scum team! You screwed me over with that recruit action! I was so close to winning anyways! Secondly, I don’t think this game was properly balan-“ *BANG* “Yeesh. That’s enough of that.” Walter Williams (jluck) joined his teammate in the afterlife. Nick spoke up. “Walter was a HYDRA Agent as well! Nice work!” Congratulations to the winners, SHIELD, and especially to the survivors, Piratedave84, mostlytechnic, Darkdragon, Tariq j, JackJonespaw, and CallMePie! The winners filed out, and Director Fury was left alone with his thoughts. But he wasn’t quite as alone as he thought… "Hey Nick!” “Gaaah! Security breach! Spidey, how’d you get in here?!” “That’s not important! What is important is that you just hosted a Marvel-themed mafia game with absolutely no superheroes whatsoever!” “Well Spidey, all good things in time…” Thanks for playing everyone! Dannylonglegs, and Jackjonespaw proudly present: "The year is 2515. On the heels of the Liberation of Earth from the Hypaxxians in 2111, humanity spread its wings to the greater galaxy, liberating planets from the Hypaxxian empire as they went. With new allies, Humans and their fledgling interstellar league defeated the Hypaxxians, pushing them back to their homeworld. In the vacuum of power left by the tyrannical empire, Humans and their closest ally species formed the "Congressional Legislative Administration of Space-faring Species and Interstellar Court" or, CLASSIC Space Federation. This Federation has lasted nearly 400 years now, and has grown larger than the Hypaxxian empire ever did, incorporating numerous sentient species in the name of peace and prosperity. Wherever the Federation has a presence, mutually beneficial interstellar trade is fostered, dictatorships are destabilized, and quality of life is improved. That's the official story, at least. There are those who see the Federation as overbearing, imperialistic, bloated, corrupt, and unnecessary. Enter the Blacktron Rebellion. Comprised of dissenters from decadence and those oppressed by the Federation, Blacktron aims to completely overthrow the Federation, restoring independence to all member planets. While their goals may be admirable, their methods are abhorrent. They have brought chaos and death to many a planet, and murder those who question them. Despite this, their numbers continue to grow, and they have established themselves as a true force with which to be reckoned. The rebellion is widespread, and no planet is safe from its brutality--not even planet LI-420, a mining planet on the border of the Federation, and the Insectoid Empire. Devoid of native life, and primarily barren and worthless for Terraforming efforts, the one thing this planet offers is precious minerals. As negotiated by the Federation, the planet is on loan to the Federation by the Insectoid Empire to be mined for its resources in exchange for some tribute. Its isolated, but diplomatically important position has made it uniquely situated as a prime location for the Federation to gracefully dump its rejects. Those involved in corruption charges, or who otherwise seek to avoid the public eye ubiquitous on core worlds find themselves on frontier worlds like this... which also makes them receptive to the cleansing power of Blacktron." Please stop the music now, at whatever point in the song you reached. "This is Falconer LL-10240, escorting OS-Cog 87 on a routine supplies delivery to Mining station on LI-420. Tower, please reply." "Falconer LL-10240 to Os-Cog 87, Something's wrong! The mining station's not responding! How are your coms? I think mine have been jammed!" "WoOOOoah-ly shit!" "I'm hit! Mayday! Mayday!" *grunts* "I've got to warn them! It's Blacktron!" __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Sign up here to take part in my very first Mafia Game! How to sign up: Please respond to these 5 questions/demands: 1) Tell me a brief summary of your Mafia experience, in poem form. A Free verse is fine. A Haiku will also do. You don't need to rhyme. 2) Will you be free to actively participate from now until whenever the heck this ends? 3) What is your favorite Sci-Fi work? Any media form is fine, from books, to films, to prematurely canceled television series, to video games, to radio shows, to cartoon television shows "for kids" and Anime, to songs. Additionally, what is your favorite sci-fi character? This needn't be from the same selection as your previous answer. If you even mention "Prometheus" or any of the "characters" therein, you will be disqualified. Not really, but I will seriously judge you. 4) "Solve the function: for N=4, with r being the third root of i"? ~JJP 5) Watch this brief . Important Stuff: 1. Characters will be assigned to players first (maybe based on answers to questions... maybe not... ), and then I will roll for affiliation. Characters do not have set roles or affiliations. That will be decided after character assignment. 2. All playable characters are references/puns to great Sci-Fi. Some characters are references to multiple sci-fi's. Some are blatant, some are obscure. If you guess the references, you get a crudely "photoshoped" picture of me handing you a cookie. Please use spoilers when doing so. Obviously, this will start when players actually have characters... 3. Standard rules apply. Mandatory voting. There will be no clues in any pictures. Seriously. If anyone looks for clues in pictures I will not intervene, but I expect all of you to ruthlessly mock those attempting to do so. 4. I will be taking pictures. My pictures are square. JJP will be editing my pictures. His pictures are rectangles. His pictures are also edited in like gimp or photoshop or something and may contain lazers and lens flares. Mine are only edited in instagram, and may contain colour correction. 5. I'm looking for 21 players. Extra may be added as reserves. Some new players may join, depending on their poems... or rather, the contents of said poems. 6. This sign-up thread will be ~Insectoid Aristocrat

Blacktron Mafia: Day 1 Players only, please. Comments on how great JJP is at editing belong in the discussion feed. ............ In Meeting Room 1, in the CLASSIC Space Federation mining facility on LI-420, a countdown had begun.... Colonel Jack Jones: ".... 15, 16, 17, 18, 19..." That's the second time I counted... There're only 19 people here not counting you and me. There should be 20." Danny: "Fascinating." Colonel Jack Jones: "Alright! Who's missing?" "I'm here!" "I'm present also." "Me too!" Colonel Jack Jones: "I heard you the first time, Claw." Danny: "What about that feeble but talkative earthling? Raygun? Where's he?" Colonel Jack Jones: "Raygun Bradby. Yes. He's the one missing!" The assembly anxiously awaited the words of their commanding officer. Colonel Jack Jones: "So, as you should all be aware, long range transmissions are down. This may be mundane, but I fear the worst. We were supposed to get a supply shipment in today, but they never showed up. Something's amiss, and I intend to figure out what! Now, before I begin, does anyone know where Raygun Bradby is?" The crowd collectively shook their heads, or blinked, or stated no three times. Colonel Jack Jones: "Perfect." Danny: "Well, If I was invading this facility, and I'd already cut off transmissions, the next thing I'd do would be deactivate our shields." Colonel Jack Jones: "You spend a lot of time trying to figure out the best ways to invade this facility, don't you!?" Danny: "No, We already essentially own it. No need to invade." Colonel Jack Jones: "Ahh, shut up! Shields you said? I'll be right back. Keep an eye on the damn bureaucrats while I'm gone. They're like children! Or cats! Or cat children! Yeesh!" Several minutes later, deep within the bowels of the facility.... *Whistles oldies* Colonel Jack Jones: Paw off the switches, Raygun! What're you doing down here in the shield generator room?" Raygun: "I... Uh... Misplaced my glasses." Colonel Jack Jones: "you need a blaster to find your glasses?" Raygun: "I... Uh.... Hail Blacktron!" A half-way decent cat-fight ensued... Colonel Jack Jones finally managed to get the upper hand! Later, in Meeting Room 1... Colonel Jack Jones: "I found him trying to take down our shields... He's working for Blacktron!" The crowd gasped in fear and revelation! Danny: "Oooh! This sounds like a fun premise!" Raygun: *groans* "There... is... another...." Danny: "So... one other Blacktron infiltrator?" Raygun: "No... Way more, man..." Danny: "So... Like ten?" Raygun: "No... Clues... In... the pictures...." *sigh* Danny: "What's that supposed to mean?!" Colonel Jack Jones: "I think he's unconscious." Danny: "Nope! Dead!" Colonel Jack Jones: "What the blazes did you do that for?" Danny: "We clearly weren't getting more out of him. Blacktron agents are well known to resist most forms of torture!" Colonel Jack Jones: "Yeah... but you killed him..." Danny: "Yes. Yes I did. Alright! I'm in control! I make the rules now! Raygun said there were other traitors in our midst! I propose we all vote each day for one individual to determine that individual's alignment! With any luck, we'll root out the Blacktron agents among us, and keep the shields up, and repel any invasion force they throw at us! Sound like a plan?" The crowd mostly just nodded their collective heads, muttered a few "Yeah"s or "OK"s, and a "sure" in triplicate. Danny: "Alright! First vote starts in 24 hours! Don't you love the 72 hour long days on LI-420?" I will not intervene should someone suggest there are clues in the pictures, because there are none. There are not clues in the character flavor text. I wrote that stuff before I even decided on alignments and roles. No punishment will be doled out to violators of this rule, but I expect violators to be heavily harassed by other, rule-abiding players. 13. Grab your towel and don't panic. ~Insectoid Aristocrat

Confirm your participation and receipt of a PM here! Non players can comment and discuss the game here, but obviously, as nonplayers, they cannot actually play the game. Nonplayers are welcome to try their hands at the side game of guessing character references! remember to use spoilers! ............ .............. ............. <<This is Colonel Jack Jones--paw off the mic, Danny! I'm making this announcement--Sorry about that. This is Colonel Jack Jones. Long-Range transmissions have been jammed. This is not a Drill. I fear this means our base is under attack! I want to take a role call right now! All facility members please come to Meeting Room 1 for attendance taking. Everyone remain calm, and make your way to Meeting Room 1.>> Nathan: "Great timing. Any earlier and we might have had to be late for attendance!" Diamond: "Haha, yeah!" Nathan: "I swear, I'm gunna get you off of this dump! We're gunna see the stars, you and I! Now, could you pass me my shirt? Diamond: "Maurice, I find your human clothing to be so silly! Back on Arcturius, there is no need for clothes!" Nathan: "I know. I went there once. It was great." Meanwhile, some facility members were already in the meeting room... Bock: "This is my favorite Opera! Only a Pliskeen can perform such melodic notes with such a deep range of emotion! And Mikal Ansset is my favorite performer of this piece!" Laura: "Quite true. I once sat in the front row of one of their performances. They has such a splendid voice." Zipzop: "I can almost smell their pheromones from here... " Major Dave was also watching the show, and agreeing with all points made, While Saemus stood silently guarding the rich bureaucrats, looking like a badass. Most of the facility arrived soon after the rolecall was requested. Ender: "So then I blew up their planet." Vasquez: "Frackin' sweet. I wish I was gettin' some action here!" Clementine: "So, Harriet, you see any cool rocks today?" Harriet: "Damnit Clem, they're minerals!" Rip: "One more week... One more week... Knock on wood... Or sheet metal... One more week...." And then the hosts arrived... Host Comments: 1. Thank's all for joining up for my very first Mafia game! Special thanks to my co-host, the talented and delightful JackJonesPaw! Without his editing skills, I'm sure this whole kit-and-kaboodle wouldn't be half as shiny! Seriously. The shininess is edited in. 2. Character Names were decide on first, along with the figures, followed by character fluff. Then I assigned characters to players depending mostly on answers to sign-up questions. (Then I took today's pictures) Then I arranged all players/characters into a random arrangement not based on the alphabet or sign-up order and assigned each player/character a number. I then ran a random number generator to assign affiliation by number. I then seperated Blacktron Affiliates from Federation Loyalists, re-assigned numbers, and re-ran the generator to assign Power Roles. Everything occurred by chance. No clues in pictures. No clues in fluff. No clues. 