The minifigs make sense to me since those are the characters that originally set sail with Jack. Pintel & Ragetti were part of Barbossa's cursed crew.

This is what I'm afraid will happen with the rest of my November 7th order. They have shipped two different parts from the order but there are still 59 other different parts that have yet to be shipped. All I get when I contact them requesting an update is the generic we received a lot of orders, we're working on it, can't provide an estimate on when the parts might ship, blah, blah, blah. Way back when I first called about my October 9th order they assured me I would receive everything I had ordered which I did finally receive about a week ago minus the one part they had cancelled right after I placed the order. This November 9th order I'm getting no reassurance about & I'm really starting to worry since they seem to be sending it out part by part. There were quite a lot of supposedly retiring parts in this order so I'm going to be really upset if they cancel them at this late date.

Just got another small charge on my credit card for $7.28. Wonder what part(s) from which order they are sending now? This is going to get crazy if they start shipping out one part at a time. I had small quantities of 61 different parts in the November 7 order. Looking like this might be another cape that I ordered 4 of. Need to wait to see the invoice to be sure though. I did send them a message last night asking for an update on what is going on with this order.

I was poor/in debt back then so I couldn't bring myself to spend the money on any of the POTC sets. My only POTC stuff was a few of the original Mega Blocks playsets back before LEGO got the license.

From what I'm hearing the November orders are shipping randomly just like the October orders. A fellow LUG member just reported he was just charged for his Nov 12 order. I've not seen anything for any of my November orders and the first one was placed on Nov. 7, the other two were Nov 23 & 27. My Bestseller order from Jan 27 is due to arrive tomorrow. Update: I was just billed just for two capes from my Nov 7 order but the rest of the order is still outstanding and the order page doesn't indicate that the capes have actually shipped yet. I'm hoping they don't cancel the rest of the order on me, it was a rather large order.

We need Zoe Saldana's Character - Anamaria even though she was only in the first film. Scarlett & Giselle would be fun too but there are other characters that had bigger parts.

Well I guess I'll just have to step up my search for Beastmasters & rely on whatever BAM figs they come out with for the rest of the year. I have zero interest in F1. Not into Spiderman either so unless there are some interesting normal humans in the series I won't be searching for any of those, I'll reserve judgement until we get pictures of the figs.

I believe there is a Gold one also as well as the Black, Brown & Earth Blue. I know I saw a picture, appears to be in the Dune Ornithopter according to Brickset. Checked the one Target near me that actually carries the CMF's the other day but the pegs were all empty. Haven't come across them in any local Walmarts so far. Just Scheels but due to the taxes & fees they add on at that location I'm trying not to rely on them. But the one day I checked the 500+ figures they had out there were 0 Beastmasters. Haven't been back since.

Couldn't find any of the red or dk gray friction ones so they temporarily have the blue ones. Have to place an order for the correct ones now.

I wish they would just bundle all the parts for a single animal together, It's frustrating trying to get all the parts when they aren't all in stock at the same time and even worse when some of the parts are listed as bestsellers and others as standard. I totally forgot about the pins for the crocodile tails but fortunately I believe I have spares I can pillage.

LEGO is really bad at naming parts. Much easier to just view the animal category.

I believe it's the Star Wars one.

I finally got my Oct. 9 order on Wednesday. Haven't had a chance to open it yet but between this & the order from Oct. 29 that I already received I should have two complete gorillas and tails for my crocodiles. Just my 3 November orders to wait on now.

Looks like my October 9th standard order is finally being shipped since the status has been changed to shipped. No charge to credit card yet or actual shipping notification. Now just the three orders from November left to be shipped.

I agree with everyone that we need more Disney Minifig sets. I totally missed the minifig reference in the original post about the Snow White Cottage. I would like a few more detailed Disney sets with Minifigures rather than Minidolls like almost everyone else. I guess that's what has kept me from actually buying any of the Rapunzel sets or some of the other sets I might have considered getting. And I don't want any of the smaller micro mini dolls or whatever they call them like what they used in the Advent Calendar. I did buy & build the Snow White Cottage. It was such a lovely set and enjoyable build. I even built a mine for the Dwarfs.

There have been several versions of the Madrigal House, multiples of Rapunzel's Tower as well as Arendelle Castle. Granted they are mostly playsets but they do exist already.

Apparently all the social media influencers. Not us mere mortals.

I'd much rather they focus on Christmas at the Burrow or Grimmauld Place. The figures for a Yule Ball themed Advent Calendar would most likely be repeats of the ones we already got. Any side builds would pale in comparison to what we got the first time around as they keep cutting back on piece counts.

So from start to finish the Chat took an hour. Three minutes with the chatbot, 20 minutes waiting for a human. Then pauses in responses from the human lasting anywhere between 5 & 10 minutes. Still no resolution. Was told if the parts don't ship in the coming weeks I can contact them again to cancel the order. Two orders placed after this one have been shipped but they still can't seem to do anything to move this one along. Oh and at the end she gifted me with "insider points to use at my discretion". Told her I didn't want the order cancelled. At this rate I'll be lucky to get the parts for next Christmas. My Crocs are still tailless and the gorilla bodies that are on the way are armless until I get this order.

I've been in chat for over a 1/2 hour & getting nowhere.

The stock has always varied depending on where it comes from. The only thing that's different right now is that North America is currently restricted to purchasing what is currently warehoused in Illinois as best sellers while the rest of the world has access to all parts currently listed on PAB unless they are out of stock. So currently we have a pool of under 5000 parts available while the rest of the world has access to at least 3 times that. What would help more than separate threads would be for people to simply state where they are ordering from when they post about parts being available. We can't even see what's considered to be standard parts right now other than the few new parts that were just added.

Still waiting on two orders from October 9 & October 28 but it looks like they might have just shipped the October 28 one as it's now showing as shipped. I haven't received shipping notification, receipt or notification that my credit card has been billed for it yet though. Guess I'll call them again tomorrow about the October 9th order, was planning to wait until Friday but if others are now getting their orders re-ordered I guess I'll give it a try. I have 3 more orders from November 7, 23 & 29 I'm still waiting on also..

I've been using Minifig Scan also with little trouble. I find an occasional code that won't scan but overall I've had a 100% success rate with the ones that do scan. I originally was using the Brick Search app but it was quite sluggish for the D&D series so I switched to Minifig Scan. Once I heard they were limiting you to 12 free scans with Brick Search I deleted it. As already stated there are plenty of free apps that work much better than Brick Search.

They are some interesting builds but the Siege Encampment seems way overpriced due to all the minifigs. It's not really something I'm interested in. I might consider the Harbor one but really want the Tortuga & Transylvania ones coming in the later series.
