  1. This is 81 mm tires from 42005. Sad that 42005 is not "Some kind of monster" like this

  4. I have been watching for Paul's avatar for last two days waiting for this release. i thought it is bigger and supercar-scale. Now I see that it is smaller than I expected and it makes this MOC even better! Very nice body and chassis. I see much space inside chassis. Paul, Is it "power functions ready"?
  5. Ground clearance is very low....no baja
  6. Johannes, wash portal hubs very thoroughly!!! They can be destroyed by small amount of outdoor dust, belive me. At the end you can find your 41999 with decreased performance
  7. I thnik Hot Rod is something like 8081 - simple car only main functions. Wheels can be 62x20. May be it is more detailed than 8081. I hope it wiil be with suspension. I hope, It will be a good base set for motorized car (by adding PF)
  8. Black 19L :) Do you remember one of the last interviews with designers about 9398 at TB? They tell that new wheels will be released soon. Very interesting: which set introduces new wheels? Twin rotor heli- something like B- model of 9398 or Chinook CH47...
  9. Only two independent V2 receivers with independent battery blocks, small are preferred if you want to save some weight. Welcome to the "Buggy motors owner club"!
  10. May be someone can make detailed review of this MOC, like we do it with official sets( that not always better than this MOC)???

  17. Hi, This is first time I post my WIP project. Hope it helps me to finish it This is my new project. Scale is 1:10,5. Supercar with minumum functions (only main) but detailed (I hope it will). Toyota Trueno / Levin AE 86 with widebody and safe cage. Cup or drift version. Wheels are 56's (steering wheel is temporary fitted at stickshift ) It is Japan car with steering at right side. Steering whel is working and no place for HOG so far. Front suspension is independent, rear is live axle. Engine is straight 4-cylinder. It will be with individual throttles and velocity stacks or with turbo. It was a challenge for me to fit engine block as low, as it possible between front wheels. Engine is connected with rear wheels thru 4-speed gearbox without rear gear. This will be race-prepared model without passenger seats with cage and it dont need rear gear. It take time to finish it, hope I can make it this year.