3. All Names are references to Sci-Fi (mostly). Most Fluff also contains additional references. Should all references be properly figured out, crudely edited pictures of "me" giving out "cookies" will be distributed to participants in this side-game. I may use MS paint. Not quite sure yet. The number of references per character that I expect is as follows (Note: dissimilar Characters (or like directors and authors) from the same piece will be considered one. If you figure both out though, good for you! Note 2: I'm not including references to Lego themes (or games) here... even sci-fi ones. But I am including references to a great Lego Sci-Fi builder.) 4 of 2: 1 or 2 Bock: 1 Clark: 1 Claw: 2 or 3 Clementine: 1, 2, or 3 Diamond: 2 or 3 Doctor Wen: 1 Ender: 2 Hannah: 1 Harriet: 1 Laura: 1 Major: 1 Minga: 1 Nathan: 2 Paul Harkonnenn: 2 Rip: 1 Seamus: 1 Vasquez: 2 Zipzop: 1 RULES! 1. Standard role info appearance: Player Characters (19) 4 of 2 (Mostlytechnic) Race: Human cyborg Occupation: Technician 4 of 2 is what happened when a human underwent the cyborgization process practiced by the Ufoan race. Damaged in a starship explosion in Ufoan space, and the sole survivor of her crew, the Ufoans performed their cyborgization tradition upon her to save her life. They succeeded, but at a price. 4 of 2 was not the woman she was before. Once a vibrant, fun-loving individual, she is now more machine than woman, and has a very robotic way of looking at things, which tends to make those around her uncomfortable. She now tends to the machines and technology on this frontier settlement, having decided to keep as far away from people and her former life as she could. Bock Pathos (Bob) Race: 1/2 Klingulcanomulan Occupation: Bureaucrat Bock is half Klingulcanomulan, half human, and, as is typical for a member of his race, he is a very passionate individual. Bock has a tendency to care very deeply for those around him, placing the few over the many. There are many ways to trigger an emotional response from Bock. Even something as minor as a cute pet picture can cause him to become overwhelmed by emotion. However, due to the fact that he is half human, it is possible to coax him into a fit of logic. Bock had a steady job as an administrator on a core world, but that all changed when he received a chain holo-mail lamenting the "plight" of the Miners on frontier mining worlds, which could be alleviated just by sending in your Bank PIN and Social Security Number.... So he had himself transferred to LI-420 so that he could help them out through his passionate love for social justice! However, when he got here, he found the job to be thankless, and primarily composed of paper-work crunching. Also a large sum of money had been transferred from his account to a mysterious "Social Calamities Averted through your Money" organization. Clark Kubrick (Chromeknight) Race: Human Occupation: Bureaucrat Clark was appointed to oversee the unveiling of a brand new super computer spaceship control system and to attend its inaugural flight. This prestigious event was a culmination of all his hard work climbing the governmental ladders, and, had it been successful, might have ignited his hopes of running for Governor of his home colony. Naturally, the voyage was a complete disaster. The computer turned out to be homicidal, as they often do, and he was forced to deactivate it, remaining the ship's sole survivor. The manufacturer of the computer denied all of this, citing "human error" as the fatal flaw, and placing all blame and culpability on Clark. Fleeing persecution at the hands of the Computer manufacturer, Clark wound up on LI-420. Now, with his dreams of governorship in shambles, he only hopes that somehow he can make a name for himself here, and move up on to better things. He's now in a relationship with Harriet Stomper, although he doesn't know she already has a family back home. Claw (Lazychicken) Race: Burghiszoid Occupation: Various "Claw" is a single mind between several bodies. They belong to the species known as "Burghiszoids" due to their truly bizarre alien physiology reminding the very first human to discover them of the Burghis-shale-locked creatures of earth's Cambrian explosion. A brood of Burghiszoids, such as claw, shares one mind among its member bodies. These bodies can perform a myriad of dissimilar tasks, but their thoughts are one and the same. The brood known as Claw was here on the planet when the Federation first began mining. They just showed up one day, and have been performing odd jobs for the facility inhabitants ever since, demanding nothing in return. At first, it was pretty unsettling to the crew, but they've gotten used to not having to clean out the ventilation shafts, or gather energy pods from the solar fields, or picking up after meals. Clementine Lister (Lind Whisperer) Race: Human Occupation: Miner Clementine Lister was a lowly technician onboard the "Little Red," M-Tron's first expedition to LI-420. So lowly was she that her Crewmates forgot to retrieve her from cryosleep upon arrival. This turned out to be her saving grace, as the expedition ended in disaster due to a malfunction of the ship's computer which resulted in the release of a deadly neurotoxin. Only after the ship had long since crashed on LI-420, and the neurotoxin had dissipated, was Clementine awoken from her slumber. She survived alone on the deserted ship for several years before her rescue at the hands of 'Rip' and some other miners who finally found the derelict ship's homing beacon and were tasked by their company to "check it out." Clementine claims to have made companions with a sentient cat and a hologram during her stay on the ship, however no evidence of these characters was discovered. The medical consensus is that these were just hallucinations induced by lingering neurotoxin. But in her defense, Major Dave believes her. Now Clementine works as a miner, supporting Harriet and 'Rip' in tending to the mining equipment. Diamond Dodd (CallmePies) Race: Pliskeen Occupation: Cook, among other things Diamond Dodd is the facility's chef, during the day, and bartender during the night. The facility's robots actually do all the cooking and cleaning, so Diamond has plenty of time to partake in other activities. Diamond is a member of the hermaphroditic Pliskeen species from Arcturius. Arcturius is a lush and verdant world positioned midway between several other homeworlds of ancient space-faring species. As a result, the Pliskeen species evolved alongside quite a few different alien races, making them famous for their "compatability" with many a species. The typical career trajectory for a Pliskeen in the Federation either involves performance art, or diplomatic relations. Diamond was not gifted with a particularly melodic singing voice (by Pliskeen standards), nor were they gifted with the grace and poise other Pliskeen often displayed, so Diamond opted for diplomacy. after leaving their homeworld, however, they discovered that they found diplomatic relations to be exceedingly boring. After a few failed internships with famed diplomats, Diamond found their way to LI-420, and filled an empty hole that was in need of attention. Diamond still wishes to explore the galaxy, though, having once again grown dissatisfied with their current inactivity. Diamond wants action and adventure, and they found some in their partner, Nathan Mallard, who they calls "Maurice" for reasons only they knows. Nathan promises to take them on adventures on his smuggling ship, which suits Diamond just fine! Doctor Wen (Xenophobic Monoxide) Race: Seems Human enough Occupation: Doctor Doctor Wen is definitely a human, and definitely has a doctorate of some kind. Likely a medical doctorate, as that would make most sense, considering Wen is the base's Doctor. The good Doctor knows a lot about a lot, and has absolutely no problem babbling frantically, in a varying accent from the British Isles, about just about anything while doctoring. The doctor is deeply altruistic, caring about even the smallest and ugliest of creatures. The one exception to this rule is in regard to an entity known only as "Mo-Phat the Destroyer." The Doctor despises this creature for some reason, and whenever it's name is brought up in conversation, the Doctor becomes uncharacteristically serious, claiming "they gave him to much power." No one has ever seen or heard of the entity, and it is speculated that the creature may only exist inside the Doctor's head. Ender Gaiman (Jluck) Race: Buggizoid Occupation: Bureaucrat Ender Gaiman is a brilliant tactical mind. He wrote the book on interstellar warfare in the 26th century. While many applaud his efficiency and strategic genius, some consider his methods brutal, and "pretty sociopathic." His life up until recently has been devoted to quelling insurrections, and dealing with hostile first encounters. This all changed when during one such hostile encounter, he ordered the complete annihilation of the alien's homeworld. "It was seriously us or them." Were his remarks. Needless to say, Ender was stripped of his rank and given a lowly position as one of the diplomatic liasons on this planet. He was not endighted for war crimes, however, because he still has powerful friends in high places who didn't want to see him imprisoned. Also, most people agree that "It was probably us or them." Hannah Ford (Ranger of the Forest) Race: Human Occupation: Smuggler A rogue and a scoundrel, Hannah is the suave pilot of "The Annual Eagle" a hunk of junk spaceship she souped up and pimped out to fit her intended use... which was smuggling, of course! Quick to crack a joke, and even quicker on the draw, Hannah has made many enemies in her business... because she's not that great at it. She's certainly amoral enough to fit in with her corrupt clients, and she certainly sounds like she knows what she's talking about when she throws out words like "parsec" and calls folks "kid" or "rookie", but for whatever reason, she ain't the best at following through with her end of the deals she offers. For the most part her misadventures end up well enough for her, but she's racked up debts all over the galaxy, and some day, she'll have to pay up. She's rivals with fellow smuggler, Nathan Mallard, and the two end up butting heads wherever they go, as they pursue the same clientele. Harriet Stomper (Mediumsnowman) Race: Human Occupation: Miner Harriet' s a tough space miner, who does what she does for the good of the Federation, and for the good money in it! Without miners like herself, where would the Federation be? Ships need metal and gas, and other stuff, and Harriet is very good at extracting those things from asteroids and planetoids alike! She takes great pride in her ability to operate heavy machinery, and