Well done all with your Challenge IV entries! Great to see such a strong representation from the north -
Very nice layout with the elegant gallery on one side, and sturdy wall on the other. The slight bit of wall relief over the statue looks beautiful, and I love the fig poses you included Nice seeing someone put the new shield to good use as well!

Those yellow leaves fit so well for birch trees Top notch color mixing in the landscape once again. And excellent attention to detail by having the falconer wearing a glove only on the hand the eagle is perched on

Lovely and cozy little home Particularly the tiny room hidden in the cliff side. Your sense of small details is great, with the water tub, various plants, and grazing goat all fitting in nicely. I would love it if you compiled an index of the various Mitgardian plants and their uses - it would be fun for myself and other Mitgardians to incorporate the same plant techniques in their own builds occasionally

Super cool minifigure combos! The palisade itself looks great, and I'll be sure to remember the way you framed the cross beam over the gate
-
The combination of brown tones plus some olive green give a nice slimy, damp look to the dungeon Which fits well with the serious tone of the story.

So cool seeing centaurs get more attention in the guilds! I love the large weapon Ayra carries, and the idea of a partner for additional protection in battle makes perfect sense

The journey of Parzival - The wake up (Chapter I, part I)
soccerkid6 replied to Zilmrud's topic in Guilds of Historica
The slave wagon looks great and makes perfect use of those tattered cloth elements. The long dark tan slopes make nice sand dunes on either side of the path. Great start to Parzival's story! -
Majestic. Incredible mixing of scales, and I like your use of very large elements in the rockwork The micro scale road is one of the best I've seen, and your arch technique for the bridge is top-notch
-
Now that I have plenty of these leaf elements, I may have to try out your technique. Good irregular base and fig posing
-
Great use of space, and you did very well capturing the Kaliphlin look! I really like your combination of bley, white, dark tan, and reddish brown for the main tower Always fun seeing interiors included as well

Well done @mrcp6d! Great to see you back in the north, especially with a build as cool as that Sorry for my inactivity lately, things have been pretty busy. Hopefully there are a few more Mitgardian entries for this challenge -
Stunning. I hugely enjoy seeing detailed middle eastern architecture, and this build is a great example of the possibilities that setting offers. Brilliant patterns, top-notch color use, plus an onion dome Superb table design inside too!
-
The massive fallen trunk is super cool! Good use of color to convey a forest setting
-
Very fun full LEGO shot. The mountain background and moon are neat, though perhaps they could have been shifted farther back or been less in focus to heighten the forced perspective effect? Excellent stone blockwork design for the tower, and I also like the small dock

Glad to see more of Mitgardia developed! @Aurore @Eoin Wallace Your builds have been added to the first post

AoM: Stables Phase 1 - Frost Elves on Patrol
soccerkid6 replied to Ayrlego's topic in Guilds of Historica
Interesting choice to have a bit of an irregular base, but with only very simple blocky steps. It works well here, and the color choices are exquisite That tall thin tree technique is one I'm sure to use myself at some point, and I'll have to experience with some light aqua in my landscapes too -
Very good mix of techniques to make a convincing scene. My personal favorite is the technic road, though your sideways rockwork and tree are also great Good ground layering at the model edges
-
Impressive functionality! Both the wagon and play scenery and well crafted, and I like your simple wooden benches for the crowd
-
The sand green roof is gorgeous. Especially your use of various cone elements on the tower roof I love how you reference your fig scale models back to the micro version of Wyvernstone, and the busy minifigures really bring the scene to life. My favorite pose is the blacksmith shoeing a horse. And the cheese shop is fabulous all around - will have to borrow some of your various cheese techniques at some point!

Irissa's Origins - A Cyclopean hamlet in Nocturnus
soccerkid6 replied to Ayrlego's topic in Guilds of Historica
Very cool to see Irissa's story develop The build itself is fantastic. Great use of color, and I can easily see Blufiji's influence, yet you maintained your own style well. The rather blocky rockwork is a nice choice around the tower. Top notch hut designs! -
These sorts of builds make me oh so happy You created a very believable, yet obviously fantasy setting. The standing stone itself is superbly crafted, and the use of the transparent deer is very fitting. Lovely landscape, and I enjoyed the botanical notes! Great to have you building in the guilds

That's the perfect torso to show someone knitting! Lovely furniture designs, and it's fun to see Ronan without his signature cap The sideways tile floor gives a great plank effect too
