  1. It was posted within this thread. Oh and checking again it was said to be Blacktron 2 actually. Totally forgot about that part. But as you can see, at that point it wasn´t that certain that and what really is coming, so I would guess clay only had one source for it yet and no second one confirming or something - if there would be certain infos about it, I would expect them to be posted on the Legoleaks reddit. So probably best not to put to much exitement into it before that happens IMO.
  2. Well so far there seems to be another Blacktron Set coming but that is basically all we know (and ofc it isn´t certain that there is really something coming). Could be a GWP but we will have to see if we get more infos about it. They have a logistics center there. Germany used to be delivered from there too, but since last year they are shipping it from czech republik. Where they deliver it from, depends on where you live and can also be the reason why one european country can still order sets sold out in another.
  3. Exactly this. Well aside from the goat, where one of the Designers stated that they couldn´t bring it back because it was lost. Which obviously is not true, since they can just make a new model like they do for all new animal moulds or updated ones like the horse. And the Goat might look the same, but the mould is slightly different.
  4. Same here, and usually they have the same Set exclusive in all countrys. What surprises me though, is that Amazon already has it, and Lego doesn´t sell them exclusive for 3 Months before an other retailer gets them, like they did in the past.
  5. Don´t know, for me it isn´t something that contradicts the books. As in the films the first thing Wood teaches Harry is about the tasks of the players and what each of the balls do - including the practical lesson with the beater. Aside from the Statue the scene is the same in the books. Well new year, new chance I guess, though not sure which scene they would choose for him. In the end they could have choosen the forbidden forest polyback this year to include him - though I would prefer a polybag without any of the trio honestly, we are getting enough of them anyways.
  6. No, nothing that would come close to this. Well since they are assembled with hands, not really, all unlicensed IPs would be out already, which makes it a lot more difficult IMO.
  7. I think it is obvious they don´t, but didn´t want to make a new part for it. And honestly, I wouldn´t like a dark blue torso more than the black one, so the only good thing about it would be that it is not the same as in the Flying lessons Set.
  8. Whether they could and wether not is still speculation since we don´t know what their license looks like. And if they even wanted to do Hobbit Sets in the first place. Since they seem to conentrate on Brickheads, Big LotR Sets and well the Booknook, I don´t think there would even be a reason for them to want to make a Hobbit set, since there are so many Locations from the LotR left they can do - and the Hobbit is just the less demanded IP. Even if I personally wouldn´t be against a Erebor Set. But honestly, that is probably the only Location I would want and then again there would be a lot minifigs needed to do it justice + smaug.
  9. Kinda doubt it, at that price point it would probably be to big for that. I mean, if we imagine it is the visitor center skeleton, a raptor would make sense, but would be out of scale I think. In the end we don´t know yet what the concept of the skeletton is, so there are still possibilites. But kinda hard to imagine, they would do something similar to the Gate with a skeletton, so my best guess would be it will just be the skelleton, probably on a stand with (hopefully printed) tile.
  10. Quite interesting, since they are cheaper than unprinted legs now. Aside from few colours that seem to have dropped too. I thought all stores are told not to allow that anymore, for obvious reasons. Anyways, if they don´t allow it is still cheaper to get whole figures there than from Pick a Brick.
  11. Ok, 2018 is further back than I would have expected for the comparism, you are right, they used stud shooters there. However the Flying lesson Sets both have no Stud shooter included, though yeah they use Studs. Especially compared with this years Set it is kinda Strange since that and the Polybag are from the same wave - and they don´t even have the same colours. Then again, I think they choose studs for the flying lesson Set because they are easier to remove from the build than a tile would be. And they also look more like a ball. Why they choose a tile for the polybag instead of a stud, no idea though. The Quidditch Trunk however used 2x2 Tiles ;).
  12. I like the inclusion of the statue in the Polybag, though have to say, yet another Harry isn´t really what people are looking for I guess, though it isn´t really surprising. Still would have prefered if we would have gotten a Hufflepuff this year after we got Ravenclaw two year ago and Slitherin last year. And honestly, I don´t like the Torso they used for Harry at all. Yeah, but those are just that sets I would rather see stay around for longer than others. But well Lego will have there reasons for how they are doing it. Well, as I said, I wouldn´t have minded if they would have included it but I can see why they didn´t. I´m afraid I can´t follow you. What set are you referring to with the stud shooters?
  13. Well, you are right, but in the end how many pictures would fit in the Manor aside from Slitherin? And how many would fit as random portrait in the Hut and the Burrow? Sure a golden frame might not be what you expect there, but overall the portraits make a lot more sense in the burrow than in the Manor. Not that I would have minded if they would have included them there anyways, since more chances to get them also increases the chance to actually collect them all.
