Someone here asked Promobricks and they said not to be worried about Chinese Gardens being the Ninjago Gardens set.

I'm in the US. I mean to be honest I wouldn't sell it for anything under $500, I bought them when they were retired so I paid a pretty penny. Would at least get my money back. Fingers crossed Gardens exists though! I also have both Light My Bricks kits so that adds even more value!

Tell me about it man. I have Ninjago City and Docks still new in box, don't want to build them until Gardens is confirmed in some capacity. I would probably sell them if they were going to be the only two sets in the line. But if it's more like investing in modulars I would love to have 3 or 4 sets total.

Man as a Ninjago fan as of *checks notes* a couple weeks ago, it’s been torturous seeing leaks for everything except the one set I’m interested in I’m having Diagon Alley PTSD

Any news on when we can expect details on the next Ideas set? I’m very much looking forward to The Blacksmith House and am assuming a January 1st release date based on their two month timeline.

Even the sets that were announced the day before their release were at least leaked a week or so before. At this point it could be any day now.

Wow it looks really great alongside the Bookstore! I don't have any modulars but getting those two could be a good start.

As long as the Garden is in the same quality as Ninjago City and Docks, all will be redeemed

Just saw the HP art sets, wow they are ugly.

Makes sense that the Gardens leak will be separate to the wave, as do all the other D2C’s. That being said, I’m dying to see it and to confirm its real

I’ve only been following LEGO since May 2020, but from my observation leaks and reveals seem to be all over the place. We had Diagon Alley, which was not leaked or revealed until like the week before. But then we have things like the Harry Potter books that were officially revealed today for a January 1st release. Another example, the LEGO Colosseum and Sesame Street sets had pictures leak a few weeks before their official reveal. With this inconsistency and a confirmation of a mid January release, I feel we could get a leak at any time from here on out. The earliest I would expect an official reveal though would be Mid-December.

Both of the previous sets have that balloon shaped thing attached to them, maybe it’s in this set as well?

I still have good faith that the Ninjago City expansion exists. All we can do is wait and see.

The garden set is amazing! Interested to see if the Ninjago City Garden set has a similar vibe? They’d be releasing so close to each other

In my personal opinion, I don’t really get it because for 75 more you can get it unopened and new. I’m also a bit OCD though and much prefer to buy my own new set instead of pre-opened or used. It’s crazy how valuable LEGO stays even when used! It’s not goodbye forever though with DA. Once the expansions and everything come out these next couple years I will be back, hopefully with more room to display :)

I mean I had to get the two Ninjago City sets now because the value is just going to go up and up as time goes on and the deal was solid. I just feel so dirty getting rid of my baby I was so hyped for this summer! We’ll see what happens the person may bail on the deal anyway.

I mean I think I got $75 worth of joy from building and showing it off for a couple months. Money is also a bit more tight now with the purchases I made, so $325 would help out a bit. Displaying all my LEGOs will be easier when I am not in a leased house and living with 3 other roommates lol will also how a more stable budget in 1-2 years. But I’m still undecided. Don’t know what I’m going to do

So I’m deciding on selling my built Diagon Alley for $325. I’m running out of room in my small bedroom, and I just bought Ninjago City and docks and plan to buy more 2021 sets. My thought process is that I have at least a couple years to buy Diagon Alley again, but I will never have a chance to buy these Ninjago sets again. Has anyone ever sold a set so quickly after buying? Or sold one with plans to buy it again when circumstances are better?

I would be pretty disappointed if it didn’t connect to the other two sets, especially given how much I’ve paid for them lol

I actually just had Ninjago City as well as Docks delivered to my house today, so it’s no shock that I’m antsy to hear more about Gardens of Ninjago City!
