  1. Just rewatched 2001: A Space Odyssey last night. Still a bit too slow in the beginning, but it's hard to go wrong with a classic!
  2. Your overall plan looks amazing! Are you designing an expanded interior as well?
  3. I won't be picking this up mostly because of lack of space in my budget, but I've always dreamed with having a Lego Christmas train!
  4. I just hope these creations don't get separated by the brick separators overnight.
  5. Thanks guys for working so hard on keeping this forum working so cleanly!
  6. I was previously unaware of this. Is the Revan minifig the same as the one from 2 years ago? I might try to pick it up. Would you guys recommend going to a Lego store to try to get it with a keychain? I like the idea because I wouldn't have to pay for shipping. Do you think Lego stores will have a good stock of these?
  7. Glad to know this controversy has been finally put to rest! The droid's identity had been bugging me so much!
  8. Hopefully this means an official announcement / pics are soon being revealed?
  9. Hoping for a $12-$15 on the Mr. Freeze set.
  10. I occassionaly see the Simpsons Series 2 around still.
  11. Maybe this is because they're cartoonish on purpose, but the designs feel a little too simple and 2D for me. They don't seem to hold up next to today's designs. Alas, I'll likely be getting them anyways because they'll more likely than not be the only official representation of the Beatles in Lego form ever.
  12. I also seem to recall hearing that Spider-man is the most lucrative superhero in history!
  13. Well, hypothetically, perhaps the hover technology doesn't really scale well, as you mentioned. The Tunnel Scout is designed for heavier loads. That's the way I would explain it, at least!
  14. What's up with the rabbit teeth?
  15. I've seen it less often now. I always supposed it was used to prevent the head from slipping from the torso. The interesting bit is that heads don't come attached to torsos anymore, and we haven't seen these rectangles on them as much anymore.
  16. Seeing as how Lego produced a lot of Spider-man sets this year, I can't imagine them skipping the opportunity of Homecoming.
  17. I'm guessing Wonder Woman should be a different version because her outfit will be from WWI, right?
  18. Wait, so can someone summarize the European price increases? I haven't really been following that. If the Euro to USD conversion rate has decreased since the last European price increase, that might explain a European price increase and might suggest that the US might be saved from this BS.
  19. It really depends on where you look. Brickset and Bricklink list it aside from space. But it is a sci-fi theme. I seem to remember that Rock Raiders originally was planned to be a space theme, or that Lego viewed it as a space theme, but I might be getting confused with Aquazone.
  20. My hope is that just like Lego has done the occasional X-men sets, that we'll someday get to see the Fantastic Four (or at least a subset of them) in a set. Unfortunately they lack the popularity of Wolverine or Magneto, so it might just be a pipe dream.
  21. Seeing as they would save on having to make new designs, it seems plausible to me that they might attempt something like this, if not soon, then 5-10 years down the line.
