Stucked axle cant help other. Because it stuck:) but if one wheel rotates free without contacting with ground, and other stops - Diff transfer power to another axle

May be this Fulda's will fit better with rims from 68,8x24 from rare Black cat model team set? Or they (rims) too small for this tires?
