  1. That might not be a bad idea. The limit of 10 is caused by one of the previous contests. I think we can go back to 3 pictures max.
  2. Contest closed voting is up! I missed some of the great and original entries. Wow, just wow! Some of them even put a smile on my face. Great work guys!
  3. The Pneumatic Contest has ended. Check out all the great entries and cast your votes!
  4. TECHNIC PNEUMATIC CONTEST VOTING TOPIC This topic will be used as a voting topic for the Technic Pneumatic Contest. Voting will be open for at variable period of time. There's no fixed closing date. Closing date will most likely be somewhere between one and two weeks. VOTING RULES AND REGULATIONS Voting scheme uses the old Formula One style point distribution (10, 6, 4, 3, 2 and 1 POINT) You need to assign 10 points to the 1st place, 6 points to the second and so one. You need to vote for 6 ENTRIES (no more, no less) Clearly mention the ENTRY NUMBER and the NUMBER OF POINTS per entry that you vote on. If you joined Eurobricks after the start of the contest, you can be banned from voting (when vote rigging is suspected) You may NOT vote for your own entry. In the event of a tie for any place the Technic Staff will decide which entry wins. Our decision is final. Questions about voting can be asked in the Information Topic. For example (entries randomly chosen): --- comments can be placed above the votes 5: 10 (no comments here please) 6: 6 1: 4 9: 3 7: 2 3: 1 Or comments can be placed below the votes ---- NOTES Please use this exact notation NUMBER: VOTES (with a colon). Please don't type #1:10, 1 = 10 or 1) 10 or other notations. Stick to the example format shown above. Please use this thread only for voting. You may explain why you made your choice, but any general discussion should take place in the Information Topic. Comments should be placed ABOVE or BELOW the votes. Please don't comment on the same line as the votes. ENTRIES All entries can be found in the entry thread: Please visit the entry topic to see all entries. 1. 5. Makes sense! I'm cool with this setup and period, so no worries. Good luck planning the event.
  6. Check! Thanks for the heads-up! Any particular reason for the new Sunday - Wednesday setup?
  7. It doesn't belong in Technic, so I will move it to Community.
  8. You probably mean Brickshelf? And no, Flickr is not horrible in use. But I admit, you need to get used to it. Why not use Bricksafe? That's very easy to use and there aren't any issues with public and private pictures etc.
  9. Hi. Welcome to EB You need to use an actual image url ending with .jpg or .png. I recommend using Bricksafe or Flickr to host your images.
  10. Take it away guys! Entry topic is open! You need to create a normal topic with information about your MOC for the contest. In that topic we can discuss it. Furthermore you will need to make a single post in the entry topic, which is just opened. Closing date and procedure is stated in the first post (I always close contests on Monday or later, so you will have the entire Sunday to finish your entry)
  11. Hi Jim...Jim here..... Actually there is a way to have "single space lines" between text. Shift + Enter results in a line break, where plain Enter results in a new paragraph. This is common modern behavior for editors. For example, the basic template of Word also works this way. I admit, it will take a day or two to get used to. We are working on smaller (responsive) banners for the mobile version, so that will be fixed soon. True, true! Have been looking into this one. I find it annoying too. We need some bottom padding and/or a slightly different color. I'm working on the Technic skin and I will do best to find a solution.
  12. Normally it's already open. My bad.....or my Bat in this case since I am playing Batman VR at the moment. Sorry for this off topic comment. Anyone using PS VR, feel free to discuss in the Pub. I will open the topic tomorrow. Thanks for the "reminder".
  13. Thanks for the update @Ron1! I know it's the one question you don't like to hear, but do you have any idea about the timeline of the project? In other words; can you give us an estimate when the first BuWizz units will be ready for shipment?
  14. At the end of the day it's a pretty decent set, but we simply expected more from a "UCS" Technic set with that price tag. I still think it's a must have for Technic fans, but it's more of a display model than anything else. I have put it in a display case at work and it looks absolutely fantastic. Just don't touch it And don't forget to buy the custom stickers.
  15. I'm not 100% sure, but I think you can rearrange them. Although it's kinda useless.
  16. That's correct. Remember the shortage of this set? That was due to a change in the packaging process. This new method is less prone to damaging the inner boxes.
  17. Who? Gio? Seriously, that's not nice dude!
  18. Hehe, could to that. One BWE (still unbuilt) is enough for me Although it's a nice price, maybe for a parts pack. The frames alone are worth around 50 euros. But let's talk Porsche again. You can post a link in the BWE topic, if you like to discuss further.
  19. Wow, that thing is huge! Nice pictures. I didn't realize it was that big.
  20. Exciting new from SBrick Plus. The guys at vengit decided to develop the NXT/EV3 Adapter Pack for the new SBrick Plus. This means your beloved NXT/EV3 sensors can be used with SBrick Plus! Read all about it in the Technic Forum.
  21. Hey guys, Exciting new from SBrick Plus. Since the reached the goal so early, they decided to develop the NXT/EV3 Adapter Pack. This means your beloved NXT/EV3 sensors can be used with SBrick Plus! This means that a new pledge is unlocked: the NXT/EV3 Adapter Pack. Ideal for those who want to use the sensors from the NXT/EV3 range and even put them inside their Technic models, Train sets, and other creations. The NXT/EV3 Adapter Pack contains one SBrick Plus, 4 adapters and one extension wire and is what you need if you want to use the power of the SBrick Plus with the wide range of sensors in the NXT/EV3 Range. It will be shipping in March. If you would like to pre-order it, you can just pledge as many times $15 as much as adapters you want. Pease support us, and feel free to contact us on Kickstarter if you have any questions. The new pledge is called Sensory Overload.
  22. OT: I can say that I continued working on that one last week. Review will be published in 2016
  23. I will add a disclaimer from now on
  24. That tends to happen, sorry As you've read...I wasn't a big of tractors either, but this is a totally different league.
  25. I didn't notice the eBay link. I meant Amazon of course. I don't (or hardly) do eBay for LEGO. One, two....who knows