her hands on knowledge of the perils of space mining. She's exploded soon-to-impact comets, operated almost every Power Mining and Rock Raiding vehicle, and even extracted awesumnium from a biomass granting planet. Mining is her life, and she does it for the Federation, and the money, for her family back home on Earth. She's presently in a relationship of convenience with Clark Kubrick, although it doesn't mean anything to her. Laura Starbucks (Tariq) Race: Human Occupation: Bureaucrat Laura Starbucks is the second in line to being heir to the Starbucks Franchise. Her tall days were spent in vicious intrigue and competition amongst her four three sisters for the Trenté fortune awaiting the eldest. Laura was a clever schemer... but she was out gambited by her sociopathic younger sister, who finally had her banished to as far away from Starbucks HQ as she could. Laura too has powerful friends, so she has maintained a prestigious position in the company, as well as a simple syrup sweet administrative job on LI-420, but still she still has resentment brewing within her, and longs to enact her grandé revenge on her sister and retake her place as the rightful heir to the Corporation! As far as exiles go, LI-420 isn't so bad. The work is so easy, Claw could (and often does) do it, and she has plenty of time for her scheming. The only problem is the coffee on this planet is miserable. Major Dave (Fhomess) Race: what's the hurry, man? Occupation: Security Officer Major Dave's earliest wish was to be an astronaut, but ended up enlisting in the Space Police program. Bored of his unfulfilling life in a core world precinct, Major Dave sought to enlighten and entertain himself by becoming a phychonaut instead. Making use of confiscated LSD and similar substances, Major Dave went through his daily routines high as a space station. And for the most part no one cared or noticed. That is, until one day, Major Dave went out into space with his suit on backwards. In his defense, that's what the Glimmering Space Dragons told him would allow him to ascend to a higher plane of existence. His supervisor started taking notice of his proclivities, and soon Major Dave found himself under intense scrutiny. Chaffing under the new regulations on submitting narcotic drugs into evidence, Dave left his cushy Core-World job to become the primary security officer on LI-420, where he continues to blaze it daily, and partake in solo psychotropic expeditions. There's not all that much securing that needs doing in the facility after all. The Glimmering Space Dragons are much more interesting. Minga Gorgon (Dragonfire) Race: Fa'Anta Cera (Trollz) Occupation: Bureaucrat Minga Gorgon was an exceedingly competent Governor of her homeworld. The only problem was that she was, infact, the Governor's Administrative Assistant.... and that of the previous 5 Governors. During her unelected reign, her planet saw an Economic boom, and grew in influence in the galactic court. All that changed when the court finally looked into the governance of her homeworld after some incompetent baffoon errased her planet from the Federation's archives. In the ensuing scrutiny, it was revealed that Minga had been ruling the planet from the shadows. To be perfectly fair, though, she ruled it very well and her people, the Fa'Anta Cera (derogatorily referred to as Trollz) had always been under the leadership of absolute monarchs, having never truly even desired a democratic government system. Naturally, the Federation removed her, but her planet's Governor ensured Minga would not see jail time, instead having her assigned to LI-420. Here, Minga does the best she can to help administer the planet, and maintain positive diplomatic relations with the Insectoids, but in her absence, her planet has fallen into a recession. Her people need her, and she needs to go back. Nathan 'Maurice' Mallard (TinyPiesRUs) Race: Human Occupation: Smuggler Some people call him the space cowboy. Others call him the gangster of love. One person calls him 'Maurice,' but as to why that is, it's hard to be sure of. Nathan is and ace pilot and captain of "The Serendipity," a ladybug class freighter, which he uses for smuggling. This puts him at odds with Hannah, quite frequently, as she too is a smuggler, and the two of them constantly compete for the rich and eccentric clients who end up on frontier worlds like this one. Whether it's unroasted Coffee beans fresh from a Starbucks Coffee-Basket world, Illicit psychotropic drugs, or really dangerous and extremely illegal guns, Nathan is willing to skirt the law and deskirt the law-enforcers, to get the good folks of LI-420 their goods. For a price. Nathan is a free-spirit, and a gentlemen. As much as he tries to blend in with his corrupt clientele, it's often plain to see that the man has a heart of gold, and a moral compass. Bending that compass costs his clients extra. Somehow he's made it pretty well in the world of grime and crime, despite his "Integrity." He's found himself a steady partner in Diamond Dodd, and promises to take them off this miserable planet one day, so that they can see the stars and live a life of adventure alongside him. Paul Harkonnenn (Piratedave84) Race: Human Occupation: Bureaucrat Paul Harkonnenn is the bratty son of the Governor of a rich desert world. His powerful father put him on the track to success as early as he could, paying his way through the best schools (not to mention paying for black market intelligence enhancing drugs). Only the best for Paul. Unfortunately, despite all his father's best efforts, Paul grew up to be lazy and cripplingly incompetent. During his first job in the Federation government, he lost track of a few planets by misfiling paperwork, erasing several from the Federation's archives, and nearly caused an interstellar war. It's anyone's guess as to whether these mistakes were accidental, or just childish methods of dealing with his boredom. Regardless, after many failed attempts to get his son to take his life seriously, his Father got him assigned to this backwater planet, in order to make him "man-up". Even as one of the diplomatic liasons stationed here, though, Paul has yet to change his ways. 'Rip' Sewer (Captain Nemo) Race: Human Occupation: Miner 'Rip' is a space miner, and shes a week from retirement. She's finished her 10 year shift and she's going home. It's been 10 long years since she's seen her wife or now-11 year old daughter. She watched her daughter grow up from satellite transmissions, and was there for her birthday parties only on a television screen. It's been 10 years since she's picked up her own daughter in her arms and told her how much she loves her, or kissed her caring and understanding wife.... but the family needed money, and 'Rip' has been dutifully mining LI-420 to support them. 'Rip' has endured miserable work conditions, uncaring corporate higher ups, and the occasional Alien parasite, all in the name of supporting her family... and now she's one week from going home. What could possibly go wrong? Seamus Aaron (Hinckley) Race: Human (mostly) Occupation: Bounty Hunter An infamous bounty-hunter, feared galaxy wide, Seamus Aaron is always on the clock. From disintegrating space pirate motherships, to interplanetary pest control, no job is too repugnant for Seamus. As long as Seamus gets payed, it makes no difference. Seamus was trained from a very young age by the last of a dying warrior race, and therefore knows many archaic battle techniques that have been very useful for the bounty hunting career. Additionally, the ancient warrior race bestowed upon Seamus their form-fitting battle gear with highly advanced defense capabilities, and the power to roll up into a perfect sphere somehow. Seamus is also honourable, and will not fight an unarmed opponent.... preferring instead, to toss them a weapon before opening fire. Despite Seamus' reputation, people are still surprised to discover that he is, in fact, a man. Vasquez Rodriguez (Lady K) Race: Human Occupation: Space Marine A member of the Rodriguez family has died in every great interstellar conflict in human history dating back to the liberation of Earth from the Hypaxxians. To carry on this honourable tradition, Vasquez Rodriquez enlisted in the Classic Space Federation's Space Marines! Vasquez is honour-bound to die in glorious battle against whomever she deems a worthy opponent. unfortunately for her ambitions of reaching Valhalla, she was stationed on a backwater mining planet marking, or rather, muddling, the border between the Federation, and the Insectoid Empire, and the two have hardly conflicted since they first encountered one another. Until now, she's been pretty bored. Zipzop Beetlejuice (Sir Stig) Race: Beetljuician (One eyed monsterous Space bunny) Occupation: Bureaucrat Zipzop is a self-styled interstellar playboy. Leaving behind him an immense string of scandals and ex-lovers, Zipzop is constantly on the run from his unsavory reputation. He's held many a govenmental office, on countless different worlds, but it always ends up the same for him: He listens to his second head, and ends up in trouble with the public eye. Zipzop believes he's found a safe haven on LI-420, however, since very few people give a damn about the planet, and his salary is still quite good. His only fear is that his first Ex-wife finds him and demands the alimony she is rightfully due. That or his mistress during his stint as Governor of Uranus returns for more cover-up funds. ~Insectoid Aristocrat

Blacktron Mafia: Day 4 Players only, please. Comments on how great JJP is at editing belong in the discussion feed. : "I did warn you not to trust me." : "Aye, I do recall..." Years ago, in the same room.... "Hello, I'm Colonel Jack Jones, the new commanding officer of this Federation Facility. I take it you're the Insectoid Ambassador? Insector Longlegs, was it?" : "Danny'll suffice. So, what brings you to the balmy beaches of LI-420?" "I... I just returned from the war on Planet Australia. Blacktron... They rounded up those who swore loyalty to the Federation... They lined us up for miles.... And their leader... Vicious... She killed every tenth person. I was 9. My son was 10." "Hmm. That's unfortunate. Now, I must warn you: Don't trust me. My loyalty lies to the Insectoid Empire, not the Federation. I only act to benefit my people." "Don't trust you? Hm. That's the most honest thing I've heard a man say in a long time. All these bureaucrats I have to manage are so insincere. I respect that. I think you and I will get along just fine." __________ "We don't have to fight, you know. The Insectoid Empire will accept you as a refugee. I'll see to it personally. I'd hate to have to kill you over something so utterly insignificant as this planet and all its inhabitants." "No. It's not about the planet... you don't even understand what you've done... and that may be the worst part of all. No. This. Ends. Now. " "Oh be reasonable! Your feeble human frame is no match for my cybernetically enhanced physique, and heightened reaction time! " Night 3 "Orders from the boss! We're taking out the Ambassador and his lackey tonight. You take the Colonel. You take the Ambassador. I'll finish what Raygun started." "Soon the Blackness shall consume all. Our time is at hand. "Hey! Where the Frack are they? "Just think it over! Your human life is very short, and there's no time for fussing and fighting my friend!" "I'm not even this game's primary antagonist!" "Fuck! You! "I'm very sorry for what I'm about to do." "No you're not..." "It has been a pleasure working with you. You know, I truly admire your stubborn resolve and your force of perseverance despite overwhelming odds... It's a shame this all fell apart. A pity I had to do this..." Meanwhile.... Bock Pathos (Bob) Received a few unwanted night guests. The