  1. A Plo's Bros gunship is easy to convert into a normal one, though, since the only difference (beyond the nose art) is that dark red has been swapped to dark blue; the parts that would be used are most likely available in dark red, so it is easier to change to a standard LAAT/i. I just hope that the design is more like the 2013 version and not the terrible 2023 one! Those were along time ago, though; Microfighters in recent years have only featured reused Minifigs (and even the exclusive Minifigs never had new moulds). I would be fine with a battle pack or Microfighter that included a red/green-marked pilot, but an entire large set based on a non-Canon design is a pass (grey-marked 41st would be nice to get, though!). It would be weird for LEGO to make a new head mould and new torso/leg prints just for a Microfighter (especially when Anakin is right there!), so I expect that we will see the Minifig reused in a larger set. As for the age of the TCW arc, RotS (for which we are getting an ARC-170) was two decades ago, so age is not really relevant to Star Wars content! Additionally, Clone fans would jump at the chance to get an iconic gunship and some Wolfpack Troopers (and Wolffe, ideally)!
  2. Obviously! I could see the lineup being Plo (reuse), Ahsoka/Anakin (reuse), P1 Wolffe, P1 Clone Pilot, P1 Wolfpack Trooper, and maybe Obi-Wan (as he can be reused for RotS, and hopefully a new gunship will be larger than the Coruscant Guard one!). Absolutely no idea, but they are an odd and long-overdue exclusion on LEGO’s part! Maybe if we ever get sets based on the Jedi games, they can appear alongside Flametroopers and stun baton Scout Troopers in a battle pack!
  3. Was Lois’s response not changed to something like “Well, here it’s just a letter”?
  4. Max was asked if the second Andor set is the Fondor, to which he said “Unfortunately it is not”. TIE Avenger is looking more likely now (which I am fine with, as it is more of a direct S2 tie-in; we can get the Fondor in 2026).
  5. Vader and Chewbacca are both significantly taller than other characters, but they are still rendered as normal Minifigs (with a bit of height boost due to a moulded headpiece or two-piece helmet); Avatar arms and legs for Colossus would work perfectly, since LEGO is pretty abstract anyway (as are depictions of comic characters - Wolverine is supposed to be 5’3 and Cyclops is around 6’1, but that is not how they look in ‘97!).
  6. If the image is potato-quality, it may not be obvious that one of the Minifigs has a gold faceplate (especially since there are regular Night Troopers with a lot of gold in their design, or a differently-coloured faceplate). Enoch is possible - I was just saying that DDTs are ruled out. They are also very common in sets and cheap on BrickLink, so I would rather get a new officer design than something that I can amass myself. Also, they are the Empire’s main military unit, not army unit - Stormtroopers are their own corps and can serve in both that capacity and as plug-and-play backup for the other branches (Army/Navy/Security). Exactly! I am withholding judgement until I actually see the set; Max said that the ARC-170 is “slightly” smaller than the previous version, so it may well still look good (not chibi). If they sell, then LEGO will keep putting them out (like JSFs); whether or not we get another gunship so soon depends on sales data that we do not have. Not all of us dislike the helmets, though - I, for one, like them!
  7. OK, I think I figured it out - Plo’s Bros LAAT/i with spotlight attachments! This gunship was flown by a standard P1 pilot during the rescue on Lola Sayu; while the Clones in the Citadel arc were still wearing P1 armour, Anakin/Obi-Wan/Ahsoka had already transitioned to their late-TCW outfits, so we could see a reuse of either (or both) of the Minifigs from Ahsoka’s Eta-2 in the set. This also would solve the question of why LEGO would make an exclusive Minifig with a new head mould just for a Microfighter, and it would be an easy way to get our first Crab Droid (as the gunships rescue the rescue team after they are surrounded by Crab Droids!). A Plo’s Bros gunship would have an entirely different colour-scheme to the Coruscant Guard one already on shelves (standard LAAT/i, but with dark blue in place of dark red), so it would not really cannibalise sales (especially since everyone who wanted the current gunship has probably already gotten it). I just hope that if this is the case, the design is better than the current one! 😬
  8. I just saw the actual image from Max’s story - It definitely seems to confirm that we are getting a second Clone Pilot variant in 2025, and that it will be a standard P1. Also, Max’s comments on the ARC-170: “I think it looks good. It got a bit smaller during the design process and the last version still might be more detailed. But I think it is a good play set for what it is. The clone pilots have printed legs, unfortunately not dual-molded. The boxart features Cato Neimoidia and Plo Koon’s Starfighter.” I am personally OK with the pilots not having dual-moulded legs, since their boots do not extend up the legs far enough for it to be warranted IMO; a somewhat smaller ship is also fine (as long as the design does not suffer for it), as the previous version seemed oversized to me. Cato Neimoidia on the box art means that we are getting Jag, but I do worry that we will not end up getting Odd Ball as well (not that content and box art have always aligned properly in the past, of course!); if we are getting both, then the Battle of Coruscant would have been a better setting. Plo’s JSF is an amusingly dark inclusion, but Ahsoka’s Eta-2 would have made more sense if LEGO wanted to reflect sets that are actually on shelves - Could we be getting a full-size Plo’s JSF in 2HY 2025 or 1HY 2026? 🤔
  9. The issue is that for a visor to be thick enough on the side attachments not to break, it will protrude somewhat awkwardly from the sides of the helmet. The main issue that I see, however, is not the sides but the front - The faceplate needs to be longer, similar to a welding mask. Not that I think LEGO will make it (for obvious reasons!), but a riot police visor element would both fit the CS helmet better and be reusable for City. More realistically, I would like to see a knight’s visor based on the Classic Castle design (see the YC) that fits the updated CS helmet; the houndskull visor is nice, but it protrudes forward awkwardly when the Minifig in-question is not wearing a breastplate, and the sides of that visor interfere with the double-shoulder armour piece. An updated CC visor would solve both of these problems, as well as give us a bit more variety in our knights!
