  1. Have to add more praise for that pipe organ I'm interested to see more of the Fazia Family!
  2. Another great build showcasing the usefulness of arches! The golden details look very nice and add to the religious tone for the building. Very cool rafter setup inside
  3. I adore this build Some scenes create an atmosphere of their own, and the friendly country setting portrayed here is lovely. The rounded roof design I think plays a large role in making the build so unique. Then there's the excellent stone foundation. And some beautiful trees and a superb wheel barrow
  4. Neat rock design using the large wedge slopes The display base is cleverly built, and a nice change from regular studs up slope edges. Good mix of plants and colors for the landscape too. One tip I've received myself before, is that when using a horse with empty saddle, fill the gap with a 1x2 brick and 1x2 tile matching the saddle color
  5. Everyone busy with entries for Challenge 1? I've been working on a dwarven house myself: That picture is quite outdated now, but I don't want to spoil the full build Should be posting it soon!
  6. Very ornate entrance with the stacked arches and imp statue Great to see you fitting stairs in to allow for people to get to the second floor rooms, and the bar makes excellent use of plate with rail
  7. That goat should fetch a significant sum at market! If you have more droid arms, I think adding another layer or two would look nice and help keep the goat from escaping its pen
  8. Lovely roof setup on the medium dark flesh building. It also makes great use of half arches Great to see your town building so quickly, and you're really capturing the Varlyrian style beautifully. The fountain design, while simple, is still one I can't recall seeing before and looks great
  9. Brilliant castle, with a tremendous layout Your eye is immediately drawn to the soaring keep of the castle, and the dark bley and gold roofs look marvelous against the tan walls Very impressive work with the interior buildings, and masonry brick courtyard too.
  10. Glad to see you return for Book III Cool minifigure combos for the guard, and the SNOT wall texture looks nice
  11. Beautiful concept art, which you rendered amazing well in LEGO The whole right building is superb You portrayed a busy harbor area very well, and I like the diverse characters all going about their daily business. That's a neat table design using bucket handles for legs. And I was quite surprised to see Lady Tisha coming along for this adventure
  12. The hair pieces do work really well for skins being processed I also like the pillar setup you have on the first story, with various bley round elements grouped together under the arches. A couple manikins showcasing some superb leather armor would be a fun touch for the sales floor
  13. Lovely pattern at the corners The architecture looks very elegant which fits well for Varlyrio I do wonder if it might look better to have the first story have more substantial walls or pillar setup. The open arched look is neat, but makes the tower look a bit top heavy with the mostly solid second and third levels. Great to see you fitting interiors in, and I always enjoy seeing owls or other birds added - especially for Varlyrio where I imagine there would be lots of pigeons, gulls, and the like.
  14. Always a pleasure seeing lime green used well in a landscape I also like your color choice for the dirt path Dark tan and medium dark flesh is a combo John and I also used recently for our Harvest Realm build. The design for the wall is a great way of conveying old field stone walls, and the small house has a nice amount of visual interest.
  15. Glad to see you getting off to a quick start in the guilds! I certainly get an orchard aesthetic from the small and orderly placed fruit trees I like the few plants you added using the new small 3 leaf element with friends flowers on top. You've got plenty of good suggestions already, and I'm looking forward to seeing your future models
  16. Semicircle Tower Design
  17. The alternating half arches and inverted slopes give a lovely texture here Nice work with the angled corner window and sword rack too
  18. Beautiful example of how to clump a bunch of buildings together, and make it look great The use of color is superb, and there's just the right amount of detail in the various buildings. Wonderful market stalls and sandy landscape too Implementing some 1x1 quarter circle tiles into the sand works wonderfully. Glad I can claim just a little bit of credit on a build this good
  19. That is one impressive dock setup! Sometimes it's challenging to give a market a nice broad range of products that are all unique, but you really rose to the challenge here Looks like a well protected port with three separate watchtowers. It's great fun spotting all the familiar faces too! There are a lot more hidden in the build than I noticed at first
  20. Keep the amazing builds coming everyone! I've been working on something myself recently, though I'm not sure when I'll complete it and get it posted. And just as a general reminder, it is nice if you post a link to each new build you make in this thread. Like this for instance: That way it's easy for your fellow Mitgardians to see what you've built, and should help insure they don't miss your creation. It will also make it easier for me to compile Mitgardian builds as needed
  21. Excellent! And no worries about the naming stuff, it usually takes a little time to get used to That is fine too, though you can put as many builds as you want in the Community Build
  22. Beautiful simplicity that gives an air of realism to the hall I love how the window setup works here, with the slopes below and inverted slopes above. Having a large stone ledge on either side of the fireplace to pile wood on both looks great, and seems extremely practical Neat little alcove with the statue too, adds a nice bit of detail and interest to what could have just been a boring wall. Ah, but this is Avalonia, where they like to embrace nature
  23. @Ayrlego: Added you to the scorecard And your mountain hut would also fit well for the Dwellings of Mitgardia Community Build. Also for future reference, it makes things a bit easier to follow for Age of Mitgardia if you include "AoM: Whatever Subcategory Phase #: " before the title of the build
  24. Guilds of Historica thrives again! Makes things tricky to keep up with, but that's always a nice problem to have And all the builds...
  25. Olive green and sand green go so well together The whole roof looks perfectly Mitgardian, and I think the rough stone texture is a very fitting choice for a mountain hut Fun to see you fitting a little interior inside as well! And that flower design with lever bases and friends flowers is one I will have to borrow in the future. I'm anticipating plenty more epic Mitgardian builds to come from you