first serenaded Bock with . The next brought in a disco ball and performed mariachi music... The third was the ghost of Christmases past. And then someone switched his outfit. "I've been assimilated!" He exclaimed! Elsewhere, a mysterious figure brought fruits to friends. And another ghost returned to quote unquote "Screw with [the living]" And a potted plant fell to the floor, and shattered, As the Night turned to Day, the morning bell rang. The facility members shuffled into the meeting room. Fewer than before, but not as few as some feared. "What's all that blood from?" Someone asked "Where's the Colonel?" Another asked. [/url] Then, a tired looking Danny stepped into the meeting room. "So, Upon 'investigation' I found that 'Rip' sewer (Captain Nemo) was Loyal to the Federation." He stated, his normal chipper attitude now more subdued, and serious. "So. Who's next?" The characters looked at each-other awkwardly... "24 hours till you can vote." _______________________________________________ Major Dave: "I found a Doctor." Elsewhere.... Blacktron Mafia: Day 2 Players only, please. Comments on how great JJP is at editing belong in the discussion feed. Night 1 Not everyone went directly to their bunks, as instructed by the Colonel... Some passed go... Some collected $200.... A Dark figure slept in their dark pink bunk... Expository light revealed that dark character to be dark Seamus! ...making the light equivalent, Seamus Aaron (Hinckley)... The nefarious figure crept up towards the sleeping bounty hunter, and.... Stripped the man to his bright red skivvies! Later that night, Ender Gaiman (Jluck) was sleeping skivviless.... Unfortunately for the sleeper, his visitor was not as benevolent as the first... Leaping to alertness, as his military training prepared him to do, Ender stood upon his bunk and eyed his assailant down, delivering the astutest lessons in ancient military strategy, taunt-form at the attacker... Ender: "It's over, Night killer! I have the high-ground!" The assailant blasted Ender in the head, killing him. "So Uncivilized." They retorted. Ender Gaiman (Jluck) had seen his endgame. Later still, Clark Kubrick (ChromeKnight) followed a noise he heard into the Meeting room... There it was! The source of the noise! A towering pitch black monolith! Clark gazed upon its blackness, his mind swelling with cosmic understanding, every atom of his body electrified and rejuvenated by its incomprehensible alien might! And then it crushed him to death. "My god." The killing figure stated. "It's so full of blood." Much, much later, other dark figures prepared to engage in dark deeds... The figure seized one ripe fruit after another, and chopped them to bits in a frenzy of malevolent energy! The madness climaxed with the dark figure luring over a sinister porcelain bowl of chopped fruit, with possibly syrup on top. Maybe no syrup. It's up to the viewer to determine that. Regardless! Said figure made their way to their target's domicile, fruit salad in hand, when out of the blue, a slightly less mysterious figure stepped into their path. Slightly Less Mysterious Figure: "Wow. It gets real dark in here at night. Ha! Very conducive to sneaking and murder and such, amiright? The Mysterious Figure nodded in agreement. Slightly Less Mysterious Figure: "Alright, so down to brass tacks, I'm not sure I should allow this action. It's pretty late. Too late, infact." The Mysterious Figure countered: "Well, this isn't really a night action, is it? It's more of a suggestion as to what you should put in the Day thread opening, or something?" The Slightly Less Mysterious Figure contemplated for a moment. "Yeah sure, what the Hel. You amuse me! Carry on." The Mysterious Figure indeed carried on... and Clementine Lister (Lind Whisperer) Woke up soaked in sticky fruit bits! (Including... nectarines!) As the Night turned to Day, the morning bell rang. And the facility members... now fewer than before... shuffled in. Harriet ran over to the remains of her bed-buddy, Clark! "No!" She cried "He was a great lay!" The others, seemingly undisturbed by the violent deaths of two of their own, returned to their seats... or wherever. With the crowd mostly assembled, the hosts informed the gathered of the night's activities. Danny: "OK, so first off, you are all extraordinary individuals. Truly wonderful sentient meat-puppets. Good job on living!.... Second off you failed to get a Blacktron agent. Doctor Wen (Xenophobic Monoxide) was Loyal to the Federation, Ender Gaiman (Jluck) was Loyal to the Federation, and finally, Clark Kubrick (ChromeKnight) was Loyal to the Federation. So... Good job, Blacktron." Someone: "Wait! How do you know their allegiance if you didn't interrogate them?" Danny: "I have my ways." Someone: "Is no one going to point out how sketchy that sounds? Also, where's Doctor Wen, if Wen's loyal?!" Danny: "Oh, yeah, I killed the Doctor." Someone: "What!? You said you were going to interrogate the Doctor! Not kill the Doctor!" Danny: "I lied. I found out Wen was loyal only after I killed the Doctor. It's a magic plot device thingy. Doctor Wen'd explain it to you, but Wen's dead. OK, no more valid and reasonable questions. You have 24 hours till your next votes! Make 'em count!" Colonel Jack Jones: "Those were really reasonable questions... Why are we following your directions?: Danny: "Because we must. Because we must." Later.... "Oi, you wanker! What the Loki-worshiper are you doing in my power-suit!?" Introducing Zero suit Seamus! Host note: "Self-assigned comical "night-actions" have been ruled as not actions at all in any practical sense. And can be performed by anyone. Don't all go crazy." "The Day began like normal, with a cadre of corrupt characters coalescing in the conference compartment. "No kills last night!" Danny announced. "So that's good I guess." "man, I have a headache from all the Kafka I was reading last night." Announced Paul Harkonnenn. Suddenly... Paul stood up... ....took off his helmet... and then his skin... "Ah." He stated. "Much better." Then the rest of the group began noticing similar changes... "I don't want to be a firefly!" protested Nathan. "I guess it's into the garbage shoot with me." Stated Hannah. "Help me! Help me!" Shrieked Zipzop as he too was converted. "Game over, man! Game over!" Minga shouted... Until she too was viscerally transformed into a bizarre Cronenberg-esque insectoid creature. Seamus stood in awe at the terrible scene. "No." He stated. "No. No. No. No. No." The swarm began to surround him. "Join us!" They moaned. "Join the Insectoid Cult!" "No freakin' way ya loons! I know Danny admitted his game was slightly out of balance, but he did't say it was fookin' broke!" The bounty hunter bellowed as he was tackled to the ground. "This is like Heartlake all over again!" Were his last words as a (mostly) Human... The new insectoid creature awoke and declared: "Bloodsuckers are the new town in Dannylonglegs' Insect Mafia!" The Insectoid Aristocrat grinned evily. And then, in walked in a resin-coated figure... It was 'Rip' Sewer! The reverse death miller/suicidal-cult-leader/Alien Queen! Her death had completed her own personal metamorphosis and now she would reign supreme as the queen of her new swarm! Long would be the chitin-encrusted arms of the Insectoid Empire! Insectoid Cult wins!," ............. Danny thought to himself, as he took Diamond Dodd to the interrogation room. "I mean, I'm not M. Night Shayamalan." Danny stated to no one for no particular reason. Danny said. Danny: "So, Diamond, I already know your affiliation. Infact, I know everyone's. So, I don't really need to interrogate you. I'm just going to kill you." Danny: "We green?" A chair fell heavily upon the Insectoid's helmet. He fell. "Super green." Stated the figure behind the chair. Diamond: "Nathan! You came for me!" Nathan: "To the ends of the galaxy!" Declared Nathan. "Onyx is on her way. The shields are down. I think I need my Brown coat for this." Nathan stated, triumphantly. "Ooh! Costume change!" Declared Diamond "Together, you and I, we'll free this galaxy from the oppression of the Federation!" Nathan stated. ___________ Meanwhile, The Town Block reconvened for a meeting Minga: "We've finally figured out the identities of the Rebel scum, Seamus... And we did it all without your old-school methods too." 4 of 2: "Yeah. We just got everyone to claim to us! Clearly, those who claimed vanilla are the scum team! They would never dare claiming a PR!" Seamus: "Alright, well who's the last of the scum!? And what's Paul doing here? He's scum!" Minga: "We're just trying to ignore him. He won't leave the room." Seamus: "Well we need to nail a Blacktron agent tonight or we're space toast! So! Who's the scum team?!" Clementine: "Well... We're thinking Bock." Minga: "Yup. Bock probably." Seamus: "So... What're you lot going to do about it?" The town block looked at eachother uneasily. Seamus: "Must I do everything myself?!" And with that, Seamus stormed off. _______________________________ Later in Bock's room... A dark figure hid underneath a bed. Bock leapt out from beneath his bed, where he'd been waiting, expecting a prank... Bock: "Boo! Wait what?! Is that the dance scene from Labyrinth?" Seamus: "Here's Seamus!" Seamus brought the screen down hard onto the head of Bock Pathos (Bob), killing him. _______________________________ Meanwhile, the Town Block was watching a computer screen that Paul Harkonnenn had hacked... Paul: "Hey, take a look at this." Minga: "Is that?..." Paul: "Yeah." Danny still lay stiff on the floor where Nathan and Diamond had left him. Minga: "Oh man... This is bad..." 4 of 2: "I must ensure that Blacktron does not win tonight. I must do my job." ______________________________ 4 of 2 made her way to Bock's room... only to find his corpse. "Seamus... How do we know if we chose right or wrong?..." _______________________________ Meanwhile, back in Meeting Room 1, the Town Block made another revelation.... Clementine: "We're out of time... Here, Hannah. I'll protect you. You are the investigator after all." The group flipped the table to use as a barricade, as Harriet stomped into the room. Minga: "Harriet Stomper! I should have known!" Declared Minga. Harriet: "You should have!" Harriet retorted. Hannah shot first, under the table, but missed. Then Harriet opened-fire. Minga: "Cease this madness! What do you mean to do!" Harriet: "Oh, I can't decide whether you should live or die!" She sang. :Die, I guess!" She decided, gunning down the former tyrant and fashionista. Minga Gorgon (Dragonfire) had died. Paul: "Now comes the good part." "Huh?" A confused Clementine queried. Suddenly! A wild Zipzop appeared! He used confusing wall of text copied directly from teh scum writeboard! It was supper effective!... as a distraction while Clementine Lister (Lind Whisperer) too was gunned down. Hannah, however, had escaped the room, as the Blacktron scum-pals celebrated. ___________________________ Meanwhile, In Meeting Room 2 (which looks just like Meeting Room 1, but is totally different, I swear). Seamus: "So, Spyrius HQ, when can I expect my money?" Spyrius: "What money?! You have accomplished nothing! We invested many resources to the success of your mission.... and what do you have to show for it?! Blacktron has landed a decisive victory on this planet!" Seamus: "What do you mean?" The bounty hunter demanded, raising his blaster to the robotic messenger. Spyrius: "The Renegade is incoming to your location... Onyx Cerebus is on board..." Seamus: "Viscous." Spyrius: "Affirmative. You have failed us. Extract yourself." Seamus: "Ah Nutty Fudgekins!" Seamus Aaron (Hinckley) declared, as he made preparations to escape the rock. "Alright, Patter, we're getting of this rock, girl!" __________________ Meanwhile in a hallway not too far from Meeting Room 