  14. Yeah and that is exactly what made an otherwise cool Set a really bad Set. Well I don´t think that is really the case, since HP is still one of the bigger Lego themes, though of course not as big (number of Set-wise) as Star Wars or Ninjago. Still they have done packs before, and I wouldn´t be surprised if we will get such Sets in the futures. Though I wouldn´t be to sure to get a pack to create multiple Hogwarts students from all houses ofc. Even if I think it wouldn´t sell that bad. Honestly, I am not surprised at all. I think we will get those mainly in Hogwarts Modules, as they are meant to be displayed in those - and lets be honest, since the portraits are random, it wouldn´t make much sense in the Malfoy Set. I mean, if you get Salazar Slytherin, it would fit quite well in the Manor, but a Potrait of Gryffindor? That would look totally misplaced. Not really surprised about that one honestly. In the end to make new Sets they have to get rid of old ones, and retiring an Diagon Alley Set to make space for a new one seems to make a lot sense to me. I would expect the same to happen to all other Sets of the line, though of course wouldn´t be the first time Lego keeps something around for longer if it is really doing well (though there might be more things to consider than just that) They have, especially since most waves consist of more Sets anyways. Another Sets that isn´t that surprising, though I wouldn´t be surprised if it would have gone EOL next year either. But in the end it is the only Set keeping the Thestral, Cornish Pixie and Buckbeak in production and that might have been one of the reasons to let it go. That on the hand would be something that would really surprise me, if the Durmstrang ship really retires next year - I mean, sure it isn´t really a uncommon production run to last just 1,5 years, And in the end Grimmauld Place didn´t last longer either, but still...
  15. Nice spot, I actually thought it is pearl gold like the one from the crown Knight CMF, but taking a closer look it does look like the same colour as the teddy bear.
  16. Same, here actually a bit surprised how bad it looks, given some people were quite positive about it. Eitherway, of course it is not really a design can be translated well into Bricks, and I guess we will see how much better the Lego version looks. Maybe, but we shouldn´t forget that the Lego Model will includes minifigures and I would expect a bridge interier in the saucer - that beeing said, I would kinda expect the Lego Modell not to be that close to the original ship proportion wise.
  17. Well, many people would still call a 200+ Euro Set expensive and big. And I wouldn´t be surprised if we also get some Brickheads again, I mean there are still more than enough characters left that can be done. And people will always complain. One person would like to have a 50€ playset, the other a bigger one - it will never be the perfect size, or minifigure count or whatever. But anyways, I had the impression that Rivendell was pretty well received.
  18. Which animal would that be? Unless they make a moulded fluffy, which would be more a creature than an animal actually, I don´t know which animal they could bring us. The important animals in the films have, as far as I can see already existing moulds, where I don´t see them doing new ones.
  19. Can be, sure but how often do they just turn out to be leftover pieces anyways? And sure, for bigger, more complex animals and creatures it makes total sense - which is not to say it doesn´t otherwise - and overall the design philosophy of creator is to build almost everything out of bricks, so it makes total sense in that matter. In the end, the creator theme has its own charm as it is, and I guess the main "problem" here is actually that the expiring creator castle was kinda a good parts source for castle fans, and as such a brickbuild horse is just less usefull in the new one, than a moulded one would be - since it would just looks strange next to all the moudled ones ;). I guess in the end kids won´t care that much, though the moulded one has more playability ;).
  20. Yeah I definitely would prefer moulded ones, and in that case would prefer no horse over a brickbuild one, and rather more bricks used for the castle itself. We had a moulded crab in the past too, but especially with the size of the horse, brickbuild is almost granted I guess. In the end it is sad, because replacing it with moulded ones isn´t that cheap really.
  21. I would actually love a dark brown/dark tan version or something similar
  22. Seems pretty far stretched to me, since the only reason to call them horse knights would be because they had a hobbyhorse included. And I still don´t think that yellow castle would be a thing kids are looking for - so from the name alone, a new faction would make the most sense to me - could also be that it was just named that way because there are horses in the set, but given the source, I would expect it to the first. I wouldn´t mind if they would include it, but IMO that shield is just too old and they would rather make a new one instead, if there is even one included. My best guess for this Set would be that it is more like a playcastle with two kids included, rather than a "real" castle.
  23. Would be great, but I do agree that the rat is more likely. Eitherway, shouldn´t be to long till we get pictures.
  24. Yeah same here. Also wondering how big changes between the Brachiosaurus and Titanosaurus will be, if we get the later one in a set.
  25. Yeah, we clearly need more herbivores. I mean Mosa is fine too but it will be huge and expensive and I am not even sure if I would be getting it anyways. Well not granted on herbivores either, since I didn´t got the Brachio either, but I just don´t like how they made it. I want dinos in the style of the T-Rex, Raptor, Ankylosaurus, and Triceratops. Yeah, they are one of the biggest issues I had with the new Films actually. I mean, the whole plot about normal dinosaurs got to boring so they had to make hybrids because of that was nonsense from the start.
