    Nice rockwork, though the exposed hollow tubes look a little strange to me. The figs' posings are excellent I think the water could use some more detailing, some clear 1x1 round plates around the swimmers would look very fitting.

The crane is definitely too big compared to the castle walls, but I wanted to make it function just like a real one and it became rather large As for the grey/black rather than black/grey I didn't want to totally copy Balthasar's colorscheme so I inverted it

    Well here: There are many wonders of architecture throughout Historica: massive dwarven halls, lofty elven towers, elegant cathedrals, and impregnable fortresses. But Revolword and the Elementals have laid waste to many of these structures. Now that Revolword has been defeated, craftsmen across Historica have started taking up their tools to rebuild the former glory of Historica. Show your character assisting in either the building of a new architectural wonder, or assisting in the repairs of a building damaged by the Hand or Elementals. The main focus of your MOC should be on the architecture of the building and construction work on the building. The second to last sentence does say "assisting in the repairs of a building damaged by the Hand of Elementals," but as you can see most of the description is focused on more majestic structures

    Good good You can do any building, but the challenge was more for impressive architectural feats than just normal everyday buildings

    Joktan, Jayan, Erastus, Dedan, and Kenan, along with the Hradcanny dwarves are busy repairing Forngord castle. Some work on patching the walls, others chop trees, use rubble to fill in the swamps, cut stone to rebuild the breach in the wall, fix the roof, and saw lumber. This is a unofficial entry to my Master Architect Challenge. Added 8 studs across the front bringing this to 56x56. I'm especially happy with how the crane (which is functional) and wheelbarrow turned out. More pictures here: http://www.brickbuilt.org/?p=667 Any C&C appreciated

    @Kair NRG: Well given how many free builds they had to judge (the last free build scores I remember seeing released were in March 2012) I think the blizzard is still quite recent. Only time will tell obviously, but at the very least Mitgardia did gain second place for a little while

    True, but I still think Mitgardia has a very good chance of holding its lead (*cough* blizzard *cough*) And congrats to Mitgardia on winning Challenge VI even without making the most entries

    Gorgeous rockwork and the house looks great on top The dark tan in the house adds a nice touch and I like the vine climbing the rocks The water and sand are excellent (though the open tubes showing are a little distracting). Superb picture quality too, I would like to see a pic showing the stairs/path better though. This must be one section of what you're taking to the conference? Can't wait to see the other sections added, this section by itself is one of my favorite builds from you!

    Great batch of Volkswagon models! You captured the curvy shape of the bug very well and I like how you gave the truck and van to CMFs then customized the vehicles to fit them

    I think this is the most impressive of your Friends space builds so far The unique shape works very well and those water cannons look great The large flowers on the sides add the perfect Friends touch