1, two Loyalists ran into eachother... "They're all dead!" Declared Hannah, frantically! "We need to find Nathan! I investigated him, he's Loyal!" Nathan: "Looks like we arrived in the nick of time then! What does that make us, Diamond?" Diamond: "Big damn villains, sir." Nathan: "Damn straight." With a blast of the gun, 4 of 2 (Mostlytechnic) was no more. "Terminator Terminated." Declared Nathan, as Hannah ran off once more. ________________ She ran out of the facility, and out onto the surface of the planet, searching for her ship!... Instead, she found two people she thought were dead. "What're you two doing here?!" She demanded. "I have been burdened with glorious purpose." Stated Major Dave. "The Space Dragons need us to make a stand. We must protect this bastion of civilization at the edge of the chaotic frontier." "We have to escape! Blacktron's coming! There's no way we'll survive" Declared Hannah. "You've got that right." Stated Onyx Cerebus. "You shall not pass!" Declared Major Dave. Onyx did not even respond, simply raising her blaster, and felling the three. Hannah Ford (Ranger of the Forest) had perished as well. And with Onyx's bootprints crept a shadow darker than that of obscured light. As Onyx approached the facility, it seemed that light ran in fear of her. The shadow drew in upon the facility. The sun set even as it rose to usher the dawn. . _______________________ Later, in Meeting Room 3. Onyx: "Excellent work, operatives. Now. Let's grab anything that's not nailed down, and we will glass this place from above. Blacktron is victorious!" Congratulations Blacktron! Winners are: TinyPiesRUs, Sir Stig, Mediumsnowman, Piratedave84, and CallmePie. ___________________________ Meanwhile... In a hallway.... "Time to abandon ship!" Declared Danny Longlegs as he walked. He turned on his coms device. "I think it's time we blow this scene. Get everybody and the stuff together, and let's jam." The Insectoid carried his affects and jauntily sauntered to his exit, "I've already leaked the documents linking this disaster to the deceased colonel. Now The Federation will be indebted to the Insectoid Empire for their failures.... and this will allow us to establish more favorable trades and stronger footing on border worlds. Hehehe" Chuckled the Insectoid Agent in a display of expository dialogue. However, as he rounded the final corner, he stopped dead in his tracks. "I brought a gun this time." Danny: "I see that." Colonel Jack Jones: "This station is going to be glassed from orbit. Any minute now.... So... I though... Why don't you and I talk out our differences once and for all. I've got all the time in the world." Danny: "shit." More to come. Player analysis may be up later in the week, but a night-by-bight of the night actions will be up tomorrow. I'll also be posting self-criticism, as I feel I did not balance the game properly from the start, and ended up giving a slight advantage to the scum team. So, I'll discuss that too. Thank you all for playing! Love you! Scumthread Password is "Rebelscum" the Matrix! Password is: Initializing ~Insectoid Aristocrat

Blacktron Mafia: Day 3 Players only, please. Comments on how great JJP is at editing belong in the discussion feed. Night 2 The Night was dark... and full of terrors... A silent figure snuck into the bedroom of Clementine Lister (Lind Whisperer), brandishing a lazer-blade of some kind. The figure stealthily approached the sleeping woman, brought the blade towards her head.... and then... Sheared her hair off, rendering her Bald! "Mwahahahahha!" The figure laughed maniacally. "Oh man! I'll make sure to steal her hat too! Now everyone will see what I've done! I've made her bald! That's what you get for being annoying and having annoying hair! Ha! I really really felt strongly about doing this. Man. wow. Worth it." The figure said. "Worth it. yeah. Ha. Woooh." The figure continued. "Yeah." The figure finally said. "Wow. You're a really heavy sleeper." They then remarked, before vacating the room... sneakily. Clem woke up later, 'yelled' and then remembered something she recently acquired... A wig! "I got brickmario loves Disney-ed!" She announced... and then wondered why she said it like that. Later, in a different room.... Seamus Aaron (Hinckley) awoke with a start, to find that, once again, someone had stolen his pants... And replaced them with... a skirt? "Alright. Who's the prick tha' keeps stealin' me breeches?!" Later, in a room that smelled aromatically of freshly ground coffee, a woman crept out of bed. She was Laura Starbucks (Tariq J). "I'm gunna get out." She said. "This is madness, and I no longer feel safe. I cannot inherit the fortune I'm rightfully due if I'm dead!" She declared. She packed her things into a burlap backpack, and just before she was about to put on her helmet, she noticed a present, left for her by someone. "How thoughtful." She remarked, examining the stuffed bear. "This is probably the least harmful prank anyone's pulled yet!" She continued on her escape from the facility, but wanted to bid one final farewell to Meeting Room 1... "As far as exiles go... you weren't so bad." She stated And then a dark figure crept up behind her... "Don't do this..." Laura pleaded. "You don't have to do this. I'm leaving!" "I specified kicking you out of an airlock, but the host's airlock set exploded before he could take pictures, so let's do this off-camera, kay?" The figure posited, staring directly at the fourth wall. Laura Starbucks had left the building... She was not the only one outside the facility, however.... Major Dave (Fhomess) was on a nightly stroll outside the facility without his helmet, when he noticed he was being followed. "Oh, hey man! I see you're all blacked out and mysterious... so I guess that means you've come to kill me.... but the Space dragons need me for a special assignment. I must go with them." Dave stated to the confused blacked out figure. "Tell my wife I love her very much." Dave said "She knows." The figure replied, as Dave began floating in a most peculiar way. "Wow. The stars look very different today..." The figure kinda stared at the scene, not exactly sure whether this was an ambiguous death scene, or what. They was pretty sure they killed him... "Here am I floating 'round my tin can Far above the Moon Planet LI-420 is light bley And there's nothing I can say...." Later still, in the unoccupied Meeting room, a doomed woman laid in wait. "So. It is time." She announced, her back turned to her assailant like the badass she was. "Are you ready to die?" The dark figure asked. "Always," Vasquez Rodriguez (Lady K) replied. "Are you?" "Huh?" "Did you think I'd go out without a fight?!" Vasquez roared! "I'LL SEE YOU IN VALHALLA!" The figures fired upon eachother, but in the end, Vasquez fell. "I'll see you all there... My family... A long line of Rodriguezes... all the way back to the liberation of earth... and earlier still... I hope I've made you proud..." And with that, the soldier closed her eyes, and the Valkyries carried her away.... Later, to brighten the mood, another prank was underway... "This may prove a challenge, but I think I'm up for it!" The dark figure announced. As the Night turned to Day, the morning bell rang. The now much smaller group shuffled into the meeting room. Some noticed that Nathan was dressed in a stripperific gettup, including a tight black vest with frillies and such, and sexy cowboy boots. By some, I mean Zipzop, who eyed the space cowboy intently with his one eye. Danny spoke to the crowd. "Well, I hate to be the bearer of bad noose, however, Claw (theLazychicken) was not a member of Blacktron. They were Loyal to the Federation. Also, some of you passed away last night. Laura Starbucks (Tariq) was Loyal to the Federation. Major Dave (Fhomess) was Loyal to the Federation. And Vasquez Rodriguez (Lady K) was Loyal to the Federation. All said and told it was a total massacre. Wow. Yeah. So. Work on that. Otherwise Blacktron will take their black boots and walk all over us. Seriously." As Danny petered out, a quasi-nude figure entered the room. "I couldn't find my clothes this morning" They announced. "I did find this cute top, though. You humans find naked chests to be the most lude, correct?" "Yes." Someone in the crowd stated. Then someone else threw the poor Pliskeen some pants, for modesty's sake. Finally Colonel Jack Jones stood up on a chair. "Alright! Listen now and listen good! Blacktron is here among us. Blacktron will kill us all if we do nothing! They will kill our children! Our wives, husbands, gender-nonconforming spouses, and space-mistresses! They do not care who you are, or what you represent, They intend to bring our civilization burning down upon us and they don't care who smothers in the flames! We must not choke now! We must not let this facility collapse upon us! Use your damn brains! Figure out which of us can be trusted, and which of us wants nothing more than to see our corpses burning to black ash! Now! Bring me one of the damn rebel scum!" The Colonel shouted... though many in the crowd were concealing successful grins. "Talk among yourselves, and you may start voting in 24 hours." Jack Jones finished, his voice heavy and winded. Host note: "Self-assigned comical "night-actions" have been ruled as not actions at all in any practical sense. And can be performed by anyone. Don't all go crazy." Each player will be given a character to play, who will be aligned with either the Federation (Town) or Blacktron (Mafia). To win the game, the Town must kill off all the Mafia, while the Mafia needs to outnumber the Town. Third-Party (neutral) characters have their own win conditions as outlined in their roles. 2. Each day you will be able to vote to lynch a player. Voting should be done in the following format; Vote: Character (Player). Similarly, unvoting is to be done in the format; Unvote: Character (Player). No other format will be accepted. A majority vote is required to lynch a player. Voting is compulsory. Every player must have a vote placed by the end of the day. Those who do not follow this rule will be subject to 5 penalty votes. 3. A game day on LI-420 will last a maximum of 72 hours. You may not vote in the first 24 hours. The day may end early should a unanimous vote be reached. After the day has concluded, a night stage will commence, which will last a maximum of 48 hours. Night actions must be sent to the host in the first 24 hours of the night stage. 4. The alignment of lynched players, as well as those that died during the night, will be revealed at the beginning of the next day. 5. You may not quote or pretend to quote anything sent to you by the game host via PM. This includes all the details of your character and role, as well as any night action results. Role claims and reporting of night action results are acceptable, but in your own words only. Do not attempt to use the structure of your role PM to your advantage. 6. Do not play the game outside the thread. Similarly, do not post out of character inside the thread. Game tactics and roles may only be discussed in the game thread or via PM with other players. Private discussion is done at your own risk and should be treated as part of the game. 7. If you are dead, you may not post in thread or discuss the game with any of the players. Any information you had becomes void, and may not be passed on. 8. You may not edit your posts. 9. You must post in every day thread. 10. If you encounter a problem or have a question, please contact the host via PM. 11. Violation of the above rules will result in a 5 vote penalty against you on your first offence, and the death of your character on your second offence. 12. There are no clues in the pictures. I will not intervene should someone suggest there are clues in the pictures, because there are none.

