  1. Secret reviewer I don't know....but I am the reviewer for Eurobricks
  2. The tires of the Claas are great. Just opened the box and obviously went straight for the tires. They are pretty firm, yet more rubbery than I'd expected. The compound is softer than you'd think from the pictures, yet harder than the Unimog tires. I will discuss them in my review of course. Just had to share this.
  3. Around 210 will be the price in The Netherlands. The frames are 85 cents directly from LEGO by the way, so there's no need to pay more than that.
  4. Life's too short to be looking for parts I guess we each have our own system, or lack thereof.
  5. Hehe Okay, let's get back on track. My bad too, I know.
  6. I wonder why so many people tend to read that certain models are limited Technically every set is limited
  7. Sounds like a plan. Although I am not sure whether the pieces will end up in the right bins
  8. Sorry to disappoint you. No sets on the horizon yet.
  9. There a topic for this: http://www.eurobrick...howtopic=137192
  10. And so it begins..... We've all been there (well, most of us). And remember, it's not about the size of your collection. It's what you do with it As for your question; I used Stanley containers (with small compartments) for quite some time. They held a collection of my parts, but enough to enable me to build. When I was done, I stored the boxes. Easy as pie.
  11. Where is the fist bump icon when you need it?!
  12. Hehe. I wouldn't say relaxing per se, but it is satisfying. And it's good to have a good idea of which parts you have, and more importantly.....where they are. I did poor myself a drink yesterday, which made it more enyojable after each glass I have a decent collection of 50% Technic and 50% Other (Star Wars en Modulars) etc, so I have at least around 70.000 Technic parts. But sometimes you are surprised by how little parts you have of a certain type.
  13. Maybe it contains "only" 8000 parts, but I since it was filled to the brim, I figured it could contain 5 copies of the crane or Arocs. You are probably right, around 10000.
  14. C# .NET iOS (Swift, Objective C) Xamarin Mobile Development (games, apps) Web Development SQL etc I try to steer clear of the PHP section. That's not my cup of tea.
  15. Let's take this to the Technic Pub if you will I have had some time to work with my new warehouse bins. Pros: So far I really like 'em. I think I will be using them with satisfaction. Cons: I discovered a really really large bin with unsorted parts and it takes a tremendous amount of time to sort them. Hard to estimate, but this bin probably contains around 15.000 parts Will post a pic when I'm done.
  16. Sorry for the confusion...I'm a program...not a programmer...
  17. Looks great! Time to change your signature....I only build in blue, and sometimes with a touch of gold
  18. I think you can do with an extra set of two gold wheels Do you have a clear picture of the rear?
  19. I love it! This model is bound to score some points. Please continue the great work.
  20. Wow, great work! I like the 5th Element vibe. Leeloo Dallas Multipass!
  21. Let me do that for you Merged both topics and changed the title. Do you a nice promo picture?
  22. I happen to do renames and merges. Which original topic are you refering to? I do remember the bus. Do you have link to the topic?
  23. I will be quite a chore to close all topics which are out of date And sometimes bumping can be useful. So it's hard to determine which to close and which to keep open. I think we are generally doing okay in Technic, so no worries
