  1. I agree, the spoiler is too thick on the Jesko, but I think Lego made it thick for quality control. If it is too thin, it'll be too fragile, which would be a huge downside for me. I've always liked that most Speed Champions always feel more durable than some of the MOCs I've built.
  2. I agree, some of the colors are slightly off, but I think the Ford GT colors can be replaced with medium blue if needed. Personally, I like to keep all my Speed Champion Sets in mint condition- no modifications.
  3. This is nicely designed model. I have one question, how did you attach the headlights to the front?
  4. I enjoy these updates, and am looking forward to more!
  5. Ahh... totally understand. I can definitely see why those criteria are important for younger kids.
  6. This is gorgeous! I love the white 2x2 round tile on the side to represent the number, and the headlights are beautifully built. Lego Speed Champion designers could learn a thing or two from you...
  7. Thank you! One of the things I have learned while researching LEGO AFOL and TFOL communities is that many have had to shut down because of reasons like kids "overtaking" the site with their rainbow-colored Death Stars and other builds that were taking away the quality of the site. I do not want this site to become like LEGO Life, which is, to be honest, a disaster. I will do everything I can to be a great member of this community.
  8. Unfortunately, it is (). Yeah, it was kind of dumb, and my days in here might be numbered, but it's better not to be a sheep in a wolf's clothing. Or maybe it's a wolf in sheep's clothing? Anyway, I have been doing more research, and it seems the largest LEGO community besides this one seems to be Flickr and Bricksafe. there were some other small communities, but I wasn't as interested in those because they were mostly for sharing mocs and not for socializing. (I'm here to look at other people's MOCs, not to display my own.)
  9. Oh sorry I did not see that rule, I apoligize. I discovered this community when I wanted to find Speed champions rumors discussions forums, and saw other accounts of people like me who loved Speed Champions. Should I delete my account? And If I do have to delete my account, do you know any TFOL communities? I just did some research about TFOL communities, and any information I find about those communities are shut down. The main one was run my TLG itself, and was shut down in 2017.
  10. This definitely on its way to become an aventador! The headlights, are off, but it looks nice overall.
  11. I love the brick built sign on the front!
  12. I love this, You've managed to make this sleek and minifig scaled at the same time! For some reason, it kind of reminds of a older Honda Ridgeline
  13. Yea, great work
  14. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xluYnDwdmcc I've been listening to the explicit version, but the I found the clean version for this post. By the way, can someone please tell me how to insert YouTube videos into the thread directly? I've also been getting into some disco lately, like More Than a Woman, Stayin Alive, Mamma Mia, etc.
  15. This really is instantly recongizable.
  16. Wow that Ferrari is beautiful! My neighbor has a ferrari similar to that, I think it is a Ferrari 328 GTB. It looks pretty similar to your MOC.
  17. Wow I love this thread. Minifig scale cars are on of my favorite things about Lego, and yours are great!
  18. Wow, I love this, you've used so many interesting techniques! This kind of gives me Baywatch vibes...
  19. I love this. Even though it is a certain era's theme, it is very versatile across all types of cities.
  20. I love how this looks! This blacksmith shop is also a good match next to it.
  21. The techniques on this are great! You picked a very nice color for the exterior!