Walter Kovacs proudly presents his first Mafia Game: Unrest in the Forest I am looking for 23 players. If I get more, I will look into adding more roles. If I get less, I'll adjust accordingly. For those that have never played a Mafia game before, but are interested: feel free to sign-up. I will give preference to those who have completed at least one Mafia-school game, but if I'm severely short on players I will let Noobies in. My first game was a non-Mafia school game, so it is certainly is possible to play well in a big boy game without Mafia School. A few questions: 1. How many Mafia games have you played here on EB? 1a. If you have NOT played any games, how many have you read through? Have you ever visited and looked through Mafiascum? 2. Have you read the Rules (which are provided below for your convenience)? Are you prepared to follow them? 3. Do you promise to have fun, and treat the game as a game? The Rules, by which we shall play: 1. Each player will be given a character to play. That character will be aligned with either the Oaks or the Maples. To win the game, the Oaks must lynch or kill off all of the Maples, while the Maples need to outnumber the Oaks. Any Third Party characters will have their own win conditions. 2. Each day will be played out in its own topic. During the day you will be able to vote to expel (lynch) a player. Voting must be done in the following format: Vote: Character (Player). Similarly, unvoting is to be done in the format: Unvote: Character (Player). No other format will be accepted. A majority vote is required to expel (lynch) a player, meaning that over half of the remaining players must vote for the same player to warrant a lynch. 3. A game day will last for 72 hours. You may not vote in the first 24 hours. The day will end after those 72 hours. After the day has concluded, a night will commence, which will last a maximum of 48 hours. Night actions must be sent to the host in the first 24 hours of nighttime. You may not post about the game openly on Eurobricks during that time (but may continue to use private messages). 4. The alignment of lynched players, as well as those that died during the night, will be revealed at the beginning of the next day. 5. You may not quote or pretend to quote anything sent to you by the game host via PM. This includes the details of your character and role, as well as any night action results. Role claims and reporting of night action results are acceptable, but in your own words only. Do not attempt to use the structure of your role PM to your advantage. 6. You may not quote/post anything sent to you by another player via PM. If you wish to use information gained in this way, you must do so in your own words only. 7. Do not play the game outside the day threads. Similarly, do not post out-of-character inside the day threads. Game tactics and roles may only be discussed in the game thread or via PM with other players. Private discussion is done at your own risk and should be treated as part of the game. 8. If you are dead, you may not post in thread or discuss the game with any of the players (living or dead). Any information you had becomes void, and may not be passed on. 9. Don't edit your posts. 10. You must post in every day thread. 11. Violation of the above rules will result in a 5-vote penalty against you on your first offense, and the death of your character on your second offense. 12. If at any time another player asks you to violate these rules (for example, asking you to give them your role PM), report this to the host immediately along with PM proof of the violation. EDIT: How the hell did that happen? I never hit post. I'll clean this up a bit, give me a few minutes. EDIT2: Dear God, this is bordering on ridiculous. The extra sign-up threads need to go away. Still no clue how this sort of thing happens.

It is midday in the Forest of Galidor, and the loggers from the nearby village are busy eating lunch. Burt is enjoying a hot cup of joe, while Ernie eats the sandwich his wife made for him. Meanwhile, Walter is busy looking at a map of the forest, when something he sees strikes him as odd. "Mr Big Chief, can you take a look at this?" Walter asks. "Of course, Walter. What is it?" "We've taken trees from all over this forest, with the exception of this area right here" Walter says, pointing to a spot on the map. "Ah, yes. Take a look with these binoculars." Mr Big Chief hands the binoculars to Walter as he begins to explain: "We've tried sending men into that section time after time, and whenever they get close, they suddenly get disoriented and wander the wrong direction. Every time. Most of us oldsters think that part of the wood is haunted, or perhaps magical. The trees there do seem bigger and stronger than most," Mr Big Chief explains. "But it seems that is about to change. See, I received this note this morning, and it says that we will be allowed into that area tonight, but we may only take one specific tree, which will be pointed out to us later..." DAY 2: FLY BY NIGHT There is unrest in the forest There is trouble with the trees For the Maples want more sunlight And the Oaks ignore their pleas The loggers enter the forest that night. At first there is relative quiet, then the raucous noise of a portable generator fills Galidor, as floodlights bring day to the inky darkness. “Hey boss, we’re looking for a pear tree, right?” calls Burt. “I found one right here!” “Aww, it’s just a sapling,” cries Ernie. “Well, a pear is what we came for, and a pear is what we’ll take,” says Mr Big Chief. “But boss, it’s so small and frail,” Ernie argues, why, I could almost reach out and pluck…” “OOOPS.” With surprisingly little effort, Ernie plucks Alastair Pear right out of the ground, roots and all. All that is left is a small mound of deep, rich soil where he once stood. “Well, I guess our job is done here,” says Walter. “Not so fast. It seems there are some other trees we get to take down tonight,” Mr Big Chief says. “We’ll fell them tonight, then come tomorrow to pick them up. Get to work.” The sounds of sawing and the bite of hatchets goes on through the night. It’s enough to cause the trees to stir, but not enough to wake them from their sleep. The following morning, Alden the Elder Alder calls the trees to attention. “It seems the humans have done their dirty work, and I must say, it is not positive for us Oaks. Alastair Pear has indeed been removed, but there is no stump left for me to examine. I cannot tell you his alignment. “In addition, Buck ‘Dollar’ Poplar was taken down last night. “Lauren Laurel has been felled as well. Both of their stumps clearly show that they are Oaks. “There is some good news, however. Since Buck and Lauren’s stumps remain, they can still speak, though it might pain them to do so. “So get to it, find me a Maple.” MOD NOTE: There are some rule changes, highlighted below, concerning Tree Stumps. Please review the rules. Carl Andre splits in half and out crawls Pablo Picasso. “Ha!” Pablo cries, “I bet you had no idea I was inside the Carl Andre suit!” Everyone shrugs and continues eating their baked apples and wieners. “And you couldn’t kill my friends with your lousy hammer! We’re invincible!” Pablo laughs maniacally. “Alfred Jarry?” Anne Truitt guffaws, “But I stabbed you in your spleen!” “Good thing you’re not a doctor, Anne,” Jarry laughs, “That wasn’t my spleen, it was my liver. And that part of me died ages ago.” “You’re all dead already.” The host points out. “True,” Pablo admits, “But the horrors of the Minimalist movement resurrected us to exact our revenge!” “You besmirched the name of abstract art,” Jarry begins, “And you flouted the work of the Futurists! When we wrote our manifesto, we swore we would back off of the Art World when we were 40 years old, ancient and decrepit. We would no longer be able to add our ideas and influence to the art world. We told you that if we tried, we should be dragged out to the streets and burned alive!” “Were those the exact words?” Pablo asks. “Do I know?” Jarry retorts, “I didn’t write it and I barely skimmed it between drinks." “OK, carry on,” Pablo answers. “Thanks,” Jarry continues, “But your ideas suck! Why did we pave the way for crap like Jo Baer’s tiny arcs of color?” “I think my tiny arcs are classy!” Jo Baer cries. John McCracken tries to comfort her. “Don’t touch me, John.” Jo pulls away. “So, why is Genghis Khan here?” Brice Marden asks. “He’s a painter, isn’t he?” Jarry asks. “He told us he was.” Pablo answers, defensively. “He told us he was a contemporary of Jackson Pollock!” Jarry adds. “Um…” Genghis mumbles, “I just liked the idea of being resurrected and killing people.” “I wondered what kind of art you could make with a sword,” Pablo scolds. “Metzger used the acid and nylon” Khan defends himself. “Well, du guys can be the angry and all, but we won. You’re all dead again.” Eva Hesse explains. “That’s true,” says the host, “Back to hell with the three of you.” “Can’t we please stay?” Pablo asks, “We promise to be nice and not to kill anyone. We’ll just stay and paint and all be friends.” “Oh, all right,” the host concedes. “Genghis Khan, did you just behead Alfred Jarry?” The host asks. “I am not thinking so…” Genghis answers. Congratulations Town: Anne Truitt, Brice Marden, Ellsworth Kelly, Eva Hesse, Jo Baer, John McCracken, and of course the dead Town: Sol LeWitt, Tony Smith, Frank Stella and Donald Judd. The Town wins when all of the Scum are dead. The Rules: You may not reveal or pretend to reveal your true identity throughout the course of the game. Doing so will result in the immediate death of your character. Likewise, be extra certain you do not post in the game as your real Eurobricks identity. If this gives away which character you are playing, this rule will be applied to that action. Each player will be given a character to play, who will be aligned with either the Town or the Scum. To win the game, the Town must kill off all of the Town, while the Scum must outnumber the Town. Each day you will be able to vote to lynch a player. Night actions must be sent to the host in the first 20 hours of the night stage, or they will not be accepted, no exceptions. The alignment of lynched players, as well as those that died during the night, will be revealed at the beginning of the next day. You may not quote or pretend to quote anything sent to or from you in PM with the game host. This includes all the details and pictures of your character and role, as well as any night action results. Role claims and reporting of night action results are acceptable, but in your own words only. Do not attempt to use the structure of your role PM to your advantage. You may not quote PMs from or to other players. Paraphrasing is allowed but no direct quoting. Please refrain from quoting PMs in the game threads and in private. Do not play the game outside the thread. Similarly, do not post out of character inside the thread. Game tactics and roles may only be discussed in the game thread or via PM with other players. Private discussion is done at your own risk and should be treated as part of the game. If you are dead, you may not post in thread or discuss the game with any of the players. Any information you had becomes void, and may not be passed on. Violation of this rule will result in a multiple game suspension. You may not edit your posts. You must post in every day thread. You must vote in every day thread. If you have a Night Action, you are required to use it every night, unless otherwise noted. If you have a Night Action, you may not target the same player on three consecutive nights. If you encounter a problem or have a question, please contact the host or co-host via PM. Please please please use only the confirmation PM sent to you to communicate with the hosts if you can. Violation of the above rules will result in a penalty of one vote per every four living players (1/4 of the active players list) on the first violation and replacement by another player on the second. If you verbally abuse another player (definition of abuse will be left up to the game hosts and games moderator), you will be removed from the game and never asked to play one of my games again. Don't be a dick. Some additional guidelines, although they are not rules that will incur penalties if you don't follow them: The pictures may or may not contain clues. They most likely do not, but look all you want. Wildly speculate. It's fun. Using acronyms, especially tl;dr, or any 7334 speak will cause major trouble for your character, perhaps even instant death. Roleplaying is a good thing and it is encouraged in this game. You are all playing real people so google your name and have some fun. You have all been sent a role PM in this format: Role PMs: Scum Town A word of advice for the future of playing anonymous games: Don't talk about people behind their backs in a group PM. You never know when you might be talking to the person you're talking about. So, why do you think the contributing factors were to the Town victory in just four game days? I think perhaps the balance favored the Town. When I saw Ellsworth Kelly say that there were only two players that hadn't been confirmed, I thought perhaps I had given the Town too many tools to confirm with. I'm wondering how the entire Town was "confirmed" at that point. However, I also think the Scum made some questionable choices. I'm at least curious to hear why the targets were chosen for block and kill the first couple of days. To me, the kills almost seemed like the strategy of a Serial Killer. And blocking Donald Judd twice was also an interesting choice. Reveal your true identity if you'd like! I'm interested to hear what everyone thought of this game. I don't plan on hosting again until I have my hands on real bricks. Also, trying to juggle this with full time work and full time school was an interesting experiment in and of itself. I don't think I did horribly, but was late twice in four game days and that's not much like me as a host.

