Wow! Cool that they made a model of the pedestal for Comic Con. I'm pretty sure they'll either have a replica of the MoCr or the sets displayed on it. Either way, pretty neat. Also, I wonder if the music is just stock music or if it's a hint of Bio15's sound direction. Probably looking too much into this...

Since those stories never got wrapped up, I don't really view them as canon. On the off chance this is a continuation, I feel it'd be best to just drop the post-Spherus Magna reformation plotlines.

I've joined the Reboot boat (now we have a boat to go with the Hype Train). That's mainly due to the Mask of Creation. Last I checked it was kinda attached to someone's face, and considering the Toa are searching for it now... Unless Artakha lost it and told the Toa to go look for it. But I doubt that.

^^I always thought Makuta Nui was an Ash Bear. Thank you, GBA Maze of Shadows. I'll go with the Kavinika. It's a cute little guy. I just don't understand how it's a wolf. I guess it acts like one?

That's the main issue I have. Hero Factory's cancellation just drives home the fact that Stringer and Nex dropped off the face of the earth... Er, story I guess. Seriously. Where did they go?

Wait, the rotors spin in opposite directions? Sweet. At first I didn't like how they looked stacked on top of each other, but with this added feature, all is forgiven. That's too cool.

To me, voices are important. I find it hard to enjoy and care about a character if I can't stand their voice. I just want them to stop talking. :P Not the case all the time, but it happens a lot (main reason why I couldn't get past the first few episodes of Legends of Chima. Voice acting was terrible). That being said, I didn't mind Jaller's voice in MoL. I thought it fit well.

This is what I was thinking. Gives us Matoran, but also shows that not all Matoran wear the same mask. I always pictured the Protectors' masks as their uniform, and I hope that's what they're going for.

Throwbots. Brings back memories of my childhood. I was in love with those sets, particularly Judge, Amazon, and Millennium (they were advertised with both names somewhere. Catalogue or instructions or something. I was always confused as to which were correct). As a kid, I only had around half the collection and only recently (a few years ago, actually) did I hunt down the rest online. Well worth it. Never got into Roboriders. My brother got Swamp for a birthday present, but I didn't see the appeal at the time. I wish I did because now I regret not getting them. Maybe some day I'll bring myself to purchasing the collection, but since I don't have a great nostalgic attachment, I'm in no hurry.

Visually, IFB was good. It just needed better writing. And voice work. Personally, I don't care, either way: 2d or 3D. Just so long as the story's good and isn't overly corny. And it needs good acting. IFB's flat characters were pretty bad.

Alright, opinion time. Spyclops is alright. Since I've gotten all the sets anyway, I'll pick this one up too. Invizable is easily the highlight of the wave. Insta-buy. Drillex is cool. Love the whole heavy construction machinery vibe it's got going. And the function for the drills is sure to be cool. The Helicopter is sweet, though I'm not sure how I feel about the propellers. They look kinda goofy stacked up like that. Antimatter is great (purple!), and I'm loving the trans armor on that Agent. Overall, Wave 2 is looking great. Do we know when these sets are supposed to be released?

Did it ever explicitly say that? I only remember mention of mini movies, which could be something as simple as the Ghost animations we got. I'm not getting my hopes up for a TV show yet. I'll wait for NYCC. Though the fact that it said they can't talk about it brings things into question...

Wow! These look great! The bike that comes with Invizable is sweet with that transforming bit. Don't have much time now, so I'll write more later.

Ooh. Those back legs. If they're lined up side by side like that, that's going to look kinda ugly. Too stiff. I'd prefer if they were splayed out in a more organic/natural look. And I wonder what the technic bits poking out the back are. I figure it's a handle so you can hold onto something as you operate the function. If it's a grabby legs function, it seems like it'd make more sense to have a handle.

Intriguing, but not accurate. Gear function has to be stuffed in there somehow. Though it does give a decent look at how big he'll be, at least. Glad he's not too terribly small.

What were your First and Last BIONICLE G1 Sets?

First was Turaga Onewa. I thank my sister for getting Turaga Matau and making me want one of the little guys as well. Been hooked on Bionicle ever since. Last was... One of the Stars. I kinda got 'em all at once. Last I built was Tahu. Seemed like a good way to end the theme. -
I like his legs. I love giant legs on my robots.

I'd say Onua's chest printing/sticker should be silver (or at least mostly). It would help spread out the silver color that would otherwise only be on his shoulders.

So I'm not the only one who thought that... I'm still hoping that they changed his mask power to Mask of Air. He can be Jungle but still have his original power.

Something occurred to me a bit ago: I think Kopaka was designed with a sort of "fur coat" look to him. The huge lower legs look like big fur boots to me, and the big shoulder pads resemble the big, fluffy look of a fur coat's collar/shoulders. Which I think is pretty cool. Gives him a sort of ice age look to him.