  10. Considering that even Ahsoka did not get arm printing (the diamond-cutout sleeves are a significant part of her late-TCW outfit!), I doubt that we will get any for Plo Koon, unfortunately. 🫤 These are the most likely, IMO - I am thinking either a yellow Republic Y-wing (Plo appeared in the Malevolence arc), a P1 Plo’s Bros LAAT/i (though LEGO has been going with P2 for notable commanders lately), or maybe a V-19 (not the most iconic ship, but a cool one with a unique design - And we only ever got it once!). Probably a TPM reuse, but I would love to see a new TCW version (Grievous-style legs), one of his Rebels “Old Master” designs, or his Crimson Dawn design from Solo. It probably will be.
  11. A cheap new Plo Koon is good, but I am NOT happy about this just being a Microfighter (I was looking forward to seeing the wing details with modern tiles and techniques!). I hope that he is the TCW version, but since LEGO cheaped out on arm printing for Ahsoka, I highly doubt that Plo will have any. 😕 Since we rarely get unique Minifigs for Microfighters, this means that Plo is probably appearing in a larger set later in the year (possibly 2025’s Republic vehicle), so all hope for Wolffe is not lost! That makes sense for a build, though we do need a Minifig-scale version! The uncertainty over Enoch makes me think that the leaker is looking at a blurry pic of the set, which unfortunately rules out any Double Death Troopers (Enoch has the same colours as the other Night Troopers, unlike the DDTs). P1 or P2? We basically have open-helmet P2s confirmed with the ARC-170, so is this a second Clone Pilot variant? I hope that we get some redesigned Snowtroopers for TMaG! Too many Stormies, IMO; 1x Stormtrooper, 1x Imperial officer (black uniform, poncho print), 2x Security Trooper (helmet and armour) would be better for a Ferrix riot BP.
  12. Yep, and all are reuses (sheep and lamb are in the City farm, and the puppy is in the City police K9 truck and dog training set).
  13. Or the two were balanced (Classic Space battle pack and game for kids) - I can see the visors being a concession to kids who wonder how CS spacemen can survive in space with open helmets!
  14. LEGO would have had more time to work on the Fondor (as it appeared in S1), but TIEs sell well and I think they could knock out a good TIE Avenger in a regular development cycle. I am personally hoping for the TIE Avenger (marketed as a rival for the U-wing), with the Fondor coming in 2026 (possibly at a larger scale, to capture more of the adult market?). I would be OK with that, if we get Army or Security troopers! Throw in an officer with a poncho or overcoat and an Army/Security trooper without armour, and it would be one of the best battle packs LEGO has made!
  15. This would ideally be a neck attachment (similar to a backpack), not a new torso mould, as that allows the part to be more useful overall and enables us to get a non-pregnant version of Spider-Woman’s torso!
  16. Same. @Operacion Saturno - Would you care to weigh in? Early December at the latest, IMO! 👍
  17. Actually posting leaked images is not allowed, because the site can get in trouble with LEGO, but directing people to where they can find such images is perfectly fine! Just “check X subreddit” or “look at Y’s IG account” is enough, and will not put you in any danger for being banned (the only issue is posting images before their official reveal). Those are not the rules - The rule is no leaked images posted here. Directing to those images is fine; as is providing a description of the set (if you still do not feel comfortable even directing to the pics).
  18. What do you mean by this?
  19. I actually do not hate these - Why do I not hate these?? The largest moulded element of the car seems to be chassis, and the rest of the models consist of colourful (often printed) parts; I also like the helmets, despite the fact that they are a single dual-moulded element (and therefore cannot accept standard visors). I am not going to buy tonnes of them, but I may scan a full set and a few of the more useful helmet colours. While I am disappointed that we are only getting two CMF series in 2025, I do appreciate that LEGO did not try to market these as part of the Minifigures line!
  20. I actually was wrong - The helmet appears to be a single dual-moulded part. I still like it, but the usefulness is diminished. 🫤
  21. New helmet mould for the drivers! While the piece might be dual-moulded, I see the same indentations on the ‘forehead’ of the new helmet as are found on the classic motorcycle helmet, so I actually think it will be a single-mould that can accommodate a standard visor (the ‘jaw’ of the helmet extends out far enough for a visor to fit behind it). If this is the case, then it means that trans-green visors return!! I am hoping that the F1 “CMF” line includes this helmet mould, and that it reappears in City, as I want to be able to pick some up (it looks very sci-fi)!
  22. Correct, but @Operacion Saturno could just tell us where the image is!
  23. I think Ahsoka’s Eta-2 is rumoured to have a new cockpit piece (though I am not sure how legit that is), and the ARC-170 will need to revive the open-face P2 Clone Pilot helmet. As for Enoch, I think that our most accurate info is that a Night Trooper BP is coming, but the rumoured Minifig breakdown (Enoch, 3x Night Trooper) is inaccurate/unconfirmed. Regardless, Enoch’s helmet is just a Range Trooper helmet with a gold faceplate; as the faceplate would not be moulded in LEGO form, a reprinted Range Trooper helmet would work well for him (or a reprinted Enoch helmet for Range Troopers, if we do get a new mould for him).
  24. Where??!
  25. The Range Trooper helmet is the best option (aside from an entirely new part) for Captain Enoch's helmet, so LEGO may see reviving it as worth the expense.