The Story Night has come, and all through the building, people are tiptoeing around. JackJonespaw is pretty happy with his lot in life, having been able to vote on two lynches. He never hears the padded steps behind him until the last second. "You chose the wrong boyo to mess with! I have Indy's sword!" he cries. It's a prop sword. Meanwhiles, Shadows is playing with his toy guns. "Pew pew pew!" he says. Behind him, a darker shadow approaches. And Lady K makes Curly noises from the Three Stooges. "Nyuk nyuk nyuk!" The end result? Three heads, arranged on the floor. Morning comes, and the remaining crowd assembles, including one figure added for humour, and not intended to be some sort of clue. Pelly is pleased. "..." "Pelly would like it known, old Tammo was truly a scummo. Unfortunately for you, these three heads on the ground are not. Good luck to you today!" Costumes In the first 24 hours of the game, all town players must wear a costume. Scum may or may not wear a costume. Costumes will be offered in two shifts, roughly 12 hours apart from each other. There will be two separate assortments for each shift. Players may not wear the same costume on consecutive nights. Players who choose not to select their own costume will be randomly assigned one from the remaining stock. Costumes taken by lynched or killed players will be removed from the game and not offered again. Players select costumes by: 1. copying the entire updated list. 2. adding their name after their choice, and striking it off the list, ie. Costume A Costume B def Costume C etc Failure to do either of these steps will make their selection void, and other players may feel free to make that costume their selection.<players, feel free to police yourselves on this, since I both have a job and sleep> If this system is too confusing for you, simply do nothing and receive a random selection, with no penalties. <ALWAYS COPY THE WHOLE LIST> Day Three, Shift One: 1. Each player will be given a character to play, who will be aligned with either the Town or the Scum. To win the game, the Town must kill off all the Scum, while the Scum needs to outnumber the Town. The player with the most votes will be lynched. In the case of a tie, the first to achieve their vote will be lynched. Voting is mandatory. Failure to vote will incur a vote penalty the following game day. 3. A game day will last a maximum of 72 hours. You may not vote in the first 24 hours. The day will end when a majority vote has been reached after 72 hours or if a unanimous vote is reached by the 48-hour point. After the day has been concluded, a night stage will commence, which will last 24 hours (or 48 hours if an emergency comes up). Night actions must be sent to the host in the first 24 20 hours of the night stage. 3.5. Players may not target the same player two nights in a row, and may not target themselves. 4. The alignment of lynched players, as well as those that died during the night, will be revealed at the beginning of the next day. 5. 10. If you encounter a problem or have a question, please contact the host via PM 11. Violation of the above rules will result in a 5 vote penalty vote penalty per every 4 living players against you, and death on your second offense. -
Anybody may post here! Gollum, Mercutio, and Fluffy greet the guests in full Roman attire. "Congratulations, everybody! Balthasar Jameson (Kristel), was the final monster... err...goon. It is now safe to take off your disguises". Everybody lets out a sigh of relief, knowing that they have no more villainous scum to worry about. "Perfect." Mercutio says calmly. "Though I'm surprised nobody expected me to do anything bad, considering I brought a damn monster with me! Ah, very well, it will be fun killing you all." Mercutio Robertson takes off his disguise, revealing himself to be none other than Sevastiano Ugliano. "Yes, 'tis me. I can't believe you thought I was dead! Nope, not dead, just a mafia lord! Now, those of you who have not helped the town at night, you have 1 minute to vacate the area while Fluffy and Gollum do their thing." Ronald Montague/Surgeon (DarthPotato), has her head ripped off by Fluffy, who is very much hungry for death.... .... Followed shortly by Danyelle DeFalco/Heroic Knight (Adam)... who gets a taste of his own medicine. Meanwhile, the bodies of Janice Capulet/Detective (Zakura), and Tybalt Pearson (Waterbrick Down) fall down, frozen in their current state. "Ah, it seems you liked the wine last night." Sebastiano cackles. "ARGGHHFHHDSJDJDJJ" Fluffy agrees. Four of those who slept through nights huddle downstairs, backed up into a corner. The group shoves the DJ as the offering to Fluffy.... .... Who quickly tears Benvolio Roni/DJ (jamesn) in half, only to run downstairs. Gollum is quick to follow, holding a sword, and the group pushes the Computer Programmer forward. Gollum very quickly slices up Rocky Sniffles/Computer Programmer (Captain Nemo), and awaits his next victim. Romeo Barnaby/ Baseball Player (Esurient) collapses, clearly having had some of the wine as well. The Skater gives Gollum a swift kick to the face and rushes downstairs to meet with the others. The group meets outside, but little do they know, Sebastiano is there as well. Eric Escalus/ Skater (Dannylonglegs), is the first to die, being smothered by Sebastiano's Roman cape. ... Followed shortly by Melanie Detruccio/Decorater (mostlytechnic), who takes a spear straight through the stomach. Next up is Amanda Lazaro/Butcher (PsyKater), Who takes a nice baseball bat to the face, as Sebastiano cackles off, trying to find his final victim. Rosie Fetuccini/ Sea Captain (Peanuts), is the final victim, being burned to death. Sebastiano and his gang begin to walk off. "Well done, boys." Sebastiano cheers. "GRAMDGBLNMDFLBNAGGHHH!" Fluffy yells in excitement. "Yes Fluffy. We'll get some frozen yogurt. Now come along, Paris." Town Wins! Congratulations! Thanks for playing! Congrats! Thanks for playing, everybody! I hope you had as much fun as I did! Extras Deadboard ~http://123.writeboar...yj4mgc4rt0qlvgt Password: ohnoiamded Day Notes~~~ Day One HOLY SHIT Esurient nailed 3 of the scum in his scumreads.Though it seems like he's going by confirmation posts as well -___-Esurient, that is not how you make your guesses! Especially when all that's happening is roleplay! Kristel is already starting to scumtell to me. She's playing the exact same way she did as both a scum and a PR. I want to see her play as she did in Aperture every time, and she'll be unstoppable. Kristel seems to be doing much better now, but Tammo looks like he could be in a little trouble, as with Kadabra. Please, please don't get lynched Kadabra. The town needs their detective. Kadabra's heat seems to have died, but Piratedave84 and mostlytechnic seem to be the two main lynch candidates, with Tamamono likely to follow soon based on Purpearljellyblob's case against him, which is definitely scaring the scum. With 20 hours left in the day, this town needs to decide on a lynch before they lose their chance. The day continued without much conversation, but when mostlytechnic suggested not lynching, it seems like the town reacted as if the world would end. After being well against it, they start looking like they'll be following her advice if they don't vote soon. A mostlytechnic case builds up slightly, and an apparently drunken Piratedave84 fluff posts majorly, seeming to surprise the other players and finding him scummy. A bandwagon soon piles up on Dave, who can't adequately defend himself. Tamamono also earns some votes from Purpearljellyblob and Esurient, due to his rather quick opinion change. In the end, Piratedave84 becomes the first member of the Council to die, and Brittney falls off the balcony. Overall, we saw a crazy day full of fluff and OMGUS NIGHT ONE Adam, the vig, chooses not to kill anyone, which isn't terrible, and rather smart. Kadabra chooses to investigate Tamamono, and I'm really interested to see hiw and when he'll bring it up. DarthPotato chooses to protect LegoDad, but is blocked by the scum. Waterbrick Down ends up blocking Tamamono. Endgame and his team have decided to send Kristel in to kill Purpearljellyblob. It will be interesting to see how Tamamono tries to escape a lynch after the town sees one of his lynch advocates die, and an investigation result proves him scum. Tamamono blocks DarthPotato, predicting he has a PR, which is correct as well. Overall, a very crazy and hectic night, leaving Day 2 with plenty of possibilities. Day Two The day starts with a few people talking about messages they got from Purpearljellyblob, which had three scum nailed. PsyKater is driving me crazy by insisting that there either is no vig, or the vig was killed (if I'm reading that correctly). DarthPotato slips onto knowing that the CMF's mean something, which Tamamono notices fairly early and tells his team in the writeboard. Tamamono is trying to form a case around LegoDad, who is tunneled on proving himself to Tamamono. It seems Kadabra has claimed to LegoDad, who relays the information in-thread, outing Tamamono as scum. Tamamono tries desperately to fight off the case, but the town won't listen to him, seeing how they have an investigation result so early. Mencot makes an insane post that is literally nothing but fluffy roleplaying, because nobody has posted after his previous post. Oh, and Tamamono claimed to be a framed tracker. Kadabra has apparently contacted another person. Who this person is, even I don't know. That will be something answered in the Conclusion, I guess. Voting opens, and Tamamono can really do nothing but be aggressive in hopes of convincing the others he's town. In the end, Tamamono is lynched, and chokes on a sausage. NIGHT TWO Adam kills Endgame, very luckily. Kadabra investigates mostlytechnic, finding he's town. DarthPotato protects mostlytechnic as well. Waterbrick Down blocks Endgame. Endgame sends Kristel in to kill LegoDad, when Tamamono urged them to kill DarthPotato or Kadabra. Fred Daniel Yam has inherited the block from Tamamono and uses it on LegoDad as well.  