I think more people learned of the value of it and probably some people that have nothing to do with Lego are even doing it now, to make some quick bucks on ebay. Also, I don´t think that it was that different with the Paladin already, just that overall there were more desirable figures then than now, so a fresh box was faster on the shelves whereas now the emptied boxes are sitting around for a longer period. I think the only way this would work is if they would make a second production run and let people preorder for that one - and produce all figures people ordered then - of course likely they would put some sort of maximum there but at least that way most people could get the number of figures they wanted. For sure not - and overall it would also hurt the CMF series overall, as the complete series would also be less desirable.

I think it is a good choice to first settle the backlog they have before adding new parts that would just increase orders again. Also nice to see what they have planned, especially happy about the tags.

If they do a Knockturn Alley Set it will include Borgin and Burkes for sure - and I don´t see a way they would make it so that the GWP would connect to that in any way. I don´t actually think they would have a problem with it. In the end it still is an quite Iconic place within the Franchise and in the end they have shown with the new Modular that they can do a pub, without doing a pub ;). Gringotts is still around and they have shown in other series that just because one Set retires they can still make more of it. And honestly, Diagon Alley is a Set that probably many people got already that would be the target audience of a Leaky Cauldron. Hogsmeade of course is also not an unlikely option, though probably would end up beeing another 400-500€ Set, while the Cauldron could be done as a 200€ Set if done alone - with Knockturn Alley of course, it would depend on what they include. Yeah, that is probably the main issue I see with an UCS-Style Quidditch Pitch. People would expect to get 4 Teams from such a Set, but then again you would also need some spectators to fill the stand so it doesn´t look empty - and there is no way they will include that many minifigures IMO. There was a Tavern in the Medieval Market Village and we got the Guarded Inn - in the end they avoid to depict alcohol nowadays but I don´t think that it would prevent them from doing the Cauldron.

Unless they want to reuse the heads for another Set, I doubt that as we got a display Set with no play features at all and none of the pictures shows them with another face.

They did that before, and they were standing there and feeling. But now it is just more easy and I think there are more people doing it and as they need less time they also just can scan more boxes than they were willing to feel before. I mean there are people scanning several displays some shops have on the shelves. I think it was mentioned before somewhere that they tried it and it just didn´t work. I mean, replacing polybags and magazin sets is one thing, but I think because people are trying to feel what is inside, they would just not be durable enough.

They could also use microfigures like in the big Hogwarts Castle. Though I have to say, anything that doesn´t include Minifigures and a way to include them in the set (so no Microscale with a minfigure stand) seems unlikely to me. I guess that is all the info he got?

If they are not doing a Minifig-Set I would hope for fawkes in the same size as they did Hedwig in the Hogwarts Icons Set. If it is a Minifig-Set, I would still be interested to see a better version of the Ministry of Magic - or well the Leaky Cauldron with either an other part of Diagon Alley or Nocturn Alley - though in the end they could just do everything, or no set at all.

I would take the snow plow front as granted, and the same colour sheme as the recent exploration Sets as likely. I would hope for a frozen Mammoth and sabretooth tiger as cargo, like they did in the 2018 Arctic Wave - just updated versions of them.

I would think it will be either Griffin or Kraken Knights since overall people seemed to rather get a new faction than an old one, though of course the raven knights are pretty popular too. Bull is almost granted to get the last place IMO.

Castle figures are popular, with or without an animal. And animals are also quite popular, especially new ones (or returning like the goat) - so I don´t think we will get those two always paired together from now on. A new Knight is always likely but I would actually hope for some civilian minifigure. A healer for instance would be cool, though probably not the easiest to make as a medieval version that everyone recognizes.

I got my orders from November and December, while indeed some November and October orders from other people are still missing, which would seem like there were indeed some issues back then and we can at least hope things will go smoother in the future.

Has this actually ever happened? Because, I am not aware of it, rather the opposite that Lego has to pay IP holders to be allowed to use their IP. Aside from that Lego has plenty own "brands" they use for their products - and there is actually something similar to what you are looking for: 60347 Grocery Store

The Medieval Market Village and the Mill Village Raid are both Sets I would like to have, though they are just way to expensive. But if I think about it, I don´t really care about the sets themselves, it is just the minifigures and animals I do care about - and the medival town square is just so much better - but sadly lacks animals. That and the high expectations we got from the leaked images are probably the biggest flaws for this set.

The Titanosaurus was pretty much granted, like all of the three big ones were since their role in the movie was revealed. And anything than reusing the Brachiosaurus-Body would have been surprising. That the Mosasaurus would be Brickbuilt on the other hand was pretty much expected though. The question was more wether they would go for a complete brickbuild creature or give it a moulded head, like they did with Avatar. As for the Dinosaurs, the Spinosaurus looks great, the Mosasaurus looks good too, but the Quetzalcoatlus looks off color wise and what really anoys me is the big bulp on the Titanosaurus´ Head.

I would rather say, if we get the Mosasaurus it would have to be in the most expensive set - and based on the trailer, the set could include the Mosasaurus, the Spinosaurus and the boat - though in that case I would probably expect it to be more than 150€. Also there is no way every Set will include two dinosaurs at least, so I rather have the mutant sitting alone in a set and make it an easy skip without missing another dinosaur. It was a hybrid, and I would only call something a mutant in this matter that had serious different looks like that slasher movie thing from the trailer - or else we would probably have to call all dinosaurs mutants ;). Life finds it´s way after all.

I am not totally sold on the trailer. One of the things I disliked most about Jurassic World were their hybrids and now they come up with something that looks more like an alien from a horror movie than a dinosaur. As for the Sets I hope that one is not included in a set, and if it is, not together with another dinosaur.

I can totally understand that and kinda feel the same. I was unsure whether to buy the Forest Stronghold last time, I liked it but there are still many other sets to buy and it wasn´t exactly cheap either - same with this wave. Seaside market is good but I already decided against it. Was still undecided on the Siege, but as it is gone now, I kinda regret not getting it but well you can´t buy everything. As for the next round personally for me this wave was stronger than the next one, and I don´t have any plans on buying anything next time. Will be an easier Skip than this and last wave.

I never expected a ringwraith in the Set anyways, and not another Horse besides Gandalfs either. In this case though it hasn´t anything to do with Lego not wanting to include it, but rather that it doesn´t really fit in there, there are plenty of other Sets where it would fit better.

While it certainly seems possible that they would do futuron next (other possibilities would be M-Tron and Ice Planet IMO) I wouldn´t get my hopes up to much, since both things you mentioned are pretty weak signs that futuron would be next.

As far as I remember they changed it from 2025 to 26 in October or so. They could change it back towards end of the year, but that would really surprise me - it seems more likely it stays longer than shorter to me.