Overall: Wow. Hectic day full of aggressive Tammo. Day Three Not a lot of discussion happens, but it's clear that PsyKater, Captain Nemo, and Fred Daniel Yam are at the top of many people's suspicions. Mostlytechnic asks everybody in private for their CMF identities, which one person (who??) says that breaks rule number 5. It doesn't, so mostlytechnic continues. If I were playing as town that would have made me thought he was a Godfather, though. Mostlytechnic, be careful, brave trooper! :wall: :wall: Fred tells mostlytechnic he's an alien. WHYYYYYYYYY?!!! That's even closer to a monster than the Gangster is (who was part of the scum for ironic/comedic effect)!!! But why claim Alien! There were so many more possibilities fo CMF's that you could've claimed, and if you chose one that was already taken, at least you would've called a townie one! The scum need a serious miracle right now. Mostlytechnic also says there's one that looks like an SK. Hey there, there aren't SK's this game. The rules say so. Anyways, it took me a while, but I think he's talking about PsyKater's Butcher role. Anyways, unactive Fred doesn't bother to defend himself, and says nothing other than a quick goodbye in the writeboard. He almost didn't even deserve a good death. Oh, and Mencot and Kadabra drop out, replaced by jamesn and Zakura respectively. NIGHT THREE Adam kills CallMePie Zakura investigates Dannylonglegs (which I found incredibly stupid). DarthPotato protects Zakura Waterbrick Down blocks PsyKater Kristel inherits the block and the kill, which she uses to block CallMePie and kill Capt. Redblade. Day Four Another rather quiet day. The town block ends up leading the lynch, where Kristel (to my surprise) becomes the top lynch candidate, for being not scummy or townie. Kristel does a decent job defending herself against something so vague, but she also struggles to say something other than "But I'm vanilla town!". She did her best, but it wasn't anough, and the town bandwagoned her. I asked for night actions anyways, even though the game was over. Here's how it went. Adam would have killed Psyater Zakura would have investigated Peanuts DarthPotato would have protected Zakura Waterbrick Down would have blocked Captain Nemo Player Analysis~~~ PsyKater: You seemed to play a rather quiet game, and it ended up getting you far, but you were in the middle of the road, and ended up being seen as scummy the further you went. I loved how you played as town in Police Infiltration and it would be great to see you play that way again. I'm a bit disappointed that you never went by your personality quirk though. Overall, you did a decent job. I would just be a bit more verbal next time, and don't be afraid to take risks and put yourself out there. Make yourself a threat. Peanuts: I loved your roleplay. You seemed to be a rather active part of the town, and I saw you as an early leader, however you seemed to quiet down more as the game progressed, and I was a little surprised to see that you didn't recieve that much suspicion despite quieting down drastically. You did a great job though, and town-read to me early, despite quieting down. Piratedave84: I was so sad to see you lynched so early. You were so enthusiastic to play, and that's a great thing to see as a host. I was also disappointed to see you go because I had written the characters up so that you, Adam, CallMePie, and PsyKater were all best friends, and I wanted to go into that a bit deeper. Your roleplay was great as well. You did tend to fluff a lot though, so that was what got you. Next time, try not to drunk yourself out of the game, and stay enthusiastic. Also be sure not to fluff too much on Day One, as that's a surefire way to get scrutiny. Esurient: Fantastic job. You nailed the scum on the heads, and seemed to be one of the leading vanillas in the game. In fact, I was shocked to see that you were never night-killed. You made yourself a threat, and you did a much better job than in Silver City, though you had a great strategy planned there. You definitely seem to have this game under control, probably even better than I do. I love how you played, and your stories were great too! Captain Nemo: Your roleplay was great at the beginning, and it's totally fine that you stopped later in the game. I'm happy that you made it far, as your design was one of my favorites. I also loved the irony of your Alter ego. Anyways, you seemed kind of there to me. Somewhat middle-of-the-road. You just didn't make yourself as stand-out as I hoped, but at least you didn't get lynched this time. Just be careful with what you say, as you're almost on your way to becoming a better player. Purpearljellyblob: Thank you soooooo much for playing. You are crazy good at this game, and I was shocked to hear you have no prior experiance outside of EB. You play much better as town, in my eyes, and I'm glad to have seen you make yourself a threat, and you were easily better than in Mafia School. Continue to play this way, and you'll remain one of the scariest and stronger players in EB Mafia. Tamamono: Tammo. You were easily the star of roleplaying, and even possibly the scum team, even if you got lynched. I feel like you did amazing, and you played as if you were town. However, your mistake was bringing yourself out too far, which got you investigated night one. I can't stress it enough how if you play this way as town, I can see you as a pretty big threat. You nailed some of the PR's, and it's a shame that your team didn't act on it. Just be a bit more cautious as scum next time. Endgame: I'm not sure what made you scummy. You looked like town to me, so I'm not sure what was your downfall. You seemed somewhat quiet during the day, and I feel like your death was the major downfall of the scum, and I wish you could have made it longer. I guess there's something you need to change about your gameplay, but I can't tell what. Perhaps Hinckley can shed sme light on this. LegoDad: I'm rather surprised that Kadabra claimed to you. I definitely didn't see you as the towniest, so I guess his logic was actually sensible. You definitely scared the scum, and you played a stronger, more verbal game than I've seen from you lately, so kudos to you there. I wish you would have survived and the scum would have gone for DarthPotato, though. Your incorporation of the investigation result into your Quirk was really great, too. Continue to play with this style, and with a few little tweaks, you can be a major threat, like in Aperture. Fred Daniel Yam: No participation, no feedback. Just no. Capt. Redblade: You aggravated me so much duringf confirmation when you never said anything for 36 hours! Bu tafter that, you made yourself an active player. You were a little scummy at some points, but you were nough for the scum to kill you. I would have loved to see you try and be a town leader though. Other than that, you played pretty decently. CallMePie: You didn't really speak that much, and that unfortunately made you rather scummy. I enjoyed picvking at you in the interludes, and your roleplay was great, though! I feel like you play a pretty good game already, but there's always room for improvement. I've said it to everybody, but really make yourself a threat. Make the scum feel like they need to get rid of you ASAP. Dannylonglegs: Great job. You didn't speak often, but when you did, you really offered everything you could in your analysis and you played how I feel like a great townie should. Ibelieve you were a part of the town block as well, which is great to hear. You were definitely a standout player. Kadabra: You weren't as active as I wished, but you definitely contributed. However, I feel like the only reason you survived was because the town knew you were the cop. Don't rely on your action to survive. Your performance was due to personal reasons, of course, but I also wonder if drawing scum the past two games might have affected that at all. Zakura: You also were incredibly quiet, and I basically ditto what I said to Kadabra, except the last sentence. Be active, and provide analysis. Don't just say one-liner posts, and you can really improve your game drastically. DarthPotato: Excellent job. You made yourself a major threat, and put yourself out in the open. Your only problem was slipping about knowing the CMF Correspondence. Fantastic job, and I hope to see you play, especially like this, in future games. Continue to provide analysis and fabulous pick-up lines. Adam: Hmm... The PR's seemed to be really strong this game. You weren't as active as you wanted to be, but when you talked, you provided as much as you could, which is all I can ask for. I didn't even notice you were gone! I believe this is one of the few times you've been a PR, and you really were agreat vigilante. It was smart to not kill on Night One, and you were dead-on. When you tried to kill Endgame, I almost gave him away by assking if you were sure you wanted to kill him. Continue to play like that. Waterbrick Down: Who? I don't remember you posting all that much. However, you really brought yourself far, and provided some deep analysis, though I half expected you to garner some votes on Day One. You played a decent townie game, and I definitely wouldn't mind you playing a game of mine again. Kristel: You were another great player as scm. You said it in the scumboard, but I'm surprised that you didn't receive any scrutiny for making it past Day Two. You were middle-of-the-road through the entire game, but it got you to the end as the last scum. I was actually a little surprised to see you become a lynch target as the only scummy thing from you was your inctivity. I want to see you play every game like you did in Aperture. Play that way and you'll either be seen as athreat to the scum, or be suspected to be a great townie as scum, which is a win-win situation for you. Mencot: You did an excellent job roleplaying, though I didn't actually notice that you were going by the 2 personalities often. I'm definitely seeing improvement in your performance, and you're well on your way to becoming a strong player. You contributed when you could, and it made sense for the most part. Great job. jamesn: I loved having you play just as much. You seemed to be cool and collected throughout the entire two days you were here, and you preformed the way a great townie should as vanilla. I hope to see you play again, especially if you play as a combination of this way and last time. Great job. mostlytechnic: You became a very string member of the town block, and you became very, very active. It's so interesting to see such a transformation in you compared to Silver City or Mafia Mafia. I hope to see you play this way in future games. You did a great job of making yourself a clear townie to my eyes, which is great. And try to keep your head up. I understand how frustrating it must be for you to want to draw a PR so badly. For me it was drawing scum, as I was a PR in my first two advanced games, but I only actually count the second. I wanted to draw scum so badly, and consecutive town for about 6 or 7 games was starting to irk me a little, but trust me, it will definitely worth the wait. Well, that was a rather long one, but there you go! Thanks again for playing everyone! If Hinckley wants to add any of his own feedback, he's more than welcome to.

Players only please! Frank Stella works late into the night on his latest painting. "I think I almost got it. It's just missing something. Maybe something juxtapose to the hard lines? Maybe a splash of color?" He ponders. "How about some red?" Someone asks. "Maybe," Frank agrees, "But I don't think I have any red paint...also, I don't even have a paintbrush. Not sure how I did this much..." Bang! "Oh, the red is nice." Frank admits... ...and then collapses to the floor, dead. "It really does look nice," the figure agrees, "I'm a genius." "Oh no! TrumpetKing and Hinckley are proud to present..... Oh no! The famous Minifigure Artist Sebastiano Ugliano has been murdered! The Council of Minifigures has decided to hold a gathering in the exquisite "Hotel de Booticcio" to discuss the matter of his death. In order to keep the identities secret, the Council has disguised themselves. The main leader of the Council, "Mercutio Robertson" (His handle), has used his common sense to decide that some of Mr. Ugliano's killers, The League of Monsters, have disguised themselves a members of the Council. Therefore, he has locked down the hotel to find and defeat the monsters in hopes of bringing MiniCity to justice. The Beginning "Finally, I am halfway done with my sculpture of the Heroic Knight."